一种信息传输的方法及设备。终端设备接收网络设备发送的下行控制信息,其中下行控制信息包含资源分配字段,资源分配字段包括高式(I)个比特和低M个比特;资源分配字段用于指示分配的资源块时,低M个比特的比特状态中有L种比特状态能够用于指示窄带内的资源块分配,且L种比特状态中的每一种比特状态所指示的资源块的个数大于或等于1;或,资源分配字段用于指示分配的子载波资源时,M个比特的比特状态中有K种比特状态能够用于指示子载波资源的分配,且K种比特状态中的每一种比特状态所指示的子载波的个数小于12;终端设备根据资源分配字段确定分配的是资源块或者子载波资源,并在分配的资源块或者子载波资源上发送信息。本申请实施例提供的方法和设备可以应用于通信***,例如,V2X、LTE‑V、V2V、车联网、MTC、IoT、LTE‑M,M2M,物联网等。
