Abstract
The invention discloses an assembly deviation adjusting method of a shore crane machine room, which comprises the following steps: 1) a jacking device is arranged below the machine room, and an adjusting device is arranged on the upper cross beam; 2) adjusting and limiting are arranged at the staggered position between the rear girder rib plate and the machine room support; 3) the jacking device jacks the machine room to separate the land side of the machine room from the machine room support and the rear girder; 4) the adjusting device is used for adjusting the movement of the machine room; 5) and releasing the jacking device to assemble the machine room in place after dislocation adjustment. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a manufacturing and assembling technology of a shore crane, in particular to an assembling deviation adjusting method of a machine room of the shore crane.
Background
Main working mechanisms of the shore bridge and electric control equipment of the shore bridge are installed in the machine room, and the installation precision of the machine room plays an important role in normal operation of the shore bridge. According to the manufacturing process of the shore bridge, after the girder part is assembled at the back of the shore bridge, the machine room which is prefabricated into a whole is hung on a back girder frame of the shore bridge by using a floating crane for installation and fixation. Because the weight of the machine room is generally about 150-200 tons, the size is large, and the machine room has a height of ten meters away from the ground, the construction difficulty is increased for the precise positioning of the machine room. The dislocation of the assembly support and the rear girder box body structure of the machine room in the sea and land side direction is easy to exceed the tolerance range, and the series of problems of abnormal vibration, abnormal sound and the like can be caused in the operation of the machine room.
For the adjustment of the deviation, a rear support rod is used, the machine room is lifted by using the floating crane for adjustment, and the rear support rod is installed again after the adjustment is in place. However, this method results in a safety risk of the work station occupation and the use time of the floating crane being prolonged, the manufacturing cost being increased, and the personnel being operated at a high place.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for adjusting the assembly deviation of a machine room of a shore crane, which is a method for adjusting the machine room of the shore crane in a short time without using large hoisting equipment according to the principles of safety and benefit.

3) the jacking device jacks the machine room to separate the land side of the machine room from the machine room support and the rear girder;
4) the adjusting device is used for adjusting the movement of the machine room;
5) and releasing the jacking device to assemble the machine room in place after dislocation adjustment.

3) the jacking device 3 jacks the machine room 1 upwards to separate the land side of the machine room 1 from the machine room support 8 and the rear girder 2, as shown in fig. 6;
4) according to the misalignment condition of the alignment ribs 9 of the machine room support 8 and the rear girder 2, the adjusting device 5 is used for moving and adjusting the machine room 1 to the sea side or the land side by using the adjusting jack 10, and the jacking device 3 is released after the misalignment adjustment to assemble the machine room 1 in place, as shown in fig. 7 to 8.
The jacking device 3 is a jacking jack.
The number of the jack jacks can be 2.
