The invention relates to a method for installing a cathode hanger of a sintering electric precipitator, which comprises the following steps: installing a cathode suspension insulator after the electric dust collector shell is installed and checked; setting up an operation platform, installing an upper frame and a supporting beam, and checking the size deviation; installing a lifting device, and fixing a suspension steel cable and a lifting point of the upper frame; lifting the upper frame, assembling the vertical beams, and continuously lifting the upper frame; lifting the upper frame to a proper position, mounting the middle frame, and checking the size deviation; a lifting device is arranged at the bottom of the upper frame, the middle frame is lifted to a specified position, and a cathode rapping shaft, a bearing, a pull rod and a cathode transmission device are arranged; continuously lifting the upper frame to a proper position, and installing the lower frame and the cathode walkway; lifting the upper frame to a specified position, and installing a cathode suspension rod; the cathode hanger was checked for three directional and diagonal dimensional deviations. The invention solves the difficult problem of assembling and positioning the cathode hanger of the electric dust collector in a limited space and ensures the installation efficiency and precision of the cathode hanger.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric precipitator equipment installation, and particularly relates to a sintering electric precipitator cathode hanger installation method.
Background
The electric dust collector is an important device between the sintering machine and the dust removal fan. The cathode hanger in the dust collector is arranged on the hanging insulator and is an important component for installing the cathode small frame and the cathode rapping transmission system. The cathode hanger comprises an upper frame, a middle frame, a lower frame and the like, has larger overall dimension which is as long as 10-15m and 8-10m wide, and cannot be integrally installed in place during installation. The method of sequentially assembling the lower frame, the middle frame and the upper frame is adopted when the cathode hanger is installed in the prior art, a construction platform needs to be built in a narrow construction space, the frame assembling difficulty is high, the assembling precision is easy to reduce due to interference, the construction efficiency is low, and the installation precision of the cathode hanger is difficult to guarantee. The verticality and the levelness of the cathode hanger after installation greatly affect the distance between the anode plate and the cathode frame, and even affect the efficiency of electric dust removal. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a reliable cathode hanger mounting method, which ensures the mounting quality and efficiency of the cathode hanger.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a sintering electric precipitator cathode hanger mounting method, solving the problem of assembling and positioning the electric precipitator cathode hanger in a limited space and ensuring the mounting efficiency and precision of the cathode hanger.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is to provide a method for installing a cathode hanger of a sintering electric dust collector, which comprises the following steps:
(1) after the electric dust remover shell is installed and preliminarily checked, a cathode suspension insulator is installed;
(2) an operation platform is erected in the shell of the electric dust collector, an upper frame and a supporting beam are installed on the operation platform, the size deviation of the upper frame is checked, the flatness of the upper frame and the straightness of the supporting beam are checked, and the upper frame and the supporting beam are welded and fixed after being qualified;
(3) a lifting frame is arranged outside the top of the electric dust remover shell, a lifting device is installed, a steel cable is hung, and the lifting frame is fixed with a lifting point of an upper frame through a suspension hole in the top of the electric dust remover shell;
(4) the upper frame is lifted by a lifting device traction steel cable, a vertical beam is assembled, then the upper frame is continuously lifted, in the continuous lifting process, the upper frame is firstly adjusted to be inclined to lift so as to avoid interference and collision with an ash bucket column and an ash bucket beam, and the whole upper frame is adjusted to be horizontal after being lifted to be higher than the ash bucket beam;
(5) continuously lifting the upper frame to a proper position, simultaneously installing a middle frame on the operating platform, checking the size deviation, checking the flatness of the upper frame, and welding and fixing after the flatness is qualified;
(6) installing a lifting device at the bottom of the upper frame, installing a cathode rapping shaft, a bearing and a pull rod when the middle frame is lifted to a specified position by the lifting device, fixing the cathode rapping shaft, the bearing and the pull rod by bolts, removing the lifting device at the bottom of the upper frame, and installing cathode transmission after the two rows of cathode rapping shafts are installed;
(7) continuously lifting the upper frame to a proper position, mounting the lower frame, checking the size deviation, checking the flatness of the upper frame, and mounting a cathode walkway;
(8) after the upper frame is lifted to a designated position, a cathode suspension rod is installed;
(9) and (4) checking dimensional deviations of the cathode hanger X, Y, Z in three directions and diagonal lines, welding and fixing all welding parts after the adjustment is qualified, and removing the steel cable and the external hoisting frame.
In the step (6), when the cathode rapping shaft is installed, the difference between the adjacent hammers on the circumference is 210 degrees.
The lifting device adopts a manual hoist or an electric hoist.
Advantageous effects
The invention adopts the installation method which is inverted to the installation method which adopts the lower frame, the middle frame and the upper frame to be sequentially assembled and assembled in the prior art, completes the assembly of the frames on a platform with relatively abundant space and completes the assembly among the upper frame, the middle frame and the lower frame by adopting the installation method of hoisting in place, solves the difficult problem of assembling and placing the cathode hanger of the electric dust collector in a limited space, and is beneficial to ensuring the installation efficiency and the precision of the cathode hanger.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
A method for installing a cathode hanger of a sintering electric dust collector comprises the following steps:
(1) after the electric dust remover shell is installed and preliminarily checked and accepted, a cathode hanging insulator is installed;
(2) an operation platform is erected in the shell of the electric dust collector, an upper frame and a supporting beam are installed on the operation platform, the size deviation of the upper frame is checked, the flatness of the upper frame and the straightness of the supporting beam are checked, and the upper frame and the supporting beam are welded and fixed after being qualified;
(3) arranging a lifting frame outside the top of the electric dust remover shell, installing a manual or electric hoist, hanging four steel cables, and fixing the lifting frame with a lifting point of an upper frame through a suspension hole in the top of the electric dust remover shell as shown in figure 1;
(4) the upper frame is lifted by a lifting device traction steel cable, a vertical beam is assembled, then the upper frame is continuously lifted, in the continuous lifting process, the upper frame is firstly adjusted to be inclined to lift so as to avoid interference and collision with an ash bucket column and an ash bucket beam, and the whole upper frame is adjusted to be horizontal after being lifted to be higher than the ash bucket beam;
(5) continuously lifting the upper frame to a proper position, simultaneously installing a middle frame on the operating platform, checking the size deviation, checking the flatness of the upper frame, and welding and fixing after the flatness is qualified;
(6) 4 groups of chain blocks are arranged at the bottom of the upper frame, when the middle frame is lifted to a specified position by a lifting device, a cathode rapping shaft, a bearing and a pull rod are arranged and fixed by bolts, when the cathode rapping shaft is arranged, the difference between adjacent hammerheads on the circumference is 210 degrees, the lifting device at the bottom of the upper frame is removed, and cathode transmission is arranged after the two rows of cathode rapping shafts are arranged;
(7) continuously lifting the upper frame to a proper position, mounting the lower frame, checking the size deviation, checking the flatness of the upper frame, and mounting a cathode walkway;
(8) after the upper frame is lifted to a designated position, a cathode suspender is arranged;
(9) and (4) checking dimensional deviations of the cathode hanger X, Y, Z in three directions and diagonal lines, welding and fixing all welding parts after the adjustment is qualified, and removing the steel cable and the external hoisting frame.
Claims (3)
1. A method for installing a cathode hanger of a sintering electric dust collector comprises the following steps:
(1) after the electric dust remover shell is installed and preliminarily checked and accepted, a cathode hanging insulator is installed;
(2) an operation platform is erected in the shell of the electric dust collector, an upper frame and a supporting beam are installed on the operation platform, the size deviation of the upper frame is checked, the flatness of the upper frame and the straightness of the supporting beam are checked, and the upper frame and the supporting beam are welded and fixed after being qualified;
(3) a lifting frame is arranged outside the top of the electric dust remover shell, a lifting device is installed, a steel cable is hung, and the lifting frame is fixed with a lifting point of an upper frame through a suspension hole in the top of the electric dust remover shell;

(8) after the upper frame is lifted to a designated position, a cathode suspension rod is installed;
(9) and (4) checking dimensional deviations of the cathode hanger X, Y, Z in three directions and diagonal lines, welding and fixing all welding parts after the adjustment is qualified, and removing the steel cable and the external hoisting frame.
