Abstract
本发明涉及一种海红果的保鲜技术,其技术特征是将冬季已冻透的海红果经筛选除杂,清洗消毒用塑料、金属箔纸装袋密封,置于温度在-5℃以下的冷冻室储存,待需用时取出。
本发明工艺简单,避免海红果的浪费,可保证常年食用新鲜的海红果及其加工品,同时还能用于柿子的保鲜。
Description
本发明涉及水果的保鲜技术,是海红果保鲜技术。
海红果又名海红子,味道鲜美,营养丰富,但秋季成熟果直接食用味道既苦又涩,只有到了冬季果子冻结后食用才酸甜可口,口味独特,到了春季气温上升,海红果便融水化,果肉随及变质腐烂。为了解决海红果的处用和保存,目前民间采取凉果干,工业开发是加工果单皮、罐头等,但都改变了原果的鲜美味道和营养成份。
本发明的目的是为了能长期保持海红果的原有独特味道和营养成份,延长其食用期和加工期,避免浪费而提供的一种海红果保鲜技术,使人们常年都能食用新鲜的海红果。
本发明的解决方案是将冬季冻结的海红果,经筛选除杂,清洗消毒,然后用塑料或金属箔袋装袋密封,置于温度在-5℃以下冷冻室储存,待需用时取出。
鲜海红果口味独特甜酸可口,是一种美味佳肴,而且食用能开胃,具有健脾、清热、泄火医药效能。本发明采用简单的工艺,就能解决由于冬季大量库存积压,春暖后变质腐烂造成巨大浪费,使之能常年食用、加工,是海红果开发利用的又一新途径。
海红果冷冻保鲜技术措施是在冬季将结束时将库存的冻海红果挑选个大无损的经清洗消毒,实施例1:将清洗消毒的果子装入大小不同的塑料袋密封,大袋包装可以用来加工,以小袋再装箱打包以后来销售食用。实施例2:将清洗消毒后的果子装入金属箔袋。
包装后果袋置于-5℃以下的冷库储存。冷藏的海红果可以直接销售食用,也可以冷冻加工成冰淇淋果酱或融化后榨汁制做果汁饮料,也可再配上其它辅科制成海红果食品。
本保鲜技术还可以用于柿子保鲜。
Claims (4)
1、一种海红果的保鲜技术,其特征是将冻透的鲜果经筛选除杂,清洗消毒,装袋密封,置于温度在-5℃以下冷冻室储存。
2、如权利要求1所述的海红果保鲜技术,其特征是包装袋是塑料袋和金属箔袋。
3、如权利要求1所述的保鲜的海红果,是果子以及其加工品。
4、如上所述的海红果保鲜技术,能够应用于柿子保鲜。
