Claims (8)

1. An inside cleaning device and method for glass bottles: the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

step 3, conveying the bottles filled with the cleaning agent to a bottle washing mechanism, and carrying out rotary cleaning on the inner wall of the glass bottle by using the bottle washing mechanism, wherein the rotating speed of the bottle washing mechanism is 60 r/min;
step 4, cleaning the interior of the bottle subjected to the step 3 with clear water, and flushing away the interior cleaning agent and impurities;
step 5, adding 20ml of cleaning agent into the glass bottle by using a cleaning agent device of the internal cleaning equipment, and mixing 500ml of clean water;
step 6, conveying the bottles filled with the cleaning agent to a bottle washing mechanism, and carrying out rotary cleaning on the inner wall of the glass bottle by using the bottle washing mechanism, wherein the rotating speed of the bottle washing mechanism is 100 r/min;
step 7, cleaning the bottle subjected to the step 6 with clear water inside, and flushing away the cleaning agent and impurities inside;
and 8, drying the glass bottle, wherein the temperature of the drying box is 45-50 ℃, and the drying time is 30-40 min.
