Claims (10)

2. A hemmed door panel according to claim 1, wherein: the edge-covered door plates are used in pairs, and the two edge-covered door plates used in pairs are staggered with each other.
3. A hemmed door panel according to claim 1, wherein: the two longitudinal frames (21) used for fixing the door panel body (1) are oppositely arranged;
the door plate is characterized in that a mounting support (211) is arranged on the inner side, facing the door plate body (1), of the longitudinal frame (21), an anti-collision support (212) is arranged on the back side of the door plate body (1), and an anti-collision strip (201) is inserted into the anti-collision support (212).

6. A method of manufacturing a hemmed door panel according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, cutting the longitudinal frame (21), the transverse frame (22) and the reinforcing frame (23) according to required sizes, and pasting more than one adhesive tape on the front surface of the longitudinal frame (21) along the longitudinal direction;
s2, after the two longitudinal frames (21) are arranged according to the transverse size of the door panel body (1), placing the door panel body (1) between the two longitudinal frames (21), and enabling the back surface of the door panel body (1) to be bonded to the front surface of the longitudinal frames (21) through the adhesive tape;
s3, taking two transverse frames (22), and respectively installing the two transverse frames (22) at the top and the bottom of the door panel body (1), wherein the two ends of the transverse frame (22) at the top of the door panel body (1) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two longitudinal frames (21) through two upper pulley assemblies (31), and the two ends of the transverse frame (22) at the bottom of the door panel body (1) are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the two longitudinal frames (21) through two lower pulley assemblies (32);
and S4, mounting the reinforcing frame (23) on the back of the door panel body (1) at a certain interval.
7. A method of manufacturing a hemmed door panel according to claim 6, wherein: in the step S1, the cut transverse frame (22) and the cut reinforcing frame (23) are milled to avoid the longitudinal frame (21).
