10. An iron inserting method of an automatic iron inserting device for an iron yoke on a transformer iron core is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the upper iron yoke silicon steel sheet in a tray on a shelf according to the sequence from the main stage to the final stage;
(2) placing the ware body in a positioning groove of a fixed table, and conveying the ware body to a manipulator inserting station through a roller conveyor;
(3) manually completing the iron insertion of the first group of main-grade silicon steel sheets, wherein the number of the iron insertion sheets is 5-30;
(4) starting a lifting mechanism I and a rotating mechanism to adjust the iron core lamination plane of the body so as to enable the iron core lamination plane to be parallel to the operation plane of the manipulator;
(5) starting the mechanical arms, grabbing the upper iron yoke silicon steel sheets by the mechanical arms on the two sides, and moving the upper iron yoke silicon steel sheets to the upper part of the body to insert iron one by one; the sheet inserting sequence is carried out according to the iron core stepping sequence to complete transverse stepping iron inserting or longitudinal stepping iron inserting;
(6) and (5) finishing inserting iron, and starting the roller conveyor to convey the transformer body to the next working procedure.
