Detailed Description
An embodiment of the self-destructive four-wing vaginal dilator of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring first to fig. 1-8, a self-destructive four-winged vaginal dilator comprises: an upper expansion piece 01, the upper expansion piece 01 includes an upper wing 01-1, and a press handle 01-2 which is integrated with the upper wing 01-1 and extends downwards along the rear end of one side of the upper wing, the left and right sides of the inner surface of the rear end of the upper wing are provided with shaft pins 01-3, a second shaft hole 01-4 is also arranged in front of the shaft pin 01-3, the second shaft hole 01-4 is used for the rotatable connection of a positioning connecting piece shaft pin 03-21, the press handle 01-2 is also provided with a press handle hole 01-8, and the tail end of the press handle hole 01-8 is provided with a positioning buckle 01-9 for the engagement of an elastic positioning hook.
The lower expansion piece 02 comprises a lower wing 02-1 and a handle 02-2 which is integrated with the lower wing 02-1 and extends downwards along the direction which is approximately perpendicular to the lower wing 02-1, a handle side hole 02-8, a convex protrusion 02-7 and an inclined pad 02-9 are arranged on the handle, the inclined pad 02-9 is arranged at the rear end of the bottom layer of the handle side hole 02-8, a shaft hole 02-3 is arranged between the lower wing and the handle, the convex protrusion 02-7 is arranged in front of the side handle hole 02-8, and two sides of the rear end of the upper wing 01-1 and the rear end of the lower wing 02-1 are respectively connected by a pin shaft, so that the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 can be opened and closed by controlling the handle 01-2.
Referring to the attached drawings 1-6 and 11, a first expansion positioning device for fixing the open state of the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 is a hook expansion positioning self-destruction device 09, which ingeniously combines the positioning function during use with the function of automatic destruction after use, the device further comprises a positioning seat 09-12 arranged in a side hole 02-8 of the handle and an inclined pad 02-9, the positioning seat 09-12 extends upwards to form an arc positioning rod 09-13 and a self-destruction strip 09-16 arranged in front of the positioning rod 09-13, the upper end of the positioning rod 09-13 is a push handle 09-15, the back of the positioning rod 09-13 is provided with a positioning hook 09-14, the positioning hook 09-14 passes through a handle hole 01-8 to be engaged and positioned with a positioning buckle 01-9 at the tail end of the positioning rod 09-13, the doctor can carry out quick fixation, regulation and fixing according to the size of operation scope.
The self-destruction strip 09-16 is a strip which is shorter, smaller and slightly inclined forwards as a whole, the front surface of the strip is tightly attached to the front wall of the side hole 02-8 of the handle, and the positioning seat 09-12 is more firmly fixed in the side hole 02-8 of the handle and the inclined pad 02-9 due to the front and back tension of the self-destruction strip 09-16 and the positioning rod 09-13. When a doctor pushes the push handle 09-18 once after use, the self-destruction strip 09-16 is applied with force by the push handle 09-18 and the positioning rod 09-13, the abdomen of the self-destruction strip is immediately fractured by the extrusion of the side hole 02-8 of the handle, and the self-destruction strip 09-16 is immediately fractured by the impact force when the positioning seat 09-12 slips under the lever action of the positioning seat 09-12 and the inclined pad 02-9 of the positioning rod 09-13, so the fracture of the self-destruction strip 09-16 is almost simultaneously performed with the slipping of the positioning seat 09-12 from the side hole 02-8 of the handle and the inclined pad 02-9, and the positioning rod 09-13 can not be buckled, expanded and positioned with the positioning buckle 01-9 any more due to the slipping of the positioning seat 09-12, the positioning rod 09-13 is out of position, all this happens and is done in a moment, and the broken part of the self-destructive strip 09-16 is almost at the root, and is shaped like a 'fracture', so that even if the self-destructive strip 09-16 is broken, the self-destructive strip still is connected with the positioning seat 09-12 and cannot fall down independently; after the positioning rod 09-13 is out of position, the positioning rod is still connected with the positioning seat 09-12 and cannot fall down independently, so that the dilator is an integral dilator when a doctor takes out the dilator, just like a disposable vaginal dilator without an instant device, and therefore, the operation is simple, labor-saving, convenient, practical, safe and effective.
With continuing reference to fig. 1-6 and 11, according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the head end of the self-destructive strip 09-16 extends forward to form a crown 09-17, so that the self-destructive strip 09-16 with the crown 09-17 is shaped like a "7" and is correspondingly engaged with the protrusion 02-7 positioned in front of the handle side hole 02-8, the self-destructive strip 09-16 with the crown 09-17 is easily broken and self-destructed when being pressed by the front wall of the handle side hole 02-8, and when the self-destructive strip 09-16 with the crown 09-17 is broken by pressing, the "broken" is still at the root, so that the operation is also time-saving, labor-saving, simple, convenient, safe and effective.
Referring to fig. 7-8, the self-destruction device for positioning and expanding the clasp is designed at one side of the press handle 01-2 and the holding handle 02-2, so that the visual field and the space of the whole dilator are enlarged, the upper wing and the lower wing are expanded to the clinically required positions for positioning, when the clinical requirement is continued to be expanded, the expansion angle of the upper wing and the lower wing can reach more than 40 degrees, various operations and various examinations of obstetrics and gynecology are completely met, because the vagina can be fully expanded by more than 40 degrees, the cervix is exposed, the vaginal orifice is effectively protected from being excessively expanded, the clinical diagnosis and treatment and the operation are facilitated, and the self-destruction device is safe and effective.
With continued reference to fig. 1-2, when the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 and the left and right wings 04-10 are in the closed state before clinical use, the doctor puts the dilator into the vagina when the clinical use starts, and the upper wing 01-1 and the lower wing 02-1 and the left and right wings 04-10 are still in the closed state, and at this time, the self-destruction strip 09-16 and the crown 09-17 are all seen to be intact.

Referring to fig. 7 and 11, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a positioning buckle 01-9 for engaging with a flexible positioning hook 09-14 is provided at the end of a pressing handle hole 01-8, the positioning hook 09-14 is provided with at least one hook or a plurality of hooks, and the positioning hook 09-14 is engaged with the positioning buckle 01-9, so that the present invention is convenient to operate, reliable in fixation and very practical.
Referring to fig. 8, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a double-layer handle side hole 02-8 is formed at the outer side of the middle portion of the handle 02-2 corresponding to the handle hole 01-8, the bottom layer is larger than the upper layer, and the rear end of the hole bottom layer is provided with a slant pad 02-9, which is designed with great attention to the details, so that the bottom layer has a larger space than the upper layer and the positioning seats 09-12
More stable installation therein.
With continued reference to fig. 8, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the bottom layer of the handle side hole 02-8 is designed to be a jewel shape, and the positioning seat 09-12 of the jewel shape matching with the bottom layer is more firmly installed in the bottom layer of the handle side hole 02-8, which is beautiful and practical, and also ensures safe and reliable clinical use, the design of the upper and lower layers can reduce the overall thickness of the positioning seat 09-12, and the design of the positioning seat 09-12 being thick at the front and thin at the back, so that the positioning seat 09-12 can more easily slip from the handle side hole 02-8 and the inclined pad 02-9 and the positioning seat 09-13 can not be screwed with the positioning buckle 01-9 in a tight fit manner under the action of the positioning seat 09-13 transmitted by the positioning rod 09-13 and the lever of the inclined pad 02-9 under the action of the forward pushing force of the pushing handle 09-18, therefore, the expansion and positioning functions are lost, the three components are self-destroyed and cannot be recovered at the same time, so that the purpose of avoiding cross infection of iatrogenic diseases by using the medical disposable medical.
