In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a dust removal ironing device for textile fabric comprises a first support plate and a second support plate, wherein the first support plate is arranged on the front side of the second support plate, the left side of the middle of the first support plate and the second support plate is rotatably connected with a first rotating roller and a second rotating roller through a first rotating shaft, the first rotating roller is arranged above the second rotating roller, a first trapezoidal plate and a second trapezoidal plate are fixedly connected to the right sides of the first rotating roller and the second rotating roller in the middle of the first support plate and the second support plate, the second trapezoidal plate is arranged above the first trapezoidal plate, the top end of the second trapezoidal plate and the bottom end of the first trapezoidal plate are fixedly connected with bristles, a water tank is arranged on the bottom side of the middle of the first support plate and the second support plate, a water pump is arranged in the water tank, a first water pipe group and a second water pipe group are respectively and fixedly connected to the right sides of the first trapezoidal plate and the second trapezoidal plate between the first support plate and the second support plate, the first water pipe group and the second water pipe group are connected with a water pump through pipelines, the bottom end of the first water pipe group and the top end of the second water pipe group are fixedly connected with a plurality of nozzles, one ends, opposite to each other, of the first support plate and the second support plate are respectively provided with a chute on the right sides of the first water pipe group and the second water pipe group, two sliders are symmetrically and slidably connected inside the chutes, internal threads of the two sliders are connected with screws, the screw thread on the upper side of each screw is opposite to the screw thread on the lower side, the first ironing plate is fixedly connected in the middle of the two sliders on the upper side, the second ironing plate is fixedly connected in the middle of the two sliders on the lower side, heating blocks are fixedly connected on the top end of the first ironing plate and the bottom end of the second ironing plate, the middle of the first support plate and the second support plate is rotatably connected with a third rotating roller and a fourth rotating roller through a second rotating shaft on the right sides of the first ironing plate, the third rotating roller is arranged on the upper side of the fourth rotating roller, the right sides of the opposite ends of the first support plate and the second support plate are fixedly connected with exhaust boxes, the opposite ends of the two exhaust boxes are provided with first exhaust holes, the top ends of the first support plate and the second support plate are fixedly connected with a fixed box through first screws above the exhaust boxes, the interior of the fixed box is communicated with the interior of the exhaust boxes, the bottom end of the fixed box is uniformly provided with a plurality of second exhaust holes, the top end of the fixed box is connected with an air inlet pipe, the top ends of the first support plate and the second support plate are fixedly connected with a fixed plate through second screws on the left side of the fixed box, the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the fixed plate are fixedly connected with first baffle plates in the middle of the first support plate and the second support plate, the front ends and the rear ends of the two first baffle plates are respectively contacted with the side ends of the first support plate and the second support plate, the front end and the rear end of two second baffles all contact with the side of first extension board and second extension board, the left side on the top of first extension board and second extension board is through third screw fixedly connected with suction hood, the right-hand member of suction hood and the left end contact of fixed plate, the fixedly connected with dust catcher on the top of suction hood, the input of dust catcher and the inside switch-on of suction hood, the output of dust catcher is connected with the exhaust pipe, the left side fixedly connected with dust collector of the rear end of second extension board, the one end that the dust catcher was kept away from to the exhaust pipe is connected with dust collector, the one end that the fixed case was kept away from to the intake pipe is connected with dust collector.
Preferably, dust collector includes the dust removal case, the top side fixedly connected with baffle of the inside of dust removal case, the bottom side fixedly connected with filter of the rear end of baffle, the axle sleeve is installed in the embedding of the jiang intermediate position of filter, and the inside of axle sleeve is rotated and is connected with the rotation axis, and the rotation axis has three flabellum at the outside equipartition of one side of filter top, and the rotation axis is at the outside fixedly connected with scraper blade of one side of filter below, the top fixedly connected with brush of scraper blade, the top of brush and the bottom contact of filter, the one end that the dust catcher was kept away from to the exhaust pipe is put through with the inside of dust removal case, and the exhaust pipe setting is in the front side of baffle, the one end that the fixed case was kept away from to.

Preferably, the top end of the screw rod penetrates through the fixing plate and extends to the upper part of the fixing plate to be fixedly connected with a rotating handle.
Preferably, water is arranged in the dust removal box, a drain pipe is connected to the bottom side of the rear end of the dust removal box, and a valve is arranged on the drain pipe.
Preferably, two of the first baffles are respectively disposed at the left side of the second water tube group and the right side of the second ironing board.
Preferably, two of the second baffles are respectively disposed at the left side of the second water tube group and the right side of the second ironing board.
Preferably, the top end of the second rotating roller, the top end of the fourth rotating roller and the top end of the second trapezoidal plate are arranged in the same plane.

2. This textile fabric's dust removal ironing device blows to the textile fabric surface after ironing through air-supply line, fixed case and exhaust case from the air after the dust removal incasement, cools down to it, can make the even surface of blowing to textile fabric of air through first exhaust hole and second exhaust hole, can improve the effect of its cooling to the even cooling of textile fabric.

side of the second support plate 2, the left side of the middle of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 is rotatably connected with a first rotating roller 3 and a second rotating roller 4 through a first rotating shaft, the first rotating roller 3 is arranged above the second rotating roller 4, the middle of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 is fixedly connected with a first trapezoidal plate 5 and a second trapezoidal plate 6 at the right side of the first rotating roller 3 and the second rotating roller 4, the second trapezoidal plate 6 is arranged above the first trapezoidal plate 5, the top end of the second trapezoidal plate 6 and the bottom end of the first trapezoidal plate 5 are both fixedly connected with brush hairs 7, a water tank 8 is arranged at the bottom side of the middle of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2, a water source is provided through the water tank 8, and side water which is sprayed and dropped to the textile fabric can be collected, the utilization rate of water resources is improved, a water pump is arranged in a water tank 8, a first water pipe group 9 and a second water pipe group 10 are fixedly connected between a first support plate 1 and a second support plate 2 on the right sides of a first trapezoidal plate 5 and a second trapezoidal plate 6 respectively, the first rotating handle 41, so that the screw 14 can be rotated conveniently, the distance between the first ironing plate 15 and the second ironing plate 16 can be adjusted, the middle part of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 is rotatably connected with a third rotating roller 18 and a fourth rotating roller 19 on the right side of the first ironing plate 15 and the second ironing plate 16 through a second rotating shaft, the third rotating roller 18 is arranged on the upper side of the fourth rotating roller 19, the right side of the opposite end of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 is both fixedly connected with an exhaust box 20, the opposite end of the two exhaust boxes 20 is both provided with a first exhaust hole 21, the top end of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 is fixedly connected with a fixing box 22 above the exhaust box 20 through a first fixed screw, the inside of the fixed box 22 is communicated with the inside of the exhaust box 20, the bottom end of the fixed box 22 is uniformly provided with a plurality of second exhaust holes 23, the top end of the fixed box 22 is connected with an air inlet pipe 24, the top ends of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 are fixedly connected with a fixed plate 25 at the left side of the fixed box 22 through a second screw, the top end of the fixed plate 25 is provided with a through groove which longitudinally penetrates, a transparent baffle 40 is fixedly connected inside the through groove to facilitate observation of the inside condition, the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the fixed plate 25 are fixedly connected with a first baffle 26 in the middle of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2, the front ends and the rear ends of the two first baffles 26 are respectively contacted with the side ends of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2, the left side and the right side of the top end of the water tank 8 are fixedly connected with a second baffle 27, the front ends and the rear ends of the, the two first baffles 26 are respectively arranged on the left side of the second water pipe group 10 and the right side of the second ironing plate 16, the two second baffles 27 are respectively arranged on the left side of the second water pipe group 10 and the right the textile fabric is ensured to be clean, meanwhile, air sprayed from the fixed box 22 and the exhaust box 20 can be prevented from blowing onto the first ironing plate 15 and the second ironing plate 16 and cooling the first ironing plate 15 and the second ironing plate 16, the heat preservation effect is achieved, heat dissipation on the first ironing plate 15 and the second ironing plate 16 is effectively prevented, an electric energy source is saved, a dust hood 28 is fixedly connected to the left sides of the top ends of the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 through a third dust hood, the right end of suction hood 28 and the left end contact of fixed plate 25, the fixedly connected with dust catcher 29 on the top of suction hood 28, the inside switch-on It should be further noted that the dust removing device 31 includes a dust removing box 32, water is disposed inside the dust removing box 32, a drain pipe 42 is connected to a bottom side of a rear end of the dust removing box 32, a valve 43 is disposed on the drain pipe 42, the water mixed with dust in the dust removing box 32 can be drained out, a partition 33 is fixedly connected to a top side of the inside of the dust removing box 32, a filter plate 34 is fixedly connected to a bottom side of a rear end of the partition 33, a shaft sleeve 35 is embedded in a corner middle position of the filter plate 34, a rotating shaft 36 is rotatably connected to the inside of the shaft sleeve 35, three fan blades 37 are uniformly distributed outside the rotating shaft 36 on one side above the filter plate 34, a scraper 38 is fixedly connected to the outside of the rotating shaft 36 on one side below the filter plate 34, a brush 39 is fixedly connected to a top end of the scraper 38, a top end of the brush 39 contacts with a bottom end of the filter, the exhaust pipe 30 is arranged at the front side of the partition plate 33, one end of the air inlet pipe 24 far away from the fixed box 22 is communicated with the inside of the dust removal box 32, the air inlet pipe 24 is arranged at the rear side of the partition plate 33, dust cleaned from textile fabric is conveyed to the inside of the dust removal box 32 through the exhaust pipe 30 by the dust collector 29, air containing dust is filtered by the filter plate 34, the air sucked into the dust removal box 32 by the dust collector 29 blows the fan blades 37 to rotate, the fan blades 37 rotate to drive the rotating shaft 36 to rotate, the rotating shaft 36 rotates to drive the scraper 38 to rotate, the scraper 38 rotates to drive the brush 39 to rotate, the brush 39 rotates to clean the bottom end of the filter plate 34, the dust adsorbed at the bottom end of the filter plate 34 is cleaned, the filter plate 34 is prevented from being blocked by the dust, the service life of the filter plate 34 is prolonged, the dust floating in the dust removal box 32 is adsorbed by water in the dust removal, thereby improve the effect of dust removal, guarantee the cleanness on textile fabric surface, improve the environmental quality around the work, the top of second commentaries on classics roller 4, the top of fourth commentaries on classics roller 19, the top of second trapezoidal plate 6 set up in the coplanar, guarantee that textile fabric can carry in the coplanar, improve the roughness when carrying textile fabric, improve textile fabric's effect of ironing.
