1. A quota consumption system, comprising: a consumer machine, a controller and an internet server;
the internet server is used for receiving externally input time data set for each consumption machine and quota data corresponding to the time data, and sending the time data and the quota data corresponding to each consumption machine to the controller;
the consumption machine is in communication connection with the controller and is used for receiving consumption card information and the contact times of a consumption card and the consumption machine and sending the identification information of the consumption machine, the consumption card information and the contact times to the controller;
the controller is in communication connection with the internet server and is used for calculating the consumption amount of the consumption card under the current time information and deducting the consumption amount from the consumption card based on the received identification information of the consumption machine, the consumption card information, the contact times, the time data, the quota data and the current time information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein when the controller is communicatively connected to the internet server, the controller is configured to obtain current time information from the internet server every first preset time period;
when the controller is disconnected from the internet in communication, the controller is used for acquiring the current time information from an on-board clock of the controller every other first preset time period.

The system of claim 2, wherein the time data comprises: at least one of calendar schedule time data, week schedule time data and time period schedule time data, wherein the calendar schedule time data, the week schedule time data and the time period schedule time data are respectively at least one;
the controller is further configured to:
after the current time information is obtained, comparing the time data with the current time information at intervals of second preset time based on the current time information, and if the current time information is matched with the time data, switching quota data of the consumption machine to the quota data corresponding to the time data matched with the current time information.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the controller is further configured to:
after receiving the consumption card information, determining the authority of the consumption card;
if the consumer card is determined to have the authority, determining the type of the consumer card;
determining a discount rule corresponding to the consumption card based on the type of the consumption card;
and deducting the consumption amount corresponding to the discount rule from the consumption card based on the discount rule.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the internet server is further configured to:
receiving a discount rule corresponding to the type of the consumption card and the type of the consumption card, wherein the set discount rule is input from the outside.
6. The system of claim 2, wherein the internet server is further configured to:
when the number of the time period table time data is at least two, judging whether time overlap exists in each time period table time data or not;

when the calendar time data and the time period table time data are combined, the calendar time data and the time period table time data are determined to be preferentially combined as time data, and when the current time information does not belong to the calendar time data, the time period table time data are used as time data;
determining that the combination of the day of the week schedule time data and the time period schedule time data is the time data when the day of the week schedule time data and the time period schedule time data are combined;
and when the current time information does not belong to the calendar time data, the calendar time data and the schedule time data are combined as the time data.
9. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a mobile terminal in communication connection with the internet server,
the controller is further used for sending the consumption amount and the residual amount of the consumption card to the internet server after the consumption amount is deducted;
the internet server is further used for receiving the consumption amount and the residual amount and sending the consumption amount and the residual amount to the mobile terminal;
and the mobile terminal is used for receiving and displaying the consumption amount and the remaining amount.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal is further configured to:
