Background
The OCA (optically Clear adhesive) is a special adhesive, has colorless transparency, light transmittance of more than 90 percent, good bonding strength, can be cured at room temperature or middle temperature, has the characteristics of small curing shrinkage and the like, is one of the important raw materials of a display screen, is prepared by preparing an optical acrylic adhesive into a non-base material, then respectively attaching a layer of release film to an upper bottom layer and a lower bottom layer, is a double-sided adhesive tape without a base material, is the best adhesive for the display screen, and therefore most display screens on the market are covered with the OCA optical adhesive.
When the display screen needs to be repaired or recycled, the cleaning and recycling of the OCA adhesive film on the display screen are necessary operation steps, the traditional cleaning method of the OCA adhesive film is manually removed by manpower, after the OCA adhesive film is lightly scraped to a tilted state on the display screen by an operator, the OCA adhesive film is slowly torn off, the OCA adhesive film is easily broken, residual adhesive is easily left on the display screen, the processing time is long, the working efficiency is low, and when the adhesive is broken, glass can be damaged to a certain extent by frequent light scraping on the display screen, the maintenance cost can be improved, and the subsequent recycling is not facilitated.

As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, when the display screen 2 with the OCA film 1 attached thereon has a large size, and it is inconvenient to tear off the whole piece of the tear tape 3, a dividing line 31 may be provided on the tear tape 3, the tear tape 3 may be equally divided into two or four equal parts, and the tear tape 3 may be torn off in different regions, so that the tearing success rate can be improved when facing the display screen 2 with a large size.
