Description

Acne-removing composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an acne-removing composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Acne, commonly known as whelk, is an inflammatory lesion that occurs in the pilosebaceous glands and their surrounding tissues. The pathogenesis of acne vulgaris is as follows: facial sebum secretion is increased, resulting in hyperkeratosis of hair follicles and sebaceous gland ducts. The hyperkeratotic cells combine with sebum, which deposits on hair follicles to form fatty granules, which are broken down by propionibacterium acnes in the hair follicles to produce free fatty acids, causing inflammation to form acne. From the pathogenesis of acne, propionibacterium acnes is a key factor and an important condition for the final formation of acne, and if certain active ingredients can be added in the formula design of cosmetics to effectively inhibit or kill the propionibacterium acnes, the expected acne removing effect can be achieved.
Most of the cosmetics for treating acne in the market at present contain chemical components such as mercury and tartaric acid, adverse reactions such as skin allergy are easily caused, the skin tissue structure is damaged, the treatment effect is not satisfactory, and a few Chinese herbal medicine cosmetics are non-toxic and non-irritant, but are single in treatment effect, only have the effects of disinfection and sterilization, cannot timely reduce swelling and expel pus and repair marks, and are poor in treatment effect. Therefore, the research on new cosmetics capable of treating acne is of great significance to acne patients.

To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. the test method comprises the following steps: the test method briefly describes: propionibacterium acnes bacteriostasis test (cup dish method)
Preparing double-layer plate (the lower layer is 10-15 ml of culture medium, the upper layer is 5ml of culture medium containing propionibacterium acnes) containing propionibacterium acnes (ATCC11827), and the bacterial content of the plate is 104-105And (3) cooling the plates by using the CFU/plate, and vertically placing 2 Oxford cups on the surface of each plate, wherein the distance between every two Oxford cups is not less than 24mm, and the distance between the centers of the Oxford cups and the edge of the plate is not less than 15 mm. 200ul of the acne-removing composition described in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 to be tested was added into an oxford cup, the oxford cup was cultured under anaerobic conditions at 36 ± 1 ℃ for 24 hours, and then the diameter of the zone of inhibition was measured with a ruler (the result was an average of three parallel samples). The results are shown in Table 1. The test groups are classified according to the grade of antibacterial drug sensitivity: the diameter of the antibacterial ring is more than 20mm, the antibacterial ring is efficient, 15-20 mm is medium-efficient, 10-15mm is low-efficient, and less than 10mm is ineffective.
TABLE 1 bacteriostatic diameter test results
Figure 693203DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
As can be seen from table 1, the acne removing composition of the present invention has a good effect of inhibiting propionibacterium acnes, and thus has a good acne removing efficacy.
As can be seen from comparison of examples 1-3, the proportions of different raw materials can affect the acne removing effect (i.e., the effect of inhibiting propionibacterium acnes), wherein example 1 is the optimal proportion; the comparative examples 1, 4 and 5 show that different preparation parameters of the seaweed extract and the mung bean extract can influence the acne removing effect, wherein the example 1 is the optimal preparation parameter, and the comparative example 1 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 show that the acne removing composition has a good acne removing effect, wherein the seaweed extract and the mung bean extract can remarkably influence the acne removing effect, and the seaweed extract and the mung bean extract have a good synergistic effect and have a better effect than the commercially available seaweed extract and mung bean extract.
2. And (5) evaluating the product effect.
And (3) testing a sample: examples 1-5 acne removing compositions.
The test population: 30 women between 20-30 years old; 20 men.
Skin condition: the face has obvious acne and pox, has no allergic history of dermatosis, and meets the voluntary selection standard of a subject.
Grouping: divided into 5 groups of 5 persons each, female 3 persons, male 2 persons.
The test method comprises the following steps: applying appropriate amount of test sample on cleaned affected part, 2 times per day, 1 time each in the morning and evening, and trying for 2 weeks; subjects maintained good working and resting time and eating habits during the trial period. After 2 weeks, the feedback of the subjects was counted, and the specific results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 evaluation of the product
Figure 344764DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
As can be seen from table 2, the acne removing composition of the present invention can effectively remove acne, remove acne marks, and repair acne muscles.
Compared with the examples 1-3, the proportion of different raw materials can influence the effects of removing acne, removing acne marks and repairing acne muscles, wherein the example 1 is the optimal proportion; comparing examples 1, 4 and 5, it can be seen that different preparation parameters of the seaweed extract and the mung bean extract can influence the effects of removing acne, acne marks and repairing acne muscles, wherein example 1 is the best preparation parameter.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, it is clear that many changes and modifications can be made by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
