Abstract
The invention discloses a high-efficiency flour fluidizing device applied to dough-skin noodles, which comprises a flour storage tank, wherein two ends of the flour storage tank are respectively provided with a feeding roller and a discharging roller; the powder spraying components are arranged on two sides of the powder storage groove through a bracket; the fluidization plate is arranged at the bottom of the powder storage groove; the vortex fan is arranged at the bottom of the fluidization plate, and an air outlet of the vortex fan is aligned to the fluidization plate from bottom to top; and the dustproof outer cover is covered on the powder storage groove and exposes out of the inlet end and the outlet end of the powder storage groove. According to the invention, the flour wrapper noodles are guided into the flour storage groove, the fluidization plate is matched with the vortex fan to complete fluidization of the flour, and the flour is uniformly adhered to the surface of the flour wrapper noodles, so that the labor is saved, the efficiency is improved, and the taste of the flour wrapper noodles is improved.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a high-efficiency flour fluidizing device applied to flour-coated noodles, which comprises a flour storage tank, wherein a feeding roller and a discharging roller are respectively arranged at two ends of the flour storage tank; the powder spraying components are arranged on two sides of the powder storage groove through a bracket; the fluidization plate is arranged at the bottom of the powder storage groove; the vortex fan is arranged at the bottom of the fluidization plate, and an air outlet of the vortex fan is aligned to the fluidization plate from bottom to top; and the dustproof outer cover is covered on the powder storage groove and exposes out of the inlet end and the outlet end of the powder storage groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cutting blade is further provided on the discharge roller side, and the cutting blade cuts the noodle dough.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fluidization plate includes an upper plate portion and a lower plate portion, a hollow cavity is formed between the upper plate portion and the lower plate portion, and the hollow cavity accommodates the steel wire filter screen; the upper plate part and the lower plate part are densely distributed with communicated fluidization holes.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper plate is wavy and is connected to the lower arc portion in sequence.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the powder spraying component comprises a powder emitter; and the linear module drives the powder emitter to reciprocate back and forth along the powder storage groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dust-proof housing is provided with a dust bag movably installed, and the dust bag is connected to the vacuum extractor.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet of the vortex machine is provided with a heating pipe.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a negative ion nonwoven fabric layer is disposed between the air outlet of the cyclone machine and the fluidization plate.

As shown in the figure, the high-efficiency flour fluidizing device applied to the dough-skin noodles comprises a flour storage tank 10, wherein a feeding roller 21 and a discharging roller 22 are respectively arranged at two ends of the flour storage tank 10; the powder spraying components 30 are arranged at the two sides of the powder storage tank 10 through brackets; a fluidization plate 40 installed at the bottom of the powder storage tank 30; the vortex fan 50 is arranged at the bottom of the fluidization plate 40, and an air outlet of the vortex fan 50 is aligned with the fluidization plate 40 from bottom to top; and a dustproof outer cover 60 covering the powder storage tank 10, wherein the dustproof outer cover 60 exposes the inlet end and the outlet end of the powder storage tank 10.
In an embodiment of the invention, the fluidization plate 40 is arranged at the bottom of the flour storage tank 10 and used for storing flour, the lower end of the flour storage tank is communicated with the cyclone 50, positive pressure constant temperature air supply is performed, the fluidization plate 40 is matched to fluidize the powder layer on the surface, when the flour noodle is fed by the feed roller 21, the flowing powder layer is uniformly adhered to the surface of the flour noodle, no additional powder brushing is needed to ensure the uniformity, the efficiency is improved, the labor is saved, and finally the flour noodle is output by the discharge roller 22 to complete the flour sprinkling work of the flour noodle. The dust-proof outer cover 60 covers the powder storage groove 10, so that the dust-proof and cleaning effect is realized, and in addition, the dust overflow can be avoided. Referring to fig. 2, the fluidization plate 40 includes an upper plate portion 41 and a lower plate portion 42, a hollow cavity 43 is formed between the upper plate portion 41 and the lower plate portion 42, and the hollow cavity 43 accommodates the wire mesh; fluidization holes 44 are densely provided in the upper plate 41 and the lower plate 42. In an embodiment of the present invention, a steel wire filter screen is accommodated between the upper plate portion 41 and the lower plate portion 42 to achieve an impurity filtering effect, and the fluidization holes 44 provided between the upper plate portion 41 and the lower plate portion 42 realize air flow, so as to fluidize the flour layer, and continuously flow, thereby enhancing the activity of flour, and making the flour adhered to the dough-sheet noodles more uniform.
Preferably, the upper plate 41 is wavy and is connected with the lower arc portion in sequence, so that the contact with flour is increased and the sufficiency is enhanced in the conveying process.
The dusting assembly 30 of the invention comprises a powder emitter; the linear module driving the powder emitter to reciprocate back and forth along the powder storage groove 10 reciprocates back and forth, so that powder spraying is more uniform. The powder emitter can be communicated with the powder storage barrel or the powder storage groove 10, powder can be filled when the flour is insufficient, the flour in the powder storage groove 10 can be directly communicated when the flour is sufficient, accelerated stirring is completed, and activity is improved.
The dust-proof outer cover 60 is provided with a movably arranged dust-collecting bag 61, and the dust-collecting bag 61 is connected with a vacuum extractor to finish vacuum dust removal and enhance the cleaning effect.
In addition, the air outlet of the vortex machine 50 of the invention is provided with a heating pipe, which heats the temperature of the dough cover noodles and enhances the viscosity.
In a preferred embodiment, a negative ion non-woven fabric layer is disposed between the air outlet of the cyclone 50 and the fluidization plate 20 to adsorb impurities, thereby ensuring edible safety.
In conclusion, the flour wrapper noodles are guided into the flour storage groove 10, the fluidization plate 40 is matched with the vortex fan 50 to fluidize the flour, the flour is uniformly adhered to the surface of the flour wrapper noodles, labor is saved, efficiency is improved, and the taste of the flour wrapper noodles is improved.

Claims (8)
1. A high-efficient flour fluidizer for noodle sheets is characterized in that it comprises:
the powder storage tank is provided with a feeding roller and a discharging roller at two ends respectively;
the powder spraying components are arranged on two sides of the powder storage groove through a bracket;
the fluidization plate is arranged at the bottom of the powder storage groove;
the vortex fan is arranged at the bottom of the fluidization plate, and an air outlet of the vortex fan is aligned to the fluidization plate from bottom to top; and
the dust-proof outer cover is covered on the powder storage groove, and the dust-proof outer cover exposes out of the inlet end and the outlet end of the powder storage groove.
2. A high efficiency apparatus for fluidizing flour for application to noodle strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein said discharge roller is further provided with a cutting blade on one side thereof, said cutting blade cutting said noodle strips.
3. The efficient flour fluidizing device for dough cover noodles according to claim 1, wherein said fluidizing plate comprises an upper plate portion and a lower plate portion, a hollow cavity is formed between said upper plate portion and said lower plate portion, and said hollow cavity accommodates a wire screen; the upper plate part and the lower plate part are densely distributed with communicated fluidization holes.
4. The high efficiency fluidization device for flour applied to noodle strings of claim 3, wherein said upper plate portion is waved and is sequentially connected to said lower arc portion by said upper arc portion.
5. The high efficiency flour fluidizing apparatus for dough noodles according to claim 1 wherein said powder spraying means comprises a powder emitter; and the linear module drives the powder emitter to reciprocate back and forth along the powder storage groove.
6. The high efficiency fluidization device for flour applied to noodle strings as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dust-proof housing is provided with a movably installed dust bag connected to a vacuum-pumping device.
7. The high efficiency flour fluidizing apparatus applied to the dough cover noodles according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet of said vortex fan is provided with a heating pipe.
8. The high-efficiency flour fluidizing device applied to the dough-covered noodles according to claim 1, wherein a negative ion non-woven fabric layer is arranged between the air outlet of the vortex machine and the fluidizing plate.
