With continued reference to fig. 1-5, the first dilation positioning device 09 is arranged on one side of the pressing handle 01-2 and the holding handle 02-2, which brings about the advantage that the visual field and the space of the whole dilator are enlarged, when the upper and lower wings are dilated, the opening angle of the upper and lower wings can reach more than 40 degrees, which is very beneficial to various operations and examinations of obstetrics and gynecology department, because the vagina and the cervix can be fully exposed by more than 40 degrees, the vaginal orifice can be effectively protected from being excessively dilated, so that the clinical use is more beneficial to diagnosis and treatment and operation, and is safer and more effective.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, when the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 and the left and right wings 04-10 are in the closed state before clinical use, the doctor puts the dilator into the vagina when the clinical use starts, and the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 and the left and right wings 04-10 are still in the closed state, and at this time, the self-destruction strip 09-16 and the crown 09-17 are seen to be intact.

Referring to fig. 5, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a double-layer handle side hole 02-8 is formed at a position corresponding to the handle hole 01-8 at the outer side of the middle portion of the handle 02-2, the bottom layer is larger than the upper layer, and an inclined pad 02-9 is formed at the rear end of the bottom layer of the hole.

The invention is provided with the first expansion positioning device and the second expansion positioning device, a doctor can effectively expand the upper wall, the lower wall, the left side wall and the right side wall of the vagina to required positions according to the four directions of the upper wing, the lower wing, the left wing and the right wing, and after the examination or treatment is finished, the left wing 04-10 and the right wing are firstly inwards recovered into the upper wing (01-1) and the lower wing (02-1) and finally the upper wing (01-1) and the lower wing (02-1) are recovered and closed, and the expander realizes self-destruction in the operation process, thereby achieving two purposes at one time.
The whole four-wing dilator of the invention has only 4 parts (the upper dilating plate, the lower dilating plate, the locating sleeve and the side dilating plate) in total, avoids more than 20 parts designed by foreigners, and the four wings with particularly complex and heavy structure can bring pain to patients and complex and fussy operation to doctors.
When the cervical vertebra dilator is used for dilation, the upper wing and the lower wing are dilated and fixed upwards and downwards through the first dilation positioning device, the maximum opening angle of the upper wing and the lower wing reaches more than 40 degrees, the left wing and the right wing are dilated leftwards and rightwards through the second dilation positioning device to the positions required by clinic and fixed, and the cervical vertebra dilator is very suitable for the visual field of clinical examination.
According to a preferred embodiment, the shaft pins are large at two ends, small in the middle, solid in the middle lower part, elastic in the middle upper part due to the fact that the middle upper part is provided with the split piece, the edge diameter of the split piece is slightly larger than the diameter of the split piece, the whole shaft pins are similar to dumbbell-shaped shaft pins, not only is assembly easy, but also the shaft pins can rotate easily, conveniently, flexibly and freely during clinical use, and the working efficiency of doctors is improved.
Having now described the concept and embodiments of the present invention in detail, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit of the invention and the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A four-wing vaginal dilator comprises an upper expansion piece, a pressing handle integrated with the upper wing and extending backwards along the tail end of one side of the upper wing, a lower expansion piece and a holding handle integrated with the lower wing and extending downwards from the rear end of the lower wing, wherein the two sides of the rear ends of the upper wing and the lower wing are connected through a pin shaft, the pressing handle and the holding handle are engaged through an expansion positioning device, a positioning sleeve is rotatably connected with the rear end of the upper wing and the side expansion piece respectively, and the four-wing vaginal dilator is characterized by further comprising a first expansion positioning device consisting of a hook buckle expansion positioning self-destruction device,
the side expansion piece comprises a first handle at the tail end of the rear part, a second positioning hook which is inward in the radial direction and a second handle arranged on the second positioning hook are arranged on the inner side in front of the first handle, an opening shaft sleeve is arranged in front of the second positioning hook, the front part of the opening shaft sleeve is a side wing, the first handle and the second handle are kneaded in opposite directions to enable the second positioning hook to be upwards warped on a second positioning buckle on the outer side of the positioning sleeve to move, so that the outward horizontal opening angle of the left side wing and the right side wing reaches more than 40 degrees and the left side wing and the right side wing are inwards folded between,

The four-wing vaginal dilator of claim 1, wherein a protrusion is further provided in the center of the outer side of the positioning sleeve, a limiting block is provided in the center of the inner side of the positioning sleeve, the protrusion is moved upwards or downwards, the upper and lower centering of the positioning sleeve and the side wings can be adjusted, and the limiting block limits the limit range of the downward rotation of the positioning sleeve and the side wings.

The four-wing vaginal dilator of claim 1, wherein the axle pins are slightly larger at both ends, slightly smaller in the middle, solid at the middle-lower part, and open at the middle-upper part, the edge diameter of the open is slightly larger than that of the open, and the whole vaginal dilator looks like a dumbbell.
