Description

Sanitary tissue paper package
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a film-wrapped sanitary tissue paper package in which a bundle of sanitary tissue paper such as a napkin is wrapped with a film.
Background
As for a package of sanitary tissue paper such as tissue paper, a carton type container also called a box-packed tissue paper is known as follows: the bundle of sanitary tissue paper is stored in a storage box made of paper such as white cardboard called a carton. In many of these carton type sanitary tissue paper packages, about 120 to 250 groups of sanitary tissue paper, each group of which is composed of two to four sanitary tissue papers, are stored as a pop-up bundle.
On the other hand, there are film-wrapped sanitary tissue paper packages for the purpose of reducing packaging materials and improving transportation costs and portability by making the packages compact: the carton type container is formed by packaging pop-up bundles of the same number of groups as the above-described carton type container with a flexible film made of resin.
As the film-wrapped sanitary tissue paper package, a pillow (ピロー) wrapping system and a lap (オーバーラップ) wrapping system are known. The pillow pack is as follows: the bundle as the object to be packaged is wrapped by a long film so as to be rolled in the width direction, the edge portions overlapped in the rolling direction are bonded to each other, and the portion extending beyond the object to be packaged in the film longitudinal direction is bonded to each other in an edge-folded manner and sealed.
Overlapping packs are packs that are also known as caramel packs (キャラメル packs) or pack-on-pack packs (せ pack み packs) and are such packs as: the bundle of objects to be packed is wrapped in a cylindrical shape by a film, the portions overlapped in the wrapping direction are bonded together, the portions of the film extending beyond the bundle of objects to be packed are folded from the 2 opposite edges toward the object to be packed, and at least the end edge portions of the triangular or quadrangular piece formed at this time are bonded together and sealed. In the case of the double wrap package, the shape is closer to a rectangular parallelepiped shape than the pillow package, the rigidity of the sealed portion formed by bonding triangular or quadrangular sheets together is high, and the shape retention of the package bag is excellent in many cases even if sanitary tissue paper is used after opening the package so that the bundle height is reduced.
On the other hand, the take-out port of the film-wrapped sanitary tissue paper package is a slit-shaped take-out port formed by arranging 1 perforation line in a straight line in the upper surface portion and splitting the perforation line, and is generally a take-out port of the following type commonly found in a carton type: the opening is a chamfered rectangular, rectangular or elliptical opening formed by forming a chamfered rectangular, rectangular or elliptical annular perforated line in an upper surface portion and tearing off the chamfered rectangular, rectangular or elliptical annular perforated line.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the structure in which 1 perforation line is arranged on a straight line in the upper surface portion, the opening is easily broken beyond both ends of the perforation line.
In addition, in the case of the above-described double wrapping, since the shape of the wrapping bag is hard to collapse, if only the slit-shaped taking-out opening is provided, resistance when taking out the sanitary tissue paper becomes large, and particularly when the number of groups constituting the bundle becomes small and the weight of the sanitary tissue paper becomes light, the sanitary tissue paper is easily lifted up together with the wrapped package. When the opening portion is chamfered, the opening portion is formed in a rectangular, or elliptical shape, and particularly when the number of groups constituting the bundle is small, the sheet is likely to fall into the package through the opening portion.
Accordingly, a main object of the present invention is to provide a double-wrapped sanitary tissue paper package having excellent taking-out and dropping-preventing properties of sanitary tissue paper.
Means for solving the problems
Means for solving the above problems are as follows.
The first means is a sanitary tissue paper package in which folded sanitary tissue paper is stacked and packed in a bundle film in which folded sanitary tissue paper is stacked in a pop-up manner, characterized in that a take-out port forming portion is provided in a top surface portion of the film, and the take-out port forming portion is surrounded by: a pair of first easy-to-tear lines extending in a width direction in which folded-back edges of the sanitary tissue paper extend, and separated in a depth direction perpendicular to the width direction; and a pair of second easy-to-tear lines extending in the depth direction and connecting ends of the pair of first easy-to-tear lines to each other, the removal opening forming portion being formed in a shape having: an end narrowing portion in which the pair of first easy-to-tear lines gradually approach each other from a connection portion with the second easy-to-tear line toward a widthwise central portion side of the bundle, and a gap between the pair of first easy-to-tear lines is narrowed; a widened portion in which the pair of first easy-to-tear lines gradually get away from each other from an end narrow portion side toward a width direction central portion side of the bundle, and the pair of first easy-to-tear lines are widened; and a wide width portion in which the pair of first easy-to-tear lines gradually separate from the widened portion further toward the central portion in the width direction of the bundle until at least a length between the pair of first easy-to-tear lines becomes longer than a length of the second easy-to-tear line, the pair of first easy-to-tear lines are projected outward in the depth direction, and the portion of the pair of first easy-to-tear lines within the range of the removal opening forming portion is torn off, forming an acute corner portion at a position between the first easy-to-tear line and the second easy-to-tear line, and forming a free edge piece including an edge ranging from the end narrow portion to the wide portion, the length between the first easy-to-tear lines between the end narrow portion and the widened portion is 10% or less of the length of the bundle in the depth direction, and the length between the first easy-to-tear lines in the widened portion is 60% or less of the length of the bundle in the depth direction.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
The sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present embodiment is formed by packaging a bundle 3 of sanitary tissue papers 2 with a film 4, and a take-out port forming portion 50 for forming a take-out port 60 for taking out the included sanitary tissue papers 2 one by one is provided on a top surface portion 1A of the film 4.
When one or a group of sanitary tissue papers 2 are taken out from a take-out opening 60 formed by, for example, cracking the take-out opening forming section 50, the sanitary tissue paper package 1 is called a so-called pop-up type, and a part of the sanitary tissue paper 2 to be taken out next is exposed and is in a graspable state. In fig. 1 and 3, the same reference numerals are used to denote portions where the outlet forming portion 50 is ruptured to form the outlet 60.
The sanitary tissue paper 2 of the present embodiment is a paper towel, a hand towel, a toilet paper, or the like. Among these, the present invention is particularly effective in the case of a tissue having a layer structure of: in the layer structure, 2 to 4 raw paper sheets, which are particularly dry-creped, are stacked in one set. In forming the layer structure, both end portions of the stacked continuous sheets can be joined together by contact embossing, or four sides around the sanitary tissue paper sheet or the entire surface of the sheet can be joined together by a press member. The sanitary thin paper 2 of the present invention is a dry sanitary thin paper after being dried, and is not a so-called wet sanitary thin paper impregnated with a chemical solution. Thus, bundle 3 contains air between the layers. Further, although there are wet tissues to which a moisturizing agent or the like is added particularly to tissues among the dry type sanitary tissues 2, in the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, since the bundle 3 is wrapped with the film 4, the inner package is less likely to be dried compared to the carton type, and deformation of the paper in the carton due to the moisture absorption characteristic peculiar to the wet tissues does not occur, and therefore, it is particularly effective among the wet tissues.
The raw material pulp of the sanitary tissue paper 2 suitable for the present invention is formed by blending NBKP and LBKP. The waste paper pulp may be blended, but from the viewpoint of, for example, making the style uniform, it is preferable to constitute only NBKP and LBKP. As the blending ratio, NBKP: LBKP ═ 20: 80-80: preferably 20, NBKP: LBKP 30: 70-60: 40 is particularly preferred.
Regarding the sanitary tissue paper, the basis weight of each layer (each base paper constituting a group) is preferably 10 to 25g/m2. Particularly suitable is 10 to 18g/m2. The basis weight herein means a basis weight based on the measurement method of JIS P8124 (1998). The thickness of the sanitary tissue paper is not particularly limited, but is 90 to 170 μm in a 2-ply state, and further, the thickness isPreferably 90 to 150 μm. In the state of 3 layers, the thickness is 180 to 280 μm, and more preferably 180 to 250 μm. In the 4-layer state, the thickness is 200 to 320 μm, and more preferably 200 to 280 μm. The paper thickness herein refers to a value measured under the same conditions in a set of conditions using a dial gauge (thickness measuring instrument) "PEACOCKG type" (manufactured by Kawasaki corporation) after sufficiently adjusting the humidity of a test piece under the conditions of JIS P8111 (1998).
As shown in fig. 2 in particular, the bundle 3 of sanitary tissue paper 2 of the present invention is formed by folding and laminating a plurality of sanitary tissue papers as follows: the square sanitary tissue paper 2 with the longitudinal direction of 180-210 mm multiplied by the transverse direction of 130-160 mm is folded in half, and the folded sheets 2B of other sanitary tissue paper positioned above and below the paper are positioned on the folded inner side 2A. Therefore, the bundle 3 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape having: a pair of long side surfaces 3A on which the folded-back edges 2C of the sanitary tissue papers are arranged; and a pair of short side surfaces 3B on which the folded-back edges 2C are not arranged, and a pair of flat surfaces (top and bottom surfaces) 3C connected to the short side surfaces 3A and the long side surfaces 3B. Also, the top surface portion 1A of the present invention refers to a portion of the film facing the plane 3C. The size of the bundle 3 is not limited, but is roughly: a width of 153mm (M size) or a width of 137mm (S size). times.a depth of 96 mm. times.a height of 43 mm. In the bundle 3, when the uppermost one of the folded pieces is pulled upward, the other folded piece adjacent to the uppermost one is pulled upward and lifted up, and so-called pop-up is performed. Such a bundle 3 can be manufactured by a known interfolder (interleaver) of the multi-stage (multi-stage) type, the rotary (rotation) type.
The number of sets of the sanitary tissue paper 2 constituting the bundle 3 is not limited, but in the case of a tissue paper container containing tissue paper, the sanitary tissue paper package of the present embodiment may be similarly set to 80 to 240 sets with 1 set of 2 plies (2 sheets stacked), 3 plies (3 sheets stacked), or 4 plies (4 sheets stacked).
The sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention is packed in a stacked manner by packing the bundle 3 with the film 4. The overlapping wrapping is a wrapping also called caramel wrapping, and in particular, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, is a wrapping configured as follows: the bundle 3 as the object to be packed is wrapped by the film 4 in a roll shape, the upper and lower films are bonded together by a welding process or an adhesive (the adhesive portion is denoted by reference numeral 4S in fig. 4) at a portion 4A (fig. 4) overlapped in the roll direction, and further, a portion 4B (fig. 3) protruding beyond the bundle 3 as the object to be packed is folded toward the object to be packed from 2 edges opposed to each other on the side surface or on the top surface and the bottom surface, and at least each end edge portion of the triangular or trapezoidal piece formed at this time is bonded to each other by a welding process or an adhesive, thereby sealing the opening 4X of the roll.
The sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention is a double-wrapped package, and is a package system including: as shown in fig. 3, a tube opening sealing portion 4C (fig. 1 and 5) formed by sealing the tube opening 4X is located at a position facing the short side surface 3B of the bundle 3. Since the opening seal portion 4C of the stacked package has a planar shape formed by laminating and bonding a plurality of films, the overall outer case shape is a rectangular parallelepiped shape close to the carton. In the opening seal portion 4C, the plurality of films 4 are stacked and then bonded together, and therefore the rigidity of the portion tends to increase. The sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, which is represented by a film-wrapped tissue paper, may be sold in a store in a stacked state, and is preferably: the shape of the product is close to a rectangular parallelepiped and the shape retention property is excellent without being crushed, and therefore, the double package of the present invention is preferable from the viewpoint of the rigidity and shape concerned.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, the difference between the outer shell size (width × depth × height) of the film 4 and the bundle size (width × depth × height) is not limited at each position, but in such products, the thickness is usually from-2 mm to +5mm with respect to the bundle size, and can be similarly set in the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, the overlapped package is described above, and the takeout opening forming section 50 for forming the takeout opening 60 is set to a range surrounded by: a pair of first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A extending in a width direction 3W in which a folded edge 2C of the sanitary tissue paper 2 extends, and separated in a depth direction 3D perpendicular to the width direction; and a pair of second easy-to- tear lines 5B, 5B extending along the depth direction 3D and connecting ends of the pair of first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A to each other. Here, the easy-to- tear lines 5A and 5B are lines designed to be easily torn by the lines, and are, for example, perforated lines, slit lines provided with uncut portions at appropriate intervals, or the like. Further, the line may be formed by reducing the thickness of the film.
The outlet forming portion 50 of the present invention is characterized by having a shape having: an end portion narrowing portion 51 in which the pair of first easy-to-tear lines 5A, 5A gradually approach each other from the connection portions P1, P1 with the second easy-to-tear lines 5B, 5B toward the widthwise central portion side of the bundle 3, and the space therebetween is narrowed; a widened portion 52 in which the pair of first easy-to-tear lines 5A, 5A gradually separate from each other from the end portion narrowed portion 51 side toward the widthwise central portion side of the bundle 3, and are widened therebetween; and a wide portion 53, wherein the pair of first easy-to-tear lines 5A, 5A gradually separates from the widened portion 52 further toward the central portion in the width direction of the bundle 3 until at least a length therebetween becomes longer than a length of the second easy-to-tear line 5B so that they bulge out toward the depth direction outer side, and in particular, a length JW between the first easy-to-tear lines between the end portion narrow portion 51 and the widened portion 52 is 10% or less, preferably 1.6 to 8.3%, of a length L1 of the bundle 3 in the width direction 3W, and a length SW between the first easy-to-tear lines 5A, 5A in the wide portion 53 is 60% or less, preferably 45 to 57%, of a length L1 of the bundle 3 in the width direction 3W.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, since the dispensing opening forming portion 50 has the shape having the end narrow portion 51, the widened portion 52, and the wide portion 53, when the portion in the range of the dispensing opening forming portion 50 is to be removed, first, an acute corner P (fig. 5 and 6) is formed at a position between the first easy-to-tear line 5A and the second easy-to-tear line 5B at the position of the end narrow portion 52. That is, since the end narrowing portion 51 is configured to: since the pair of first cleavage lines 5A are close to each other from the end of the second easy cleavage line 5B along the depth direction, when they are torn off, an acute-angled corner P, P is formed at the end narrow portion position, which is outward in the depth direction and has the end position of the second cleavage line 5B as the apex.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, since the dispensing opening forming portion 50 has the shape having the end narrow portion 51, the widened portion 52, and the wide portion 53, when the portion in the range of the dispensing opening forming portion 50 is torn, the free edges 61, 61 including the edge in the range from the end narrow portion 51 to the wide portion 53 are formed. That is, in the present invention, the pair of first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A first approach the end narrowed portion 51 toward the widthwise central portion of the bundle 3, are further separated by the widened portion 52, and reach the position on the outer side in the depth direction than the end portion of the second easy-to-tear line 5B at the wide portion 53, and therefore, the range connecting the edge E1 in the range from the end narrowed portion 51 to the wide portion 53, the corner portion P, and the position P2 on the outer side in the depth direction of the bundle 3 than at least the end portion of the second easy-to-tear line 5B of the wide portion becomes the free edge 61 formed of the flexible film 4.
Since the hygienic tissue paper package 1 of the present invention is provided with the outlet 60 for the outlet forming portion 50, the removability and the drop-preventing property are excellent. The takeout property includes, in addition to smooth drawing out of the sanitary tissue paper: a part of the next sheet or group exposed after the drawing-out of the sheet or group is liable to stand by itself and thus to be easily grasped.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, since the opening is wide at the position corresponding to the wide width portion 53, the resistance at the time of drawing is small, and therefore, smooth drawing is easy. In addition, the first sheet is also easily grasped. In particular, the length SW between the first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A in the wide portion 53 is 60% or less of the width direction of the bundle, and an excessively large opening is not formed, so that the drop-in prevention property is secured in combination with other structures. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5 in particular, the edge 20E of the exposed portion 20 at the root portion of the next sheet or group after the sheet or group is taken out enters the above-mentioned corner portion P to be supported. At this time, the edge piece 61 on the opposite corner side to the corner P into which the edge 20E of the sanitary tissue paper 2 is fitted is pressed against the exposed portion 20 of the sanitary tissue paper 2 to press the edge 20E of the sanitary tissue paper 2 toward the corner P, thereby maintaining the fitting. This makes the portion 20 of the next sanitary tissue paper excellent in self-standing property and drop-preventing property.
Further, since the bundle 3 is configured to be pop-up like the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, when one sheet or one set is extracted, the edge 20E of the part 20 of the sanitary tissue paper 3 to be extracted subsequently faces the extraction port while moving in the depth direction 3D, and is guided by the edge of the extraction port 60 when exposed from the extraction port 60. In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, the takeout opening 60 is widened from the position between the end narrow portion 51 and the widened portion 52 toward the position of the end narrow portion, and therefore, when the part 20 of the sanitary tissue paper 2 is pulled out, the edge 20E of the sanitary tissue paper 2 is easily guided by the corner portion P. In particular, the distance between the end narrow portion 51 and the widened portion 52 is narrowed to 10% or less of the length of the bundle 3 in the depth direction 3D, whereby the surface of the sanitary tissue paper 2 is reliably supported by the edge, and the anti-dropping property is improved. In addition, if the first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A are provided in the range of 10% or less between the lines, and the connecting portions 54 are provided at a fixed interval between the pair of first easy-to-tear lines, the surface of the sanitary tissue paper 2 is more easily supported, and the drop-in prevention property is further improved.
Here, the pair of first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A in the end portion narrowed portion 51 and the widened portion 52 is preferably curved. Since the edge E of the ejection port 60 is a smooth curve, the sanitary tissue 2 is guided smoothly by the edge, and the ejectability is further excellent.
The general shape of the entire wide portion 53 is not particularly limited, but is preferably a circle, an ellipse, or a chamfered quadrangle whose edge is curved as in the illustrated example. When the pull-out is performed, the pull-out is not easy to be caught on the edge, so that the pull-out is easy and smooth.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, the length PW of the first easy-to- tear lines 5A, 5A in the width direction 3W of the bundle 3 is shorter than the width direction length L2 of the bundle 3, and is particularly preferably 87 to 97%. If the amount exceeds 97%, the edge 20E of the sanitary tissue 2 hardly enters the corner P.
In the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention, the length EW of the second easy-to-tear line 5B is preferably 3 to 16% of the length L1 of the bundle 3 in the depth direction 3D. If the range is such, the edge 20E easily enters the corner P.
The width Bh of edge flap 61 in sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention (i.e., the length Bh from line Bb connecting corner P1 (1 of corners P) and point P2 corresponding to corner P1 of the edge of wide-width portion 53 (line Bb passing through corner P1 on the tangent to the outer edge of wide-width portion 53) to opening edge E) is preferably 8 to 24 mm. The position P2 on the line Bb connecting the corner P and the edge of the wide portion 53 on the edge side of the wide portion 53 is the position where the width Bh is longest. In the range of the width Bh, the sanitary tissue paper can be sufficiently pressed and held for the size of the general sanitary tissue paper.
On the other hand, the first easy-to-tear line 5A and the second easy-to-tear line 5B in the sanitary tissue paper package 1 of the present invention can be formed of a perforated line or a slit having an uncut portion at an appropriate position as described above, but more preferably, the first easy-to-tear line 5A is formed as a slit communicating with the inside and the outside in the end narrow portion 51 and the widened portion 52, and the connection portion 54 and the wide portion 53 are formed as perforated lines having a connection portion of 0.5mm to 3.0mm and a cut portion of 1.0mm to 7.00 mm. In the coupling portion 54 and the wide portion 53, more preferably: the joint is 1.5 mm-2.5 mm, and the cut part is 2.0 mm-5.0 mm. Thus, it is not easily broken at the time of transportation and loading, and it is easily broken by fingers. The second easy-to-tear line 5B is preferably a perforated line in which the corner P is cut, and particularly preferably a slit in which an uncut portion is provided in the center portion in the depth direction 3D. If the package is constituted by the slit and the perforation line as described above, as shown in fig. 6, when the end narrow portion 51 is pulled away from the edge 1E in the width direction of the package 1 while grasping the position X1 between the end narrow portion 51 and the edge 1E in the width direction of the top face portion with fingers, the end narrow portion 51 becomes a grasping portion to be torn, and when grasping the grasping portion and pulling it toward the end narrow portion 51 on the opposite side, the take-out opening forming portion 50 surrounded by the first easy-tear line 5A and the second easy-tear line 5B is smoothly torn off and the opening 60 can be easily formed, so that the opening performance is excellent.
Specific examples of the flexible resin film material constituting the film 4 of the present invention include a polyethylene film, a polypropylene film, a polyester film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a nylon film, a polyvinylidene chloride film, a single-layer film of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, a laminated film comprising these films appropriately laminated, and a gas barrier film obtained by subjecting these films to a surface treatment such as aluminum deposition. However, from the viewpoint of cost, a polypropylene film or a polyethylene film is suitable. An unstretched polypropylene film (CPP) excellent in heat-sealability is particularly preferable.
The thickness of the film 4 may be appropriately selected in consideration of flexibility, cost, air permeability, and heat-sealing property during packaging, but it is preferable that the thickness measured according to JIS P8118 (1998) is 20 to 60 μm, and the flexibility measured by a method of measuring the hand feeling according to JIS L1096 (2010) E is 5.0 to 50.0 cN. With such thickness and flexibility, the film is less likely to break and the ejection property is easily improved.
(test examples)
Next, the shape, unsealability, drawability, and drop-in property of the take-out opening forming portion in the sanitary tissue paper package of the present invention were tested. The examples are examples of the present invention, and the comparative examples are examples other than the present invention. In comparative example 5, the opening forming portion was formed by a single perforation line in the beam width direction, and the outlet was a linear slit. Further, the breaking ratio was 2mm at the joint and 3mm at the cut.
All of the packaging methods are double-layer packaging, and the seal is a seal by heat fusion. The product housing size and the bundle size were almost identically manufactured except for manufacturing errors, and the bundles were S-size bundles and M-size bundles sold on the market. The M-size bundle was a non-moist tissue containing no moisturizer, and the S-size bundle was a moist tissue containing 14 mass% moisturizer.
The main physical properties of the sanitary tissue paper and the film material are all the same as shown in the table. The dimensions of each part are shown in tables 1 and 2, where table 1 shows the results of the S-dimension test and table 2 shows the results of the M-dimension test.
