Abstract
The invention provides a water-based strippable coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, 0.2-0.5 part of pH regulator, 5-10 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of base material wetting agent, 5-20 parts of deionized water and 1-5 parts of thickening agent, wherein the film-forming assistant comprises: 2-3 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and 1-3 parts of glycerol hydroxystearate. The invention provides a water-based strippable coating with low VOC, high tensile strength of a paint film, good film-forming property and good film-strippable property and a preparation method thereof.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coatings, in particular to a strippable water-based coating for a stainless steel substrate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of the quality of life at present and the improvement of the environmental protection concept, people have higher and higher requirements on articles contacted in life, the requirements on strippable protective film coatings for protecting the articles are stricter, the coatings suitable for being stripped at present are basically oil-based paints, the oil-based paints have large odor and toxicity, the high content of organic volatile compounds (VOC) has great influence on the bodies of workers and the environment, and therefore the water-based strippable paints with small odor and low content of organic volatile compounds (VOC) and are more environment-friendly are produced at the beginning.
Therefore, the research on the water-based strippable coating with low VOC, high tensile strength of a paint film, good film-forming performance and good film-strippable performance and the preparation method thereof are needed.

The invention aims to provide a water-based strippable coating with low VOC, high tensile strength of a paint film, good film-forming property and good film strippability and a preparation method thereof.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the water-based strippable coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, 0.2-0.5 part of pH regulator, 5-10 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of base material wetting agent, 5-20 parts of deionized water and 1-5 parts of thickening agent, wherein the film-forming assistant comprises: 2-3 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and 1-3 parts of glycerol hydroxystearate.
As a further improvement of the invention, the detergent also comprises 1-5 parts of active agent ethylhexyl hydroxystearate by weight.
As a further improvement of the invention, the film-forming additive is 2-4 parts of 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid in parts by weight.
As a further improvement of the invention, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is Crysol 6110.
As a further improvement of the invention, the pH regulator is one or more of dimethylethanolamine and multifunctional auxiliary AMP-95.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based strippable coating, which comprises the following steps: according to the raw material proportion, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion, the film-forming assistant, the deionized water, the pH value regulator, the defoaming agent, the thickening agent and the activator are sequentially added under the stirring condition of the speed of 600r/min and 500-600r/min, the stirring is carried out for 30-40min, and the viscosity is adjusted to be qualified.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention selects the aqueous dispersion and the high-boiling-point environment-friendly film-forming auxiliary agent to obtain the high-gloss, high-decoration and strippable aqueous paint coating, wherein the VOC of the prepared aqueous paint is less than or equal to 60g/L, the odor is very low, and the environment pollution is prevented.
2. According to the invention, the environment-friendly high-boiling-point film-forming aid dipropylene glycol methyl ether film-forming aid is selected, both film-forming aids are environment-friendly aids and are strong solvents of emulsion polymers, and glycerol hydroxystearate is added into the film-forming aid and interacts with dipropylene glycol methyl ether, so that the lowest film-forming temperature of the water-based paint is effectively reduced, the film-forming property is obviously improved, and the scrubbing resistance and the film coating quality of the water-based paint are improved.
3. According to the invention, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion is used as a film forming substance, and ethylhexyl hydroxystearate is added in the formula, and the ethylhexyl hydroxystearate has oleophilic and hydrophilic groups, so that the acting force between the aqueous polyurethane dispersions can be improved, the film forming performance of the aqueous polyurethane is effectively improved, the smoothness of the film forming surface is increased, the tensile strength after film forming is improved, and the strippability of a paint film is improved.
4. According to the invention, 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid is added into the film-forming assistant, so that the acting force of glycerol hydroxystearate, dipropylene glycol methyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether can be improved by the 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid, the film-forming performance is further improved, the tensile property of the formed film is improved, and the glossiness and the ageing resistance of the paint film can be effectively improved by the 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid.
5. The pH regulator adopted by the scheme is dimethylethanolamine produced by Germany Basff company and/or multifunctional assistant AMP-95 produced by American Dow chemical industry to regulate the pH value of a regulating system to 8-9, and the two pH regulators not only have the effect of regulating the pH value, but also are organic substances and can be mutually agglomerated with the aqueous polyurethane dispersion to further improve the film forming property of the aqueous polyurethane dispersion.

A preparation method of a water-based strippable coating comprises the following steps: according to the raw material ratio, the raw materials are sequentially added under the stirring condition of a speed of 500 r/min: 611070 parts of waterborne polyurethane dispersion, 0.2 part of pH regulator dimethyl ethanol, 5 parts of a film-forming assistant, 5 parts of a defoaming agent BYK-0280.1, 5 parts of substrate wetting agent Tego-1000.3, 5 parts of deionized water, 1 part of RM-8W thickener and 1 part of active agent ethylhexyl hydroxystearate, wherein the film-forming assistant comprises: 2 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 1 part of glycerol hydroxystearate and 2 parts of 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid, stirring at the speed of 500r/min for 30min, and adjusting the viscosity to be qualified.
Example 2
A preparation method of a water-based strippable coating comprises the following steps: according to the raw material ratio, the raw materials are sequentially added under the stirring condition of a speed of 600 r/min: the waterborne polyurethane coating comprises, by weight, 611090 parts of waterborne polyurethane dispersion, 950.5 parts of multifunctional auxiliary agent AMP-950.5 parts of pH regulator, 10 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0280.3 parts of defoaming agent BYK-3460.5 parts of base material wetting agent, 20 parts of deionized water, 5 parts of RM-8W thickening agent and 3 parts of active agent ethylhexyl hydroxystearate, wherein the film-forming auxiliary agent comprises: 3 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 3 parts of glycerol hydroxystearate and 4 parts of 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid, stirring at the speed of 600r/min for 40min, and adjusting the viscosity to be qualified.
Example 3
A preparation method of a water-based strippable coating comprises the following steps: according to the raw material ratio, the raw materials are sequentially added under the stirring condition of the speed of 550 r/min: 611080 parts of waterborne polyurethane dispersion, 0.3 part of dimethyl ethanolamine as a pH regulator, 7 parts of a film-forming assistant, 7 parts of a defoaming agent BYK-0280.2 parts, 3 parts of a base material wetting agent Tego-1000.4 parts, 10 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of an RM-8W thickening agent and 3 parts of ethylhexyl hydroxystearate as an active agent, wherein the film-forming assistant comprises: 2.5 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 1.5 parts of glycerol hydroxystearate and 3 parts of 4-amino-3-hydroxybutyric acid, stirring at the speed of 550r/min for 35min, and adjusting the viscosity to be qualified.

Film formation time test method: and respectively calculating the surface drying time and the actual drying time of the film body by adopting a finger touch method and a blade method. After the coating is uniformly coated on the sample wafer, the sample wafer is placed under the set ventilation condition of 30 ℃, and the surface drying time of film forming of the film body is observed according to the measurement.
The samples of examples 1 to 7 were tested for tensile properties of film bodies according to GB/T1040.1 to 2006 and for film-forming properties according to the film-forming time test method:
