技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺。
背景技术
化学纤维织物是近代发展起来的新型衣料,种类较多。这里主要是指由化学纤维加工成的纯纺、混纺或交织物,也就是说由纯化纤织成的织物,不包括与天然纤维间的混纺、交织物,化纤织物的特性由织成它的化学纤维本身的特性决定。化学纤维是用天然的或人工合成的高分子物质为原料制成的纤维。常见的纺织品,如粘胶布、涤纶卡其、锦纶丝袜、腈纶毛线以及丙纶地毯等,都是用化学纤维制成的。根据原料来源的不同,化学纤维可以分为:①人造纤维,以天然高分子物质(如纤维素等)为原料,有粘胶纤维等;②合成纤维,以合成高分子物为原料,有涤纶等;③无机纤维,以无机物为原料,有玻璃纤维等。自从18世纪抽出第一根人工丝以来,化学纤维品种、成纤方法和纺丝工艺技术都有了很大的进展。
涤纶面料是日常生活中用的非常多的一种化纤服装面料。其最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,涤纶的特点:强度和耐磨性好,挺括、不易变形、有免烫的美称,不易掉色。缺点是吸水性差。同时还有锦纶居纤维之首,具有强度高,耐磨性好的特点但是和涤纶一样吸湿性和透气性不好。面料的透气性是指气体分子穿透面料的性能称作织物的透气性,这是反映材质本身最基本的性能。专业领域通常将透气性转化为透气率来表示,它的定义为:在一定压力条件下,单位时间内通过织物单位面积的空气量。通俗意义上来讲,透气性影响织物的穿着舒适性,如隔热、保暖、透通、凉快。尤其是夏天,往往听到身边的人们抱怨,这个衣服不透气,会很闷,这就表示材质本身的透气率较低。
由此可见化纤类衣物在是日常穿着使用中存在透气性不足进而影响衣物舒适性的问题
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,包括化纤层,所述化纤层的上端面和下端面通过粘接涂层固定粘连有浸染层和亲肤层,所述浸染层的上端面固定粘连有隔水层,所述一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料具体为隔水层、浸染层、化纤层、亲肤层和粘接涂层通过热压复合工艺热压形成,所述热压复合工艺中温度控制在60-75℃,复合压力为3-5MPa。
优选的,所述隔水层具体为PET、PP和PTEE中的一种与纺丝液混合后通过静电纺丝形成,且所述隔水层的纳米纤维直径为80-300nm。
优选的,所述粘接涂层为聚氨酯布料粘合剂,且所述聚氨酯布料粘合剂中掺杂有木糖醇,所述聚氨酯布料粘合剂中聚氨酯与木糖醇质量比为95:5。
优选的,所述亲肤层具体为由涤纶制成的微细纤维编织而成。
优选的,所述浸染层具体为将30-40%木浆粕和50-60%棉浆粕混合后经化学提取后制成的粘胶纤维纺织而成。
优选的,所述化纤层采样再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺形成,其中所述再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维质量比为3:1-1:1。
一种透气性化纤衣服的制造装置包括喷涂装置、静电纺丝装置、复合热压装置、压料滚锟、第一输送装置和第二输送装置,所述喷涂装置安装在第二输送装置的上方,所述第一输送装置的上端面依次设置有静电纺丝装置、压料滚锟和复合热压装置。
优选的,所述第二输送装置共有三组,分别用于输送浸染层、化纤层和亲肤层,且所述喷涂装置固定安装在用于输送化纤层和亲肤层的第二输送装置的上方。
优选的,所述喷涂装置用于喷涂聚氨酯布料粘合剂,且所述聚氨酯布料粘合剂喷涂厚度为1-3um。
一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照浸染层、化纤层、亲肤层的材质要求将其纺织成型;
S2:将浸染层置于高温染缸中进行预染,染缸温度为120-160℃,染色时间为3-5min,染色完成后取出后低温烘干
S3:预染完成后,将浸染层、化纤层和亲肤层,依次置于第二输送装置上进行输送,同时在喷涂装置中注入调配后的聚氨酯布料粘合剂;
S4:当化纤层和亲肤层输送至喷涂装置下方时,喷涂装置开启工作将调配后的聚氨酯布料粘合剂均匀喷涂在化纤层和亲肤层的表面形成粘接涂层。
S5:浸染层、化纤层、亲肤层和粘接涂层在第二输送装置的输送下落入第一输送装置上端面,在重力作用下相互叠加,静电纺丝装置通过静电纺丝技术将纺丝液在浸染层的表面纺织一层隔水层;
S6:隔水层纺织完成后,隔水层、浸染层、化纤层、亲肤层和粘接涂层在第一输送装置上端面运输并在压料滚锟的作用下进行压紧贴合,之后通过复合热压装置进行热压复合进而形成一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料;
S7:将一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料经过裁剪缝制后最终制成一种透气性化纤衣服。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺,具备以下有益效果:
本发明提供的透气性化纤衣服设有浸染层,浸染层采样粘连纤维构成,具有极佳的着色性和通气性,但是粘连纤维湿牢固性差,通过静电纺丝装置在面料表层静电纺织一层隔水层,隔水层采用PET、PP和PTEE具有高度的透气性同时也具有良好的防水性能,对内层浸染层进行有效的防护,隔水层还可以对污染物进行隔离,避免外部污染物质进入面料层中,使得面料整体的抗污渍性能提高,且污渍处于隔水层的表层,易于清洗,亲肤层采用了微细涤纶纤维编织形成,该层布料触感柔软为优质的亲肤材质,并且化纤层采样再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺形成,通过掺杂涤纶增强面料整体结构强度,并且再生纤维素纤维具有良好的透气性,通过再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺在保证面料透气性同时提高了面料的结构强度,且浸染层、化纤层和亲肤层之间通过粘接涂层进行粘连复合,相对传统针织工艺将于简单直接有效,同时在粘接涂层中混合有木糖醇,木糖醇具有良好的吸水降温性能,有利于保持面料的干爽通透,提高用户的穿着体验。

本发明实施例提供一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,包括化纤层3,化纤层3的上端面和下端面通过粘接涂层5固定粘连有浸染层2和亲肤层4,浸染层2的上端面固定粘连有隔水层1,一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料具体为隔水层1、浸染层2、化纤层3、亲肤层4和粘接涂层5通过热压复合工艺热压形成,热压复合工艺中温度控制在60-75℃,复合压力为3-5MPa。
其中隔水层1具体为PET、PP和PTEE中的一种与纺丝液混合后通过静电纺丝形成,且隔水层1的纳米纤维直径为80-300nm,粘接涂层5为聚氨酯布料粘合剂,且聚氨酯布料粘合剂中掺杂有木糖醇,聚氨酯布料粘合剂中聚氨酯与木糖醇质量比为95:5,亲肤层4具体为由涤纶制成的微细纤维编织而成,浸染层2具体为将30-40%木浆粕和50-60%棉浆粕混合后经化学提取后制成的粘胶纤维纺织而成,化纤层3采样再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺形成,其中再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维质量比为3:1-1:1。
还包括一种透气性化纤衣服的制造装置,包括喷涂装置6、静电纺丝装置7、复合热压装置8、压料滚锟9、第一输送装置10和第二输送装置11,喷涂装置6安装在第二输送装置11的上方,第一输送装置10的上端面依次设置有静电纺丝装置7、压料滚锟9和复合热压装置8。
第二输送装置11共有三组,分别用于输送浸染层2、化纤层3和亲肤层4,且喷涂装置6固定安装在用于输送化纤层3和亲肤层4的第二输送装置11的上方,喷涂装置6用于喷涂聚氨酯布料粘合剂,且聚氨酯布料粘合剂喷涂厚度为1-3um。
还提供一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照浸染层2、化纤层3、亲肤层4的材质要求将其纺织成型;
S2:将浸染层2置于高温染缸中进行预染,染缸温度为120-160℃,染色时间为3-5min,染色完成后取出后低温烘干
S3:预染完成后,将浸染层2、化纤层3和亲肤层4,依次置于第二输送装置11上进行输送,同时在喷涂装置6中注入调配后的聚氨酯布料粘合剂;
S4:当化纤层3和亲肤层4输送至喷涂装置6下方时,喷涂装置6开启工作将调配后的聚氨酯布料粘合剂均匀喷涂在化纤层3和亲肤层4的表面形成粘接涂层5。
S5:浸染层2、化纤层3、亲肤层4和粘接涂层5在第二输送装置11的输送下落入第一输送装置10上端面,在重力作用下相互叠加,静电纺丝装置7通过静电纺丝技术将纺丝液在浸染层2的表面纺织一层隔水层1;
S6:隔水层1纺织完成后,隔水层1、浸染层2、化纤层3、亲肤层4和粘接涂层5在第一输送装置10上端面运输并在压料滚锟9的作用下进行压紧贴合,之后通过复合热压装置8进行热压复合进而形成一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料;
S7:将一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料经过裁剪缝制后最终制成一种透气性化纤衣服。
综上,通过设有浸染层2,浸染层2采样粘连纤维构成,具有极佳的着色性和通气性,但是粘连纤维湿牢固性差,通过静电纺丝装置7在面料表层静电纺织一层隔水层1,隔水层1采用PET、PP和PTEE具有高度的透气性同时也具有良好的防水性能,对内层浸染层2进行有效的防护,隔水层1还可以对污染物进行隔离,避免外部污染物质进入面料层中,使得面料整体的抗污渍性能提高,且污渍处于隔水层1的表层,易于清洗亲肤层4采用了微细涤纶纤维编织形成,该层布料触感柔软为优质的亲肤材质,并且化纤层3采样再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺形成,通过掺杂涤纶增强面料整体结构强度,并且再生纤维素纤维具有良好的透气性,通过再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺在保证面料透气性同时提高了面料的结构强度,且浸染层2、化纤层3和亲肤层4之间通过粘接涂层5进行粘连复合,相对传统针织工艺将于简单直接有效,同时在粘接涂层5中混合有木糖醇,木糖醇具有良好的吸水降温性能,有利于保持面料的干爽通透,提高用户的穿着体验。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,包括化纤层(3),其特征在于:所述化纤层(3)的上端面和下端面通过粘接涂层(5)固定粘连有浸染层(2)和亲肤层(4),所述浸染层(2)的上端面固定粘连有隔水层(1),所述一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料具体为隔水层(1)、浸染层(2)、化纤层(3)、亲肤层(4)和粘接涂层(5)通过热压复合工艺热压形成,所述热压复合工艺中温度控制在60-75℃,复合压力为3-5MPa。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,其特征在于:所述隔水层(1)具体为PET、PP和PTEE中的一种与纺丝液混合后通过静电纺丝形成,且所述隔水层(1)的纳米纤维直径为80-300nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,其特征在于:所述粘接涂层(5)为聚氨酯布料粘合剂,且所述聚氨酯布料粘合剂中掺杂有木糖醇,所述聚氨酯布料粘合剂中聚氨酯与木糖醇质量比为95:5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(4)具体为由涤纶制成的微细纤维编织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料,其特征在于:所述浸染层(2)具体为将30-40%木浆粕和50-60%棉浆粕混合后经化学提取后制成的粘胶纤维纺织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述化纤层(3)采样再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维混纺形成,其中所述再生纤维素纤维和涤纶纤维质量比为3:1-1:1。
7.一种透气性化纤衣服的制造装置,其特征在于:所述一种透气性化纤衣服的制造装置包括喷涂装置(6)、静电纺丝装置(7)、复合热压装置(8)、压料滚锟(9)、第一输送装置(10)和第二输送装置(11),所述喷涂装置(6)安装在第二输送装置(11)的上方,所述第一输送装置(10)的上端面依次设置有静电纺丝装置(7)、压料滚锟(9)和复合热压装置(8)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的制造装置,其特征在于:所述第二输送装置(11)共有三组,分别用于输送浸染层(2)、化纤层(3)和亲肤层(4),且所述喷涂装置(6)固定安装在用于输送化纤层(3)和亲肤层(4)的第二输送装置(11)的上方。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种透气性化纤衣服的制造装置,其特征在于:所述喷涂装置(6)用于喷涂聚氨酯布料粘合剂,且所述聚氨酯布料粘合剂喷涂厚度为1-3um。
10.一种透气性化纤衣服的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:按照浸染层(2)、化纤层(3)、亲肤层(4)的材质要求将其纺织成型;
S2:将浸染层(2)置于高温染缸中进行预染,染缸温度为120-160℃,染色时间为3-5min,染色完成后取出后低温烘干
S3:预染完成后,将浸染层(2)、化纤层(3)和亲肤层(4),依次置于第二输送装置(11)上进行输送,同时在喷涂装置(6)中注入调配后的聚氨酯布料粘合剂;
S4:当化纤层(3)和亲肤层(4)输送至喷涂装置(6)下方时,喷涂装置(6)开启工作将调配后的聚氨酯布料粘合剂均匀喷涂在化纤层(3)和亲肤层(4)的表面形成粘接涂层(5)。
S5:浸染层(2)、化纤层(3)、亲肤层(4)和粘接涂层(5)在第二输送装置(11)的输送下落入第一输送装置(10)上端面,在重力作用下相互叠加,静电纺丝装置(7)通过静电纺丝技术将纺丝液在浸染层(2)的表面纺织一层隔水层(1);
S6:隔水层(1)纺织完成后,隔水层(1)、浸染层(2)、化纤层(3)、亲肤层(4)和粘接涂层(5)在第一输送装置(10)上端面运输并在压料滚锟(9)的作用下进行压紧贴合,之后通过复合热压装置(8)进行热压复合进而形成一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料;
S7:将一种透气性化纤衣服的衣物面料经过裁剪缝制后最终制成一种透气性化纤衣服。
