Abstract
The invention discloses a conveyor control unit, which comprises a main electric control module and a plurality of conveyor control unit modules; the main electric control module comprises a main control PLC; the control unit of each conveyor is of the same modular structure and can be arranged at the bottom of the conveyor, and the lead wires are only 380V power lines, 24V power lines and network cables; the expansion is convenient, the wiring is simple and clear, the implementation is easy, and the labor cost is saved. Meanwhile, the 3-phase 380V alternating current motor and the 24V direct current motor can be controlled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of storage shelf conveyors, in particular to a control unit applied to a conveyor in a storage shelf.
Background
At present, the tray type conveyor is controlled in a centralized mode through an electric control cabinet, all control units such as a PLC, an intermediate relay and an alternating current contactor are concentrated in the electric control cabinet, and all motors are controlled by the electric control cabinet, are separated in lines and then are pulled to a terminal motor. In the prior art, most of control modules for driving a conveyor are electric roller driving cards, the voltage level is 24V, and the control modules are applied to conveying of bins; and the conveying control module with the voltage class of 380V of the heavy-duty tray is few. Such a control method has several disadvantages:
1. the electric control cabinet is large, the branching is more, and the site construction is complex;
2. each project needs one-time nonstandard design, and standardization is not easy to form;
3. more design cost and site operation cost are wasted, and quick installation is not convenient.
Therefore, a new technical solution is needed to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a conveyor control unit which is used for realizing the local modular control of a single conveyor and simplifying the original complicated wiring.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention can adopt the following technical scheme:
a conveyor control unit comprises a main electric control module and a plurality of conveyor control unit modules;
the main electric control module comprises a main control PLC;
each conveying control unit module comprises a motor forward and reverse rotation control module, a conveyor control module, a cascade interface, a 380V power supply module, a motor forward and reverse rotation control module connected with the 380V power supply module, a 24V power supply module and a conveyor control module connected with the 24V power supply module; the motor forward and reverse rotation control module is used for controlling the three-phase alternating current motor to start, stop and reverse; the conveyor control module is used for communicating with the main control unit through a network, acquiring information of the photoelectric sensor and receiving a control instruction; the cascade interface is used for cascade switching of a plurality of conveying control unit modules; the main electric control module is in communication connection with the first conveying control unit module through a network; the last conveying control unit module is in communication connection with the next conveying control unit module through a network.
Has the advantages that: the conveyor control unit provided by the invention can realize the localized modular control of the conveyor. The control unit of each conveyor is of the same modular structure and can be arranged at the bottom of the conveyor, and the lead wires are only 380V power lines, 24V power lines and network cables; the expansion is convenient, the wiring is simple and clear, the implementation is easy, and the labor cost is saved. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention discloses a conveyor control unit, which is applied to control a butt conveyor and a ground conveyor of a hoist. The overall structure comprises a main electric control module and a plurality of conveying control unit modules. The main control module comprises a main control PLC. With reference to fig. 2, each of the conveying control unit modules includes a motor forward/reverse rotation control module (main electric control cabinet), a conveyor control module (conveying control unit cabinet), a cascade interface, a 380V power supply module, a motor forward/reverse rotation control module connected to the 380V power supply module, a 24V power supply module, and a conveyor control module connected to the 24V power supply module; the motor forward and reverse rotation control module is used for controlling the three-phase alternating current motor to start, stop and reverse; the conveyor control module is used for communicating with the main control unit through a network, acquiring information of the photoelectric sensor and receiving a control instruction; the cascade interface is used for cascade switching of a plurality of conveying control unit modules; the main electric control module is in communication connection with the first conveying control unit module through a network; the last conveying control unit module is in communication connection with the next conveying control unit module through a network. Each conveying control unit can be arranged below the conveying line body to be controlled, and when the number of the conveying line bodies is large, the conveying control units can be connected in series by one unit cabinet. The next unit cabinet is followed without the need to pull the line repeatedly from the main electric cabinet (within the capacity allowance).
The main electric control cabinet and the conveying control unit cabinet adopt double-network-port communication, support Modbus TCP, TCP and UDP protocols and support a daisy chain connection form. As shown in fig. 3, the control board of the transportation control unit cabinet is provided with 15DI and 5DO, wherein 4 DI are used for collecting photoelectric signals of the transportation machine, 8 DI are used for collecting limit signals of 4 electric cylinders, 1 DI is used for fault signal input of a 3-phase motor, 1 DI is used for network IP reset, and 1 DI is used for standby extension; in addition, 2 DO is used for controlling the positive and negative rotation silicon controlled module of the 3-phase motor, 1 DO is used for fault resetting of the 3-phase motor, 1 DO is used for state and power supply indication, and 1 DO is used for standby expansion; the positive and negative rotation control of the electric cylinder is directly output and controlled by a direct current brushed full-bridge driving chip MP6515 on the control panel, the single maximum support is 1.5A, and the electric cylinder has the functions of overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, speed regulation, alarm and the like.
The butt joint conveyor module control board is installed on a controlled conveyor, and the controlled conveyor at least comprises a three-phase alternating current motor and an electric push cylinder. The main electric control module and the plurality of conveying control unit modules are connected in a daisy chain mode. The main electric control module, the plurality of conveying control unit modules and the plurality of butt joint conveyor module control panels are in wired connection, and network cable interfaces are arranged on the main electric control module, the conveying control unit modules and the butt joint conveyor module control panels. The main electric control module provides 380V power supply and 24V power supply and is connected with each conveying control unit module through wires.
The conveying control unit adopts a daisy chain connection mode, is convenient to expand, simple and clear in wiring and easy to implement, and saves labor cost. And the control unit has rich control objects, and can control a 3-phase 380V alternating current motor and a 24V direct current motor. And, collect signal acquisition, motor control, network communication in an organic whole, the distributed control unit of high integrated that can install under the conveyor line body.

2. The conveyor control unit of claim 1, wherein: the butt joint conveyor module control board is installed on a controlled conveyor, and the controlled conveyor at least comprises a three-phase alternating current motor and an electric push cylinder.
