Abstract
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬的制备及在山楂上的应用涉及一种组合物及应用,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸150~250份、水4000~6000份、氯化铬20~60份、氨基寡糖素300~500份。本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬的制备及在山楂上的应用,开创了利用氨基寡糖铬对植物进行的富集,经过对山楂的针对性喷施,转化有机铬,价态更稳定,吸收率高,安全性高。再将成熟的山楂果实直接进行食用或加工成其它产品食用,是预防糖尿病和补铬的理想产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合物,特别是一种氨基寡糖铬的制备及在山楂上的应用。
背景技术
三价铬是葡萄糖耐量因子的主要成份,葡萄糖耐量因子是人体制造胰岛素的协同激素,人体对铬源的选择也非常严格,市场上的铬元素多为无机铬,吸收率和安全性都比较低,而有机铬的安全性和吸收率更高更安全。而从饮食中获取的三价铬元素含量比较低,又因农产品在经过精深加工过程中,损失了大部分三价铬元素, 食品中含量低,达不到人体所需,所以在特定的植物中经过富集,植物转化而获得,成为补铬以上元素的主要来源。
发明内容
本发明旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种氨基寡糖铬的制备及在山楂上的应用,是利用海洋动物的甲壳提取的氨基寡糖素与烟酸铬制作的氨基寡糖铬,在山楂生长中进行富集,结过山楂的转化成为更理想的铬源。
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸150~250份、水4000~6000份、氯化铬20~60份、氨基寡糖素300~500份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,是由烟酸180~220份、水4500~5500份、氯化铬30~50份和氨基寡糖素350~450份制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,是由烟酸200~210份、水4800~5200份、氯化铬35~45份和氨基寡糖素380~400份制成。
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是通过下列步骤制得:
a、在150~250份的烟酸中加入1200~1800份的水,制成烟酸溶液,再加入20~60份的氯化铬,加温至50~80℃,持续1~3小时,同时进行搅拌,制成烟酸铬,备用;
b、取氨基寡糖素300~500份,加入4200~4800份的水,加温至60~80℃,搅拌1~2小时,制成溶液,备用;
c、将经a步骤和b步骤制得的混合液进行混合,常温下搅拌1~3个小时,即制得氨基寡糖铬。
上述方法制得的氨基寡糖铬应用在山楂树上。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸150份、水4000份、氯化铬20份、氨基寡糖素300份;
是通过下列步骤制得:
a、在烟酸中加入800份的水,制成烟酸溶液,再加入氯化铬,加温至50~60℃,持续1小时,同时进行搅拌,制成烟酸铬,备用;
b、取氨基寡糖素,加入3200份的水,加温至60~65℃,搅拌1~2小时,制成溶液,备用;
c、将经a步骤和b步骤制得的混合液进行混合,常温下搅拌1~2个小时,即制得氨基寡糖铬。
实施例2
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸250份、水6000份、氯化铬60份、氨基寡糖素500份;
是通过下列步骤制得:
a、在烟酸中加入1200份的水,制成烟酸溶液,再加入氯化铬,加温至70~80℃,持续3小时,同时进行搅拌,制成烟酸铬,备用;
b、取氨基寡糖素,加入4800份的水,加温至70~80℃,搅拌1~2小时,制成溶液,备用;
c、将经a步骤和b步骤制得的混合液进行混合,常温下搅拌2~3个小时,即制得氨基寡糖铬。
实施例3
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸180份、水4500份、氯化铬30份和氨基寡糖素350份;
是通过下列步骤制得:
a、在烟酸中加入900份水(水总量的1/5),制成烟酸溶液,再加入氯化铬,加温至60~70℃,持续2~3小时,同时进行搅拌,制成烟酸铬,备用;
b、取氨基寡糖素,加入3600份的水,加温至65~70℃,搅拌1~2小时,制成溶液,备用;
c、将经a步骤和b步骤制得的混合液进行混合,常温下搅拌2.5个小时,即制得氨基寡糖铬。
实施例4
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸220份、水5500份、氯化铬50份和氨基寡糖素450份;

本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸200份、水4800份、氯化铬35份和氨基寡糖素380份;

本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸210份、水5200份、氯化铬45份和氨基寡糖素400份;

实施例7
本发明的一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸205份、水5000份、氯化铬40份和氨基寡糖素400份;
制备方法同实施例3。
本发明的实施例1~7制得的氨基寡糖铬应用于山楂树上,用氨基寡糖铬200ml兑水50~80斤在山楂开花后进行喷施一亩地面积,每隔15天喷施一次,至少喷施三次,最多可以喷施五次,实现铬的富集。
Claims (6)
1.一种氨基寡糖铬,是由下列组份按重量份数制成:烟酸150~250份、水4000~6000份、氯化铬20~60份、氨基寡糖素300~500份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种氨基寡糖铬,其特征在于是由烟酸180~220份、水4500~5500份、氯化铬30~50份和氨基寡糖素350~450份制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种氨基寡糖铬,其特征在于是由烟酸200~210份、水4800~5200份、氯化铬35~45份和氨基寡糖素380~400份制成。
4.制备权利要求1所述的一种氨基寡糖铬,是通过下列步骤制得:
a、在150~250份的烟酸中加入1200~1800份的水,制成烟酸溶液,再加入20~60份的氯化铬,加温至50~80℃,持续1~3小时,同时进行搅拌,制成烟酸铬,备用;
b、取氨基寡糖素300~500份,加入4200~4800份的水,加温至60~80℃,搅拌1~2小时,制成溶液,备用;
c、将经a步骤和b步骤制得的混合液进行混合,常温下搅拌1~3个小时,即制得氨基寡糖铬。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的氨基寡糖铬的应用,其特征在于所述的氨基寡糖铬为山楂生长提供营养液。
6.如权利要求5所述的氨基寡糖铬的应用,其特征在于每亩地用氨基寡糖铬200ml兑水50~80斤在山楂开花后进行喷施。
