The invention provides a defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in various trace elements, which is tenebrio molitor protein powder rich in trace elements prepared from tenebrio molitor;
the microelements comprise iron element, copper element, manganese element, zinc element, selenium element, iodine element and cobalt element.
The form of the iron element is ferrous fumarate or ferrous glycinate.
The copper element is in the form of copper sulfate or basic copper chloride.
The manganese element is in the form of manganese sulfate or manganese carbonate.
The form of the zinc element is zinc methionine or zinc sulfate.
The selenium element is sodium selenite.
The element of the iodine element is potassium iodate or calcium iodate.
The cobalt element is in the form of cobalt sulfate or cobalt chloride.
A preparation method of degreased yellow mealworm protein feed rich in various trace elements comprises the following steps:
(1) feeding the flour weevils, namely feeding prepared insect feed rich in trace elements with the mass fraction of 1% from 10-day-old flour weevils for 70 days;
(2) screening yellow mealworms, and removing insect feces and residual insect feed;
(3) drying by microwave to obtain dried yellow mealworms with the water content of less than 8%;
(4) removing fat from dry tenebrio molitor by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction at 50Mpa and 50 deg.C for 75 min; obtaining crude protein powder with fat content below 6%;
(5) adding distilled water into the powder after impurity removal to form crude protein liquid, adding sodium chloride into the crude protein liquid to fully dissolve protein, and filtering to remove insoluble impurities;
(6) spray drying to obtain tenebrio molitor protein powder rich in trace elements;
(7) adding anticaking agent to obtain final product.

The invention provides a defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in various trace elements, which is tenebrio molitor protein powder rich in trace elements prepared from tenebrio molitor;

A preparation method of degreased yellow mealworm protein feed rich in various trace elements comprises the following steps:
(1) feeding the flour weevils, namely feeding prepared insect feed rich in trace elements with the mass fraction of 0.8% from 10-day-old flour weevils for 75 days;
(2) screening yellow mealworms, and removing insect feces and residual insect feed;
(3) drying by microwave to obtain dried yellow mealworms with the water content of less than 8%;
(4) removing fat from dry tenebrio molitor by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction at 50Mpa and 50 deg.C for 80 min; obtaining crude protein powder with fat content below 6%;
(5) adding distilled water into the powder after impurity removal to form crude protein liquid, adding sodium chloride into the crude protein liquid to fully dissolve protein, and filtering to remove insoluble impurities;
(6) spray drying to obtain tenebrio molitor protein powder rich in trace elements;
(7) adding anticaking agent to obtain final product.
The prepared tenebrio molitor protein powder can be used for compound edible protein powder and health-care products, can also be used for livestock and poultry breeding, can greatly improve the absorption efficiency of each trace element while providing high-quality protein, and reduces various negative effects of direct additives of each trace element in feed processing, such as environmental burden; in addition, the oil extraction parameters are optimized, the oil content of the protein powder can be reduced to the lowest as possible, the possibility of deterioration and peculiar smell of the protein powder in a short period is reduced to the lowest, the shelf life is prolonged, and the product quality is ensured; the extraction process does not need high-temperature treatment, protein is not denatured, the problem of nutrient loss is not caused, and the flavor and the taste can be kept unchanged.

2. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein:
the form of the iron element is ferrous fumarate or/and ferrous glycinate.
3. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein:
the copper element is in the form of copper sulfate or/and copper oxychloride.
4. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein:
the manganese element is in the form of manganese sulfate or/and manganese carbonate.
5. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein:
the form of the zinc element is zinc methionine or/and zinc sulfate.
6. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 5, wherein:
the selenium element is sodium selenite.
7. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein:
the element of the iodine element is potassium iodate or/and calcium iodate.
8. The defatted tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to claim 1, wherein:
the cobalt element is in the form of cobalt sulfate or/and cobalt chloride.
9. A method for preparing the tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in trace elements according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises:
(1) feeding yellow mealworms, namely feeding prepared insect feed rich in trace elements from yellow mealworms of 10 days old for 70-80 days;
(2) screening yellow mealworms, and removing insect feces and residual insect feed;
(3) drying by microwave to obtain dried yellow mealworms with the water content of less than 8%;
(4) removing fat from the dry tenebrio molitor by a carbon dioxide supercritical extraction method to obtain crude protein powder with fat content of below 6%;
(5) dissolving the powder after removing impurities, and filtering to remove insoluble impurities;
(6) spray drying to obtain tenebrio molitor protein powder rich in trace elements;
(7) adding anticaking agent to obtain final product.
10. The method for preparing the tenebrio molitor protein feed rich in multiple trace elements according to claim 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the content of the trace elements in the insect feed in the step (1) is 0.5-1% by mass;
the extraction parameters in the step (4) are 50Mpa,50 ℃ and 75-80 min;
the dissolving process of the crude protein powder in the step (5) is as follows: adding the crude protein powder into distilled water to form crude protein liquid, and adding sodium chloride into the crude protein liquid to fully dissolve the protein.
