Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-combustible tobacco products, in particular to a preparation method and application of a tea stalk particle smoke body for heating non-combustible tobacco products.
Background
The core of the technology for heating non-combustible smoking articles includes two major aspects, a heat source and a smoking material. Smoking materials are key factors that affect the smoking experience of heated non-combustible smoking articles. The existing smoking materials mainly comprise tobacco shreds, tobacco powder, tobacco sheets and the like, and the materials can release smoke with tobacco characteristic aroma under different heating environments, wherein the tobacco shreds and the tobacco powder have the problems of small smoke amount, uneven smoking, easy coking and the like due to the difficulty in adding an atomizing agent; moreover, because tobacco is used as a heating material, nicotine and other harmful substances which cause addiction still exist in steam which is heated and distilled.
The tea stem contains a considerable amount of aroma substances, the aroma of the tea gradually decreases from the first leaf to the third leaf, and the aroma of the tea stem is the highest. The tea aroma substances are mainly in the main veins of the tea stalks and the tender leaves, and the amino acid in the tender stalks is higher than that in the tender leaves. In addition, the microelements in the tea stalk have effects of sterilizing, resisting radiation, relieving summer heat and fever, tranquilizing, improving eyesight, relieving restlessness, promoting fluid production, and quenching thirst. Because of containing rich fragrance substances, the product has effects of eliminating phlegm, arresting convulsion, inducing resuscitation, refreshing brain, and dilating peripheral blood vessels, can directly act on head, and has effects of preventing diseases, eliminating pathogenic factors, balancing qi and blood, regulating yin and yang, prolonging life, resisting aging, and strengthening body constitution.
Since the tea cigarette comes into the market, tea cigarette products are generally concerned by various social circles in recent years as a novel substitute cigarette capable of being sucked and soaked. The tea cigarette has bitter taste and sweet taste, is cold in nature, has the effects of refreshing the head and waking up the user from a faint sleep, but can generate chemical substances harmful to human bodies and PM2.5 after being burnt, and is harmful to the environment. Therefore, the development of a product which can fully utilize the effective components of the tea stems and does not need to be burnt to prevent harmful substances from being generated and does not burn the tea stems is a technical research direction with better market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide a preparation method of a tea stem particle fuming body which can fully utilize the effective components of tea stems and can be used for heating non-combustion tobacco products without generating harmful substances. The invention also provides application of the tea stalk particle fuming body.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the tea stalk particle fuming body comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing the tea stalk raw material into small particles, and obtaining microwave expanded tea stalk particles through microwave expansion treatment after screening;
(2) placing the microwave expanded tea stem particles into a reaction kettle containing a smoke agent system, soaking and then taking out; the smoke agent system is formed by mixing a liquid smoke agent and alcohol with the mass concentration of more than 95% according to the mass ratio of 2-3: 7-8; the liquid smoke agent is one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, 1.3 butanediol and glycerol triacetate;
(3) loading a natural spice powder system on the surfaces of the soaked microwave-expanded tea stem particles, uniformly stirring, and airing to obtain the tea stem particle smoke body; the natural spice powder system is prepared by mixing 10-20% of old tea micro powder, 30-40% of green tea micro powder, 20-30% of jasmine micro powder, 6-10% of cocoa extract, 10-15% of green tea extract, 4-10% of keemun tea extract, 1-10% of starch and water into a suspension liquid with solid content of 40-50% by mass, and then performing spray drying to obtain the natural spice powder system.
Further, the particle size of the microwave expansion tea stem particles is 16-24 meshes, and the water content is 8-12% by mass.
Further, placing the microwave expanded tea stem particles in a reaction kettle containing a smoke agent system, soaking for 4-5h, and taking out.
Further, the blending ratio of the natural spice powder system to the soaked microwave expanded tea stem particles is 0.5: 1-1: 1.
Further, the particle size of the natural spice powder system is 200-600 meshes.
The application of the tea stem particle smoke body in the heating non-combustion cigarette bomb is to add the tea stem particle smoke body into a heating non-combustion tobacco product of the heating non-combustion cigarette bomb to obtain the heating non-combustion cigarette bomb added with the tea stem particle smoke body.
Further, the addition amount of the tea stalk particle smoke body in each heating non-combustible product which is heated to not burn the smoke bomb is 0.16 +/-0.04 g.
The old tea is formed by naturally curling or tangling relatively fat and tender bud leaves in the sun-dried green raw tea into blocks in the pile fermentation process of the cooked tea. The old tea head micro powder is obtained by crushing and powdering old tea heads formed by caking of Pu' er tea during pile fermentation to form micro powder with a particle size of more than or equal to 200 meshes. Because the bud leaves are high in tenderness and pectin content, the powder cohesiveness can be improved when a natural spice powder system is prepared, fine particles are easily formed during spray drying, the fragrance of the bud leaves is unique, and the bud leaves are not bitter and astringent to suck.
The green tea micro powder is micro powder which is not less than 200 meshes and is prepared by crushing and powdering tea leaves which are not fermented, and gives out unique roasted tea fragrance after heating and roasting, so that the tea fragrance of a microwave expansion tea stem smoke body can be improved.
The jasmine flower micro powder is prepared by crushing and powdering jasmine flowers, is not less than 200 meshes, and can endow the microwave expanded tea stem smoke with more harmonious fragrance.
The old tea micro powder, the green tea micro powder and the jasmine micro powder can be directly purchased in the market.
The cocoa extract, the green tea extract and the keemun tea extract mainly have the effects of enriching the aroma and improving the sensory smoking quality. Cocoa extract, green tea extract, and QIHONG tea extract are all commercially available.
The starch has the main function of improving the cohesiveness of the suspension and facilitating the forming of the spray-dried microparticles.
The invention innovatively provides a novel material which can fully utilize the effective components of tea stems and is used for heating a non-combustible tobacco product, and the novel material is applied to a heating non-combustible smoke bomb to form a novel low-temperature heating non-combustible product, namely a tea smoke bomb, so that the effective aroma components in tea are absorbed by consumers in an atomization mode while harm is reduced, the tea smoke bomb is similar to smoke and non-smoke, the 100% smoking feeling is restored, the health care effect is achieved, and the consumers gradually give up the tobacco products prepared from real tobacco plants.
The tea stem particles prepared by the method have outstanding tea fragrance of the fuming body, and the fragrance of the old tea micro powder, the green tea micro powder, the jasmine micro powder, the cocoa extract, the green tea extract and the keemun black tea extract are coordinated with each other, so that the smoking experience is good.
