Abstract
一种像素电路(10)和显示装置(20),像素电路(10)包括像素驱动电路(100)、像素补偿电路(200)及发光元件(300)。像素驱动电路(100)及像素补偿电路(200)连接同一根数据线(Data),数据线(Data)用于通过像素补偿电路(200)为发光元件(300)提供初始化电压,以使发光元件(300)的驱动电流完成初始化。像素驱动电路(100)包括驱动薄膜晶体管(Td),完成初始化之后,对驱动薄膜晶体管(Td)进行补偿,完成补偿之后,像素驱动电路(100)提供驱动电流,驱动电流被提供给发光元件(300)。像素电路(10)无需初始化线,减少像素补偿电路(200)的线路,降低制程难度,提升良率。
