The advertising display device for municipal construction according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a rotating member (22), a fixing member (20), a threaded rod (19) and an internally threaded sleeve (18), the rotating member (22) is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the bottom plate (3), the threaded rod (19) is rotatably mounted at the bottom end in the rotating member (22) and fixedly mounted at the periphery in the fixing member (20), the fixing member (20) is fixedly connected at the periphery in the circumferential direction in the fixing member (20) by a plurality of rotating handles (21), the internally threaded sleeve (18) is threadedly connected with the threaded rod (19) and is fixedly connected at the top end with the bottom surface of the placing plate (6).

The advertising display device for municipal construction according to claim 2, wherein the top surface of the bottom plate (3) is provided with two support plates (48) in a symmetrical fixed connection with respect to the rotating member (22), the bottom surface of the placing plate (6) is provided with two first sliding rods (4) in a symmetrical fixed connection with respect to the internally threaded sleeve (18), and one ends of the two first sliding rods (4) far away from the placing plate (6) respectively slide and penetrate through the insides of the two support plates (48).

The advertisement display device for municipal construction according to claim 1, wherein the placing plate (6) is fixedly connected with the fixing bases (7) at two ends of the top surface, a screw rod (9) is rotatably installed between the two fixing bases (7) and two second sliding rods (8) are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the screw rod (9), a second motor (17) is fixedly installed at the outer side of one fixing base (7), one end of the screw rod (9) close to the second motor (17) is rotatably arranged to penetrate through the fixing base (7) and is in transmission connection with the output shaft end of the second motor (17), a sliding block (10) is slidably installed on the two second sliding rods (8), and the sliding block (10) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (9).

The advertising display device for municipal construction according to claim 1, wherein two pairs of fixing rods (2) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the bottom plate (3), the traveling mechanism comprises a hollow column (23), a cylinder (24), a first spring (25) and a universal wheel (1), the hollow column (23) is fixedly connected to a position, far away from the bottom plate (3), of the bottom surface of the fixing rod (2), two sliding grooves (30) are symmetrically formed in the periphery of the hollow column (23) and are provided with the fixing mechanisms in an installing manner, the cylinder (24) penetrates through the hollow column (23) in a sliding manner, a baffle (26) is fixedly installed at one end, located inside the hollow column (23), of the cylinder (24), the baffle (26) is arranged in a sliding manner with the inner wall of the hollow column (23) and is fixedly connected to the top end, located inside the hollow column (23), of the first spring (25), the universal wheel (1) is arranged at the bottom end of the column body (24).

The advertising display device for municipal construction according to claim 5, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises an adjusting ring (46), a mounting ring (47), balls (45), a fixing ring (28) and a fixing plunger (27), the mounting ring (47) is disposed on the periphery of the hollow column (23) and two connecting blocks (44) are symmetrically and fixedly connected on the inner wall, the two connecting blocks (44) are respectively and slidably connected and disposed in the two sliding grooves (30), the fixing ring (28) is fixedly mounted on the periphery of the hollow column (23) near the bottom end thereof and is circumferentially and fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the mounting ring (47) and provided with a plurality of second springs (29), the fixing plunger (27) is provided with a plurality of and circumferentially uniformly fixed connection and disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting ring (47), the adjusting ring (46) is threadedly mounted on the periphery of the hollow column (23) and is located above the mounting ring (47), a plurality of balls (45) are arranged between the adjusting ring (46) and the mounting ring (47) in a circumferential installation mode.
