Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby making the scope of the present invention more clearly defined.
Serine is a non-essential amino acid that plays a role in the metabolism of fats and fatty acids and in muscle growth. It is a precursor for the synthesis of purines, thymines, choline and is one of the main components of phospholipids, and is very important for maintaining the health of animals. The compound yeast powder is rich in nutrient components and physiological active substances generated by yeast. The feed additive for the piglets provided by the invention integrates the nutrition of serine and the nutrition and physiological active substances in the compound yeast powder, and adopts the puffed soybean meal as a carrier. Can improve the utilization rate of feed in the process of breeding the piglets, enhance the autoimmunity and the resistance to diseases of the piglets, improve the survival rate of the piglets, promote the healthy growth of the piglets and relieve the weaning emergency syndrome of the piglets, thereby improving the benefit of the piglet breeding industry.

Test one: influence of feed additive on growth and anti-stress capability of weaned piglets
150 duroc, Changbai and approximately gram weaned piglets which are good in development, strong in appetite, healthy, similar in genetic basis and similar in initial weight and are 45 days old are selected and randomly divided into 5 groups including a control group and 4 test groups, each group is provided with 3 repetitions, each repetition is provided with 10 repetitions, and each half of a male parent and a female parent is provided with half of the total weight of the weaned piglets. The piglets in each group were fed with the corresponding diets, respectively, wherein the control group was fed with a conventional basal diet for piglets, and the diets of the 4 test groups were basal diets for piglets incorporating 1 wt% of the corresponding feed additives. The basal diet components of the piglets are prepared with the nutrition requirement standard of 8-20kg weight weaned piglets in the nutrition level reference pig feeding standard (NY/T65-2004).
All the piglets are raised in the same pigsty and are separated from each other. The feed additive is fully mixed in the feed for feeding, the feeding is carried out for 3 times (7:00, 12:00 and 17:00) every day, and each repeated 10 piglets fed in the same fence eat together, and are fed with free food and drinking water. The temperature in the pigsty is kept at 26-32 ℃, and the temperature and the relative humidity are measured and recorded at 7:00, 12:00 and 16:30 every day.
After 3 days of pre-feeding, a performance period of 43 days of the official trial was followed, all piglets were weighed on empty stomach on day 1 from the start and on the end of the official trial. And observing and recording the health conditions of all the test piglets every day, accurately recording the feed intake and the death condition of each group of test piglets, and calculating the average daily gain, the feed-weight ratio, the diarrhea rate and the death rate of each group of piglets after the test is finished. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the data in table 1, the average daily gain of 4 piglets fed with the feed additive was increased by 14.49%, 21.03%, 23.36% and 25.24% respectively, compared to the control group; the average material weight ratio is respectively reduced by 6.85%, 10.29%, 18.86% and 21.14%; the average diarrhea rate is respectively reduced by 65.52%, 62.32%, 56.28% and 66.50%; the death rate of piglets is respectively reduced by 13.3%, 10% and 13.3%. Therefore, the prepared feed additives 1 to 4 can promote the growth of weaned piglets, improve the utilization rate of the feed, reduce the diarrhea rate of the piglets, and further improve the survival rate of the piglets.
On days 14, 28 and 42 of the test, 3 piglets are randomly selected at each repetition, blood is collected in the anterior vena cava for 8mL, after blood coagulation, centrifugation is carried out for 10min at the temperature of 4 ℃ and at the speed of 1400r/min, and serum is collected and stored for later use at the temperature of minus 20 ℃. The Creatine Kinase (CK) activity and Glucose (GLU) content in serum were determined. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in table 2, the serum content of Creatine Kinase (CK) was significantly reduced, but the Glucose (GLU) content was not significantly changed in the 4 groups of piglets fed with the feed additive, compared to the control group. Creatine Kinase (CK) and Glucose (GLU) are two important indexes for judging the stress of weaned pigs. CK is mainly present in cardiac muscle, and the content of blood serum of piglets is low when the piglets are normal. It is only when the body is diseased or the body tissues are damaged, it is elevated. When weaned piglets are stressed, the content of CK in serum is rapidly increased, GLU generated by starch digestion is less, the concentration of GLU in serum is also reduced, and the energy utilization rate is reduced. The results in table 2 show that the prepared feed additives 1 to 4 can reduce the weaning stress reaction of piglets, relieve the weaning stress syndrome of piglets and promote the healthy growth of weaned piglets.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification, or any other related technical fields directly or indirectly, are included in the scope of the present invention.
