Abstract
本发明涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、面布制备,面布采用涤纶经纱75D/96F,经向密度140T,涤纶纬纱70D/288F,纬向密度130T;S2、将面布进行退浆;S3、染色前处理,使用4‑5%的含碱量;S4、对面布染色形成色布;S5、将染色后的色布进行泼水定型,采用无氟环保泼水剂;S6、对色布的正面贴合TPU膜,具体为先将色布打成大卷状上空气洗机器在150℃的温度下进行空气冲洗;贴膜采用直径为1000mm的压辊,贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为15m/min。本发明弹力贴合面料,手感外观特别,弹性充足,功能指标稳定,耐水压透湿性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织功能面料领域,特别是涉及一种涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着功能性面料的不断深入变化,人们对服装面料的功能要求越来越高,在服装使用过程中,往往期望生活中能够传真舒适同时有很强的功能,适应生活化以及专业的需求想法,如能够上班时穿同时去专业爬山,专业滑雪时也能穿,这对面料的功能性以及外观感提出很大要求。传统市面上的功能面料弹性不足,同时功能指标不够高,故在专业性运动使用场合下有很大缺陷。
目前市场上大部分欧美所用弹力面料梭织功能面料大部分为常规75d涤纶包40d氨纶贴合面料,因为含有氨纶成份,所以各项色牢度比较低,很难达到4级的标准,同时使用常规贴合,功能指标比较普通,耐水压和透汽很难达到专业要求,所以面料层次比较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重量轻、能防水的涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,弹力贴合面料,手感外观特别,弹性充足,功能指标稳定,耐水压透湿性能好。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用涤纶经纱75D/96F,经向密度140T,涤纶纬纱70D/288F,纬向密度130T;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、染色前处理,使用4-5%的含碱量;
S4、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用分散染料斜管染色;染色升温降温要均匀,出缸后,做皂洗去除表面染料,再柔软水洗烘干;
S5、将染色后的色布进行泼水定型,采用无氟环保泼水剂;
S6、对色布的正面贴合TPU膜,具体为先将色布打成大卷状上空气洗机器在150℃的温度下进行空气冲洗;贴膜采用直径为1000mm的压辊,贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为15m/min。
进一步的,所述S1的经纱和纬纱为T400多F消光弹力纱。
进一步的,所述S1的面布采用梭织喷气平纹织法。
进一步的,所述S3的开机速度在30-35m/min。
进一步的,所述S4的水槽5-6%的带液量。
与现有技术相比,本发明涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺的有益效果是:弹力贴合面料,手感外观特别,弹性充足,功能指标稳定,耐水压透湿性能好。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用涤纶经纱75D/96F,经向密度140T,涤纶纬纱70D/288F,纬向密度130T;经纱和纬纱为T400多F消光弹力纱,面布采用梭织喷气平纹织法;因为纱的特殊性织布染色后,成品手感细腻柔和,外观高档,弹力表现优秀,能够达到氨纶四面弹力的效果,突破传统涤纶化纤面料特性;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、染色前处理,让纤维充分打开,使用4%的含碱量,开机速度在30m/min。这样处理完纤维才能充分打开,同时让基布经纬向的弹力纱充分收缩,保证染色后的优秀弹性。
S4、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用分散染料斜管染色;染色升温降温要均匀,出缸后,做皂洗去除表面染料,再柔软水洗烘干,让面料回缩充分纤维充分打开,手感柔软;
S5、将染色后的色布进行泼水定型;采用无氟环保泼水剂,水槽5%的带液量;
S6、对色布的正面贴合TPU膜,具体为先将色布打成大卷状上空气洗机器在150℃的温度下进行空气冲洗;贴膜采用直径为1000mm的压辊,贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为15m/min,贴合完成后得到成品,成品水压可以达到20000mm(J),透湿度达到20000(JIS)。
实施例2
一种涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用涤纶经纱75D/96F,经向密度140T,涤纶纬纱70D/288F,纬向密度130T;经纱和纬纱为T400多F消光弹力纱,面布采用梭织喷气平纹织法;因为纱的特殊性织布染色后,成品手感细腻柔和,外观高档,弹力表现优秀,能够达到氨纶四面弹力的效果,突破传统涤纶化纤面料特性;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、染色前处理,让纤维充分打开,使用4.5%的含碱量,开机速度在33m/min。这样处理完纤维才能充分打开,同时让基布经纬向的弹力纱充分收缩,保证染色后的优秀弹性。
S4、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用分散染料斜管染色;染色升温降温要均匀,出缸后,做皂洗去除表面染料,再柔软水洗烘干,让面料回缩充分纤维充分打开,手感柔软;
S5、将染色后的色布进行泼水定型;采用无氟环保泼水剂,水槽5.5%的带液量;
S6、对色布的正面贴合TPU膜,具体为先将色布打成大卷状上空气洗机器在150℃的温度下进行空气冲洗;贴膜采用直径为1000mm的压辊,贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为15m/min,贴合完成后得到成品,成品水压可以达到20000mm(J),透湿度达到20000(JIS)。
实施例3
一种涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用涤纶经纱75D/96F,经向密度140T,涤纶纬纱70D/288F,纬向密度130T;经纱和纬纱为T400多F消光弹力纱,面布采用梭织喷气平纹织法;因为纱的特殊性织布染色后,成品手感细腻柔和,外观高档,弹力表现优秀,能够达到氨纶四面弹力的效果,突破传统涤纶化纤面料特性;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、染色前处理,让纤维充分打开,使用5%的含碱量,开机速度在35m/min。这样处理完纤维才能充分打开,同时让基布经纬向的弹力纱充分收缩,保证染色后的优秀弹性。
S4、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用分散染料斜管染色;染色升温降温要均匀,出缸后,做皂洗去除表面染料,再柔软水洗烘干,让面料回缩充分纤维充分打开,手感柔软;
S5、将染色后的色布进行泼水定型;采用无氟环保泼水剂,水槽6%的带液量;
S6、对色布的正面贴合TPU膜,具体为先将色布打成大卷状上空气洗机器在150℃的温度下进行空气冲洗;贴膜采用直径为1000mm的压辊,贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为15m/min,贴合完成后得到成品,成品水压可以达到20000mm(J),透湿度达到20000(JIS)。
本发明面料基布使用经纬T400弹力纱,使面料具有有非常好的弹性,使成品面料不但美观上有很大突破,充分的弹力,结合特殊的空气洗做法,能够使服装在使用质感上有非常大的提高,运动会感觉到非常舒适,没有局限感。
TPU膜采用覆盖式贴合,突破传统做法,使成品面料手感上有非常强的膜感且柔软,无明显响声,但是贴合的面料质感又非常强。功能性水压透湿达到20000的指标,常规市面上的做法只能达到15000。
以上两点特性非常充分的弥补了户外面料的不足,成本有很大竞争性,有非常大的市场空间。以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理和主要特征和本发明的优点,对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (5)
1.涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、面布制备,面布采用涤纶经纱75D/96F,经向密度140T,涤纶纬纱70D/288F,纬向密度130T;
S2、将面布进行退浆;
S3、染色前处理,使用4-5%的含碱量;
S4、对面布染色形成色布,具体采用分散染料斜管染色;染色升温降温要均匀,出缸后,做皂洗去除表面染料,再柔软水洗烘干;
S5、将染色后的色布进行泼水定型,采用无氟环保泼水剂;
S6、对色布的正面贴合TPU膜,具体为先将色布打成大卷状上空气洗机器在150℃的温度下进行空气冲洗;贴膜采用直径为1000mm的压辊,贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为15m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S1的经纱和纬纱为T400多F消光弹力纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S1的面布采用梭织喷气平纹织法。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S3的开机速度在30-35m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶TPU高功能面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S4的水槽5-6%的带液量。
