本发明公开了一种弹性双卫衣面料及其加工工艺,首先,设置三路针盘,分别为一路针盘、二路针盘和三路针盘,每一路针盘设置上针盘和下针盘;其次,一路针盘的上针盘连接底纱,二路针盘的下针盘连接面纱,三路针盘的上针盘和下针盘均连接绑纱,一路针盘的上针盘采用35S/1的棉纱编织底纱,下针盘不编织,二路针盘的下针盘采用43S/1的棉纱编织面纱,上针盘编织,三路针盘的上针盘和下针盘采用95D/36F的涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝交替编织绑纱;再者,对双卫衣面料进行染整工序处理,染整工序中采用化工助剂,处理环境的pH值控制在7‑12之间。采用涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝作为绑纱,可以提升弹性双卫衣面料的弹性,而且不会造成生产成本的大幅度上升。

技术领域
本发明属于服装面料技术领域,具体为一种弹性双卫衣面料及其加工工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中的双位衣面料布面弹性在生产过程中很容易失弹,染整加工过程中,布面容易产生蛇形或者布面效果很板,没有弹性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种弹性双卫衣面料的加工工艺,所述加工工艺生产出的双卫衣面料弹性较好,而且成本较低。
本发明还提出了一种由上述加工工艺生产获得的弹性双卫衣面料。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的弹性双卫衣面料的加工工艺,所述加工工艺包括:S1、设置三路针盘,分别为一路针盘、二路针盘和三路针盘,每一路针盘设置上针盘和下针盘;S2、一路针盘的上针盘连接底纱,二路针盘的下针盘连接面纱,三路针盘的上针盘和下针盘均连接绑纱,一路针盘的上针盘采用35S/1的棉纱编织底纱,下针盘不编织,二路针盘的下针盘采用43S/1的棉纱编织面纱,上针盘编织,三路针盘的上针盘和下针盘采用95D/36F的涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝交替编织绑纱;S3、对步骤S2产生的双卫衣面料进行染整工序处理,染整工序中采用化工助剂,处理环境的pH值控制在7-12之间。
根据本发明实施例的弹性双卫衣面料的加工工艺,通过采用涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝作为绑纱,可以提升弹性双卫衣面料的弹性,而且不会造成生产成本的大幅度上升。现有技术中的双卫衣面料的绑线采用涤纶DTY长丝调,弹性效果较差,改成涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝作为绑纱,可以大幅度提升双卫衣面料的弹性。
根据发明的一些具体实施例,在所述步骤S3中,化工助剂的配比如下:过碳酸钠、过渡元素氧化物、过渡元素盐类物质、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三碳聚氧乙烯、份醇醚糖苷、聚马来酸聚羟茎丙稀、脂肪酸镁、份二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇***醋酸酯和软化水;所述过碳酸钠为3-5份,所述过渡元素氧化物为3-5份,所述过渡元素盐类物质为1-3份,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为5-8份,所述异构十三碳聚氧乙烯为6-12份,所述份醇醚糖苷为5-9份,所述聚马来酸聚羟茎丙稀为3-5份,所述脂肪酸镁为5-10份、所述二乙二醇丁醚为1-3份,所述乙二醇***醋酸酯为3-6份,所述软化水为47-78份。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的弹性双卫衣面料,所述弹性双卫衣面料由上述加工工艺生产而得,根据发明实施例所述的双卫衣面料,弹性较好,用户穿着体验感较好。

根据本发明实施例的弹性双卫衣面料的加工工艺,通过采用涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝作为绑纱,可以提升弹性双卫衣面料的弹性,而且不会造成生产成本的大幅度上升。现有技术中的双卫衣面料的绑线采用涤纶DTY长丝调,弹性效果较差,改成涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝作为绑纱,可以大幅度提升双卫衣面料的弹性。

上述配比的化工助剂,染色效果较好,而且不会对面料本身造成损伤。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的弹性双卫衣面料,所述弹性双卫衣面料由上述加工工艺生产而得,根据发明实施例所述的双卫衣面料,弹性较好,用户穿着体验感较好。
采用上述加工工艺生产得到的双卫衣面料,不仅弹性好,而且生产成本低。

S2、一路针盘的上针盘连接底纱,二路针盘的下针盘连接面纱,三路针盘的上针盘和下针盘均连接绑纱,一路针盘的上针盘采用35S/1的棉纱编织底纱,下针盘不编织,二路针盘的下针盘采用43S/1的棉纱编织面纱,上针盘编织,三路针盘的上针盘和下针盘采用95D/36F的涤纶假捻螺旋高弹长丝交替编织绑纱;
S3、对步骤S2产生的双卫衣面料进行染整工序处理,染整工序中采用化工助剂,处理环境的pH值控制在7-10之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性双卫衣面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:在所述步骤S3中,化工助剂的配比如下:过碳酸钠、过渡元素氧化物、过渡元素盐类物质、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三碳聚氧乙烯、份醇醚糖苷、聚马来酸聚羟茎丙稀、脂肪酸镁、份二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇***醋酸酯和软化水;所述过碳酸钠为3-5份,所述过渡元素氧化物为3-5份,所述过渡元素盐类物质为1-3份,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为5-8份,所述异构十三碳聚氧乙烯为6-12份,所述份醇醚糖苷为5-9份,所述聚马来酸聚羟茎丙稀为3-5份,所述脂肪酸镁为5-10份、所述二乙二醇丁醚为1-3份,所述乙二醇***醋酸酯为3-6份,所述软化水为47-78份。
3.一种弹性双卫衣面料,其特征在于,所述弹性双卫衣面料由权利要求1或2所述的弹性双卫衣面料的加工工艺生产而得。
