Claims (12)

1. A method of controlling a pressure cooking appliance, comprising:
controlling a lock catch to lock a cover body and an inner pot of the pressure cooking appliance based on a cooking program starting signal;
after the pressure cooking stage is judged to be entered, controlling the pressure cooking appliance to be adjusted to an upper pressure cooking state;
maintaining pressure cooking;
judging the pressure cooking stage to be ended according to a preset condition, and controlling a pressure cooking appliance to be in a pressure relief cooking state;
and when the cooking program is judged to be finished, controlling the lock catch to unlock the cover body and the inner pot.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the locking the lid and the inner pan of the pressure cooking appliance by the control lock comprises: the driving structure rotates positively to drive the lock catch to move towards the edge of the inner pot, and the cover body and the inner pot are locked by the lock catch;

energizing the pressure cooking appliance;
acquiring a signal of a second micro switch in the pressure cooking appliance, wherein the signal comprises: switching on and off;
if the signal is on, the driving structure rotates reversely, and the driving structure drives the lock catch to unlock the cover body and the inner pot;
if the signal is off, the driving structure rotates forwards to drive the lock catch to lock the cover body and the inner pot, and then the signal of the second microswitch in the pressure cooking appliance is obtained again.

the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a cooking program starting signal;
the first judgment module is used for judging that the cooking enters a pressure cooking stage;
