In this example, the upper end of each diagonal member 25 is connected to the upper end of the corresponding lower strut 31. The lower end of each diagonal member 25 is connected to the end of the corresponding horizontal beam 34 on the landing doorway 4 side.
The pair of step support members 26 are disposed obliquely between the portions of the pair of horizontal beams 34 that are farther from the landing doorway 4 than the connecting portions with the ladder 24, and the pillar portions 22. The pair of pedal support members 26 are coupled to a portion of the pillar portion 22 below the pedal portion 23.
Among the members constituting the work platform device main body 13, the pair of lower support columns 31, the pair of upper support columns 32, the pair of connecting members 33, the pair of horizontal beams 34, the ladder 24, the pair of diagonal members 25, and the pair of step support members 26 function as strength members. With the plurality of triangular structures formed by these strength members, the load applied to the pedal portion 23 is dispersedly supported by the upper support member 11 and the lower support member 12.
A pair of reinforcing members 28 are provided between the pair of pedal support members 26. The pair of reinforcing members 28 are arranged to cross each other.
The armrest portion 27 is fixed to the pedal portion 23. The armrest portion 27 surrounds the entire periphery of the space above the pedal portion 23. However, an openable and closable door is provided in the entrance portion that enters and exits the step portion 23.
In such an elevator work platform device, since the upper support member 11 and the lower support member 12 are fixed to the hoistway wall 2, damage to the landing wall 3 and the landing floor 5 can be suppressed.
Further, since the upper support member 11 is fixed to the right side wall surface 2c and the left side wall surface 2d, the upper support member 11 can be stably fixed in the hoistway 1. Further, as compared with the case where the upper support member 11 is fixed to the inner wall surface 2a, the present invention can be easily applied to an elevator of a type in which a counterweight is disposed behind a lifting/lowering area of the car.
Further, since the vertical position of the projecting portion 12b with respect to the vertical portion 12a can be adjusted, the presence or absence of the chisel 5a and the difference in depth of the chisel 5a can be easily coped with on site.
Further, since the ladder 24 and the diagonal members 25 are connected between the upright column portion 22 and the step portion 23, the load applied to the step portion 23 can be stably supported by the upper support member 11 and the lower support member 12.
Further, since the pedal support member 26 is coupled between the pedal portion 23 and the pillar portion 22, the load applied to the pedal portion 23 can be supported more stably.
Next, fig. 3 is a side view showing a state in the middle of assembly of the work platform device of fig. 1. For example, when performing an elevator renewal construction, the worker gets above the existing car 6. Then, at least a part of the fixing of the upper support member 11 and the lower support member 12 to the hoistway wall 2 and the assembling of the work platform apparatus main body 13 are performed from above the car 6.
When the upper support member 11 is fixed to the hoistway wall 2, the first upper anchor bolt 14 is driven into the right side wall surface 2c, and the second upper anchor bolt 15 is driven into the left side wall surface 2 d. When the lower support member 12 is fixed to the hoistway wall 2, the lower anchor bolt 16 is driven into the front wall surface 2 b.
In the assembling work of the work platform apparatus main body 13, the worker above the car 6 supports and connects the components of the work platform apparatus main body 13.
Although not shown in fig. 3, an existing hoisting machine for raising and lowering the car 6 is provided in a position in the hoistway 1 that does not collide with the car 6. By driving the hoisting machine to raise and lower the car 6, work can be performed at different vertical positions in the hoistway 1.
The work platform device main body 13 is efficiently assembled by the operator at the uppermost landing and the operator above the car 6.
After the work platform device is assembled, the existing elevator equipment is removed and newly installed elevator equipment is installed by using the work platform device. Examples of existing elevator equipment to be removed include the car 6, a counterweight, a hoisting machine, and ropes.
The work platform assembly is removed at the end of the construction. The work platform device may be removed by an operator riding over a newly installed car.
According to the method for assembling the work platform device, the work platform device can be installed more efficiently.
Embodiment 2.
