Description

Amino acid composite transparent soap containing camellia seed oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a daily necessity and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an amino acid composite transparent soap containing camellia seed oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, transparent cosmetic soaps are developed and produced in our country later than those in developed countries such as europe, the united states, japan, and the like. The amino acid type transparent soap is a handmade soap which is recently appeared and takes amino acid as main surface activity, and has the characteristics of weak acidity and high transparency. However, these amino acid soaps also have the disadvantages of low hardness, softness and low durability. Also, insufficient lathering and poor cleansing are disadvantages of such soaps. The compound amino acid transparent soap has certain foaming power and strong cleaning power, can ensure that the soap body has moderate hardness, and has wide application prospect.
Chinese patent CN201610277759.3 discloses a transparent soap of compound amino acid surfactant, which comprises the following components: 30-40% of fatty acyl glutamic acid, 5-15% of polyalcohol, 20-30% of triethanolamine, 1-10% of fatty acid and 0.2-2% of NaHOH. The fatty acyl glutamic acid is used as an amino acid surfactant, and the neutralizing agent is triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide. The pH value of the transparent soap is lower than 7, the transparent soap belongs to a weakly acidic soap body, and the transparent soap has the defects of low foaming power and cleanness, soft soap body, low hardness, no use tolerance and the like.
Chinese patent CN201410758296.3 and Chinese patent CN201210467925.8 respectively disclose a preparation method of amino acid transparent soap with weak acidity, and the amino acid transparent soap has the characteristics of weak acidity and pH less than 7. In addition, the soap has the defects of low foaming power and cleanness, soft soap body, low hardness, no use resistance and the like.
The camellia seed oil is rich in oleic acid, linolenic acid, tea polyphenol and various active compounds, and is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, squalene, vitamin E, phytosterol, polyphenol, flavonoid compounds and various physiological active substances, wherein the content of the oleic acid is the highest and exceeds 80 percent, and the camellia seed oil is also called as 'eastern nerve oil'. The camellia seed oil has biological activities of oxidation resistance, inflammation resistance, whitening and the like, and is applied to multiple industries such as food, cosmetics, medicines and the like.
At present, no amino acid composite transparent soap which is declared to be prepared by taking camellia oil as a raw material exists in the market. With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of products with environmental protection and natural sources is more and more strong, and the development of a transparent soap product which is rich in natural vegetable oil and has better cleaning effect and mildness is the demand of people at present.

The transparent soaps obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were tested according to the QB/T1913-2004 standard, and the test results are shown in the following Table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001484341380000161
In the above results, the transparency and hardness both meet the standards of "transparent soap" in the trade Standard QB/T1913-2004.
Examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 were subjected to oxidation resistance test
The test methods and test results were as follows:
DPPH (1, 1-diphenyl-2-piperidinylhydrazinyl or 1, 1-diphenylpicrylphenylhydrazine) is a stable free radical in an organic solvent, the ethanol solution of DPPH is dark purple, and the maximum absorption peak in a visible light region is 517 nm. When a radical scavenger is added to a DPPH solution, the single electrons of DPPH are paired to lighten the color thereof, the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength is reduced, and the degree of lightening is stoichiometrically related to the number of electron distributors, and thus, the degree of reduction in absorbance can be used to evaluate the scavenging of radicals. The DPPH method is sensitive, simple, practical and good in reproducibility, and is a good method for evaluating the activity of the free radical scavenger of the oil-soluble system.
DPPH is taken as an in-vitro antioxidant activity test free radical, the transparent soap is dissolved in deionized water to prepare solutions with different concentrations, and when the DPPH concentration is 0.05g/L, the removal rate of the DPPH free radical by the transparent soap is tested by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, and the results are shown in Table 2.

Example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 were subjected to a moisture retention test
The test methods and test results were as follows:
the water loss Through Epidermis (TEWL) values after adding the camellia oil and the plant additive are compared with the comparative examples 1-3 and 5-8 by taking the example 1 as an experimental group.
Human body test for evaluating the moisturizing effect is a commonly used moisturizing effect evaluation method with the highest recognition degree. Thus, the present example employs a human test to evaluate moisturizing efficacy. The specific test process is as follows:
1) the subject's left and right arm were selected to be 5cm medial to the base of the palm and 2 areas of the same area (4cm × 4cm) were defined on the left forearm as the area of use and the point at the same location on the right forearm was used as the blank control area and the corresponding areas of the left and right arms were tested simultaneously.
2) The subjects were washed on two test areas of the arm with example 1, comparative examples 1-3 and 5-8, respectively. The skin was tested for water dispersion loss 1, 2, 4h after washing using a percutaneous moisture loss meter Tewameter TM300 (Courage Khazaka, germany) and 5 measurements were taken and averaged.
The blank control group is the average of 5 water loss values measured at 0 h. The results are shown in the following table:
table 3 skin moisture loss test results
Figure BDA0001484341380000181
As can be seen from the comparison between example 1 and comparative examples 1-3 and 5-8 in the table, the transparent soap of the present invention, after adding the combination of camellia oil and plant extract, can significantly improve the skin barrier function after use, reduce the skin moisture loss, and have obvious moisturizing effect compared with the case of adding camellia oil or plant composition alone.
Bacteriostatic tests were performed on examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-3
Determination of the bacteriostatic Activity
Experimental strains: escherichia coli (Escherichia coli), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and Propionibacterium acnes (Propionibacterium acnes)
Experimental methods
Determination of Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of antibacterial agent by broth dilution method
1. MIC plate preparation
Sterile procedures, 10% aqueous solutions of each transparent soap of the examples, diluted in multiple proportions and of different concentrations, were added to sterile 96-well polystyrene plates, and the formulations were added to wells 1 to 10, 100. mu.l each, in 3 replicates.
2. Inoculum preparation
The bacterial suspension of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is diluted with TSB liquid culture medium, and the bacterial suspension of Propionibacterium acnes is diluted with thioglycollate fluid culture medium to final bacterial concentration of l06CFU/mL concentration. Add 100 μ l bacterial suspension into 1 st to 10 th wells, and set negative control without adding bacteria and normal growth control without adding liquid medicine. And sealing the staphylococcus aureus, the escherichia coli and the pseudomonas aeruginosa, and incubating at 35 ℃ for 16-20 h to observe the result. The acne propionibacterium acnes is sealed and then placed at 37 ℃ for anaerobic incubation for 48 hours, and the result is observed.
3. Result judgment
The data were read directly by visual observation. The premise of result judgment is that the growth control is good, and the blank control aseptically grows clearly. MIC was taken as the lowest sample concentration that completely inhibited bacterial growth in the wells.
