Description

Oral cavity shooting equipment and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to oral photographing equipment and a control method thereof.
Background
According to the basic requirements of oral diagnosis on X-ray examination, the dental diseases should take intra-oral films, orthodontic films should take full scenic films and skull side films, and implantation should take CT. The oral cavity and maxillofacial cone beam CT, CBCT for short, provided in the current market can integrate three functions of CT, full-scene film and skull photography. However, a separate intraoral camera is required to perform intraoral film shooting. The oral photographing apparatus is limited by GBZ130 provision: the X-ray production apparatus must have a separate shielding room. Therefore, users who have CBCT, intraoral cameras at the same time often need to build at least two shielding rooms to meet national standard requirements, which increases costs to the user in terms of capital construction, purchasing, and equipment use. In order to reduce the cost of using the equipment in clinics having both CBCT and intraoral imaging machines, there is a need in the art for an oral imaging device that combines CT, full-view, skull imaging and intraoral imaging functions simultaneously.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the present invention provides an oral photographing apparatus comprising: the oral cavity camera is used for completing CT scanning, panoramic film and skull photographing work; the intraoral film shooting machine is used for completing intraoral film shooting work; and the interlocking mechanism is respectively in communication connection with the oral cavity camera and the intraoral camera so that one of the oral cavity camera and the intraoral camera is in a working state, and the other one of the oral cavity camera and the intraoral camera is in a disabled state.
According to national regulations, the oral camera and the intraoral camera cannot work simultaneously, thereby meeting corresponding safety protection standards. When the intraoral film scanning function of the intraoral film camera is used, the scanning function of the intraoral film camera cannot be started; when the oral camera is used for CT scanning, full-scene shooting and skull shooting, the intraoral film scanning function of the intraoral film camera is not allowed to start. When the intraoral camera and the oral camera work simultaneously, the problem that the radiation value exceeds the standard can be caused, and the radiation safety accident is caused. In the prior art, an oral camera and an intraoral film camera are respectively arranged in two independent shielding rooms, so that the problem that the radiation value exceeds the standard is prevented. However, the prior art requires two shielding rooms and separate oral cameras and intraoral cameras to meet the national requirements, which increases costs to the user in terms of infrastructure, purchasing, and equipment use. The invention can control the oral cavity camera and the intraoral camera not to work simultaneously and only one of them can be in a working state by arranging the interlocking mechanism which is respectively communicated with the oral cavity camera and the intraoral camera, thereby the oral cavity shooting equipment of the invention can simultaneously collect at least one of CT, full-view film and skull shooting and four functions of intraoral film shooting. The electric switch can realize that the oral camera and the intraoral camera cannot be started at the same time, so that only one of the oral camera and the intraoral camera is in an electrified state, or only one of the oral camera and the intraoral camera receives the starting signal, and the other of the oral camera and the intraoral camera receives the disabling signal. The method can realize that the oral camera and the intraoral film camera cannot work simultaneously, thereby ensuring that the radiation value of the oral shooting equipment cannot exceed the standard.
