s103, adding the pueraria flower and the white poria into filter residues, adding water to immerse the medicinal materials, decocting again, filtering to obtain filtrate, and combining the filtrates obtained by decocting twice;
s104, standing the combined filtrate at room temperature, and removing the bottom residue precipitate; maintaining the temperature of the medicinal liquid at 60-70 deg.C, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated medicinal liquid;
s105, crushing the dried medicated leaven into particles with the particle size of below 300 mu m, and placing the particles into a jet mill for superfine crushing to obtain medicated leaven powder;
s106, drying and grinding the coptis chinensis, and sieving the coptis chinensis with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain coptis chinensis powder; mixing Coptidis rhizoma powder and fructus Rosae Normalis extract, and stirring to obtain fructus Rosae Normalis and Coptidis rhizoma slurry;
s107, respectively adding 80-100 ℃ hot water into the wolfberry fruits and the hawthorns for soaking for 1-2 hours to obtain wolfberry fruit soaking solutions and hawthorn fruit soaking solutions;
s108, drying and crushing fresh green tea to obtain tea powder, and adding water to extract green tea polyphenol;
s109, mixing the concentrated liquid medicine, the medicated leaven powder and the roxburgh rose and coptis chinensis pulp, adding the wolfberry fruit soaking solution and the hawthorn fruit soaking solution, stirring, adjusting the temperature to 20-30 ℃, adding the green tea polyphenol, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed pulp, namely the medicine for treating the alcoholic liver disease.

s203, mixing the roxburgh rose leaf water extract, the roxburgh rose leaf extract and roxburgh rose pulp, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution;
s204, dissolving sodium ascorbate in water, adding the roxburgh rose blocks, and adding the roxburgh rose blocks into a pulping machine for pulping to obtain roxburgh rose pulp;
s205, mixing the concentrated solution into the roxburgh rose pulp to obtain the roxburgh rose extract.

As shown in fig. 3, in step S108, the method for preparing green tea polyphenol according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, drying fresh tea leaves until the water content is lower than 10%, crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain tea leaf powder;
s302, soaking the tea powder in hot water at 70-80 ℃ for 30-50min, and filtering to remove tea leaves to obtain a crude extract;
s303, placing the crude extract in a high-speed centrifuge for centrifugation for 10min to obtain a centrifugate;
s304, filtering the centrifugate, and passing through an ultrafiltration membrane to obtain ultrafiltrate;
s305, adding chloroform into the ultrafiltrate, stirring, and separating liquid to obtain a tea polyphenol extract liquid; recovering the reagent layer;
s306, circulating the tea polyphenol extract for 2 times, flowing through macroporous adsorption resin for adsorption, and eluting the resin by using ethyl acetate solution with the concentration of 20-60% to obtain eluent;
s307, decompressing the eluent, concentrating in vacuum, and drying to obtain the green tea polyphenol.
When the resin provided by the embodiment of the invention is eluted, the temperature of the system is kept at 26-30 ℃, and the elution flow rate is 4.2-5.3 BV/h.
The medicine for treating alcoholic liver diseases provided by the embodiment of the invention is composed of, by mass, 4-6 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 2-5 parts of flos puerariae lobatae, 3-5 parts of poria alba, 2-3 parts of medicated leaven, 5-8 parts of coptis chinensis, 2-3 parts of rosa roxburghii tratt, 5-7 parts of rosa roxburghii tratt leaves, 10-12 parts of green tea, 6-7 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 2-3 parts of wolfberry fruit, 8-9 parts of hawthorn, 7-8 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 3-6 parts of spina date seeds and 4-7 parts of eucommia ulmoides.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples.

removing impurities from radix Codonopsis, flos Puerariae Lobatae, Poria, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Coptidis rhizoma, fructus Rosae Normalis, green tea, Atractylodis rhizoma, fructus Lycii, fructus crataegi, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Eucommiae cortex, cleaning, and drying at room temperature; mixing the above materials, placing in casserole, adding water to submerge the materials, soaking for 12-18h, and decocting with the soaking solution; filtering after decoction is finished, and reserving filtrate for later use; decocting the residue with water, filtering to obtain filtrate, and mixing the two decoctions; standing the combined filtrate at room temperature, and removing the bottom residue precipitate; maintaining the temperature of the medicinal liquid at 60-70 deg.C, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated medicinal liquid.
Example 3:
removing impurities from radix Codonopsis, flos Puerariae Lobatae, Poria, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Coptidis rhizoma, fructus Rosae Normalis, green tea, Atractylodis rhizoma, fructus Lycii, fructus crataegi, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Eucommiae cortex, cleaning, and drying at room temperature; mixing radix Codonopsis, semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Atractylodis rhizoma, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, and Eucommiae cortex, placing in casserole, adding water to submerge the medicinal materials, soaking for 12-18h, and decocting with the soaking solution; filtering after decoction is finished, and reserving filtrate for later use; adding flos Puerariae Lobatae and Poria into the residue, adding water, decocting, filtering to obtain filtrate, and mixing the two decoctions; standing the combined filtrate at room temperature, and removing the bottom residue precipitate; maintaining the temperature of the medicinal liquid at 60-70 deg.C, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated medicinal liquid;
pulverizing dried Massa Medicata Fermentata to particle size below 300 μm, and micronizing in jet mill to obtain Massa Medicata Fermentata powder; drying the coptis chinensis, grinding, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain coptis chinensis powder; mixing Coptidis rhizoma powder and fructus Rosae Normalis extract, and stirring to obtain fructus Rosae Normalis and Coptidis rhizoma slurry; respectively soaking fructus Lycii and fructus crataegi in 80-100 deg.C hot water for 1-2 hr to obtain fructus Lycii soaking solution and fructus crataegi soaking solution; drying fresh green tea, pulverizing to obtain tea powder, and extracting with water to obtain green tea polyphenol;
mixing the concentrated liquid medicine, Massa Medicata Fermentata powder and fructus Rosae Normalis and Coptidis rhizoma slurry, adding fructus Lycii soaking solution and fructus crataegi soaking solution, stirring, adjusting temperature to 20-30 deg.C, adding green tea polyphenols, and stirring to obtain mixed slurry, i.e. medicine for treating alcoholic liver disease.
Example 4:
an alcoholic liver disease animal model was established, and the drug efficacy of the drugs for treating alcoholic liver disease prepared in example 2 and example 3 was measured:
dividing 50 rats with alcoholic liver diseases into 2 groups, namely a control group and an experimental group, respectively, performing intragastric administration on the control group with the drug for treating the alcoholic liver diseases in the embodiment 2, and performing intragastric administration on the experimental group with the drug for treating the alcoholic liver diseases in the embodiment 3; the experiment was performed for 30 weeks, all rats were sacrificed at one time using femoral bleeding, and serum was collected and isolated from each rat and labeled.
Liver function index of each group of rats is measured by a full-automatic biochemical analyzer, and the measurement result is shown in figure 4;
the morphology of the hepatocytes was examined, and FIG. 5 is a diagram of the morphology of the hepatocytes.

step one, respectively removing impurities from codonopsis pilosula, pueraria flower, white poria, medicated leaven, coptis chinensis, rosa roxburghii tratt, green tea, bighead atractylodes rhizome, wolfberry fruit, hawthorn, salvia miltiorrhiza, spina date seed and eucommia ulmoides, cleaning, and then drying at room temperature;
step two, mixing codonopsis pilosula, spina date seeds, bighead atractylodes rhizome, salvia miltiorrhiza and eucommia ulmoides, putting the mixture into a marmite, adding water to immerse the medicinal materials for 12-18 hours, and decocting the medicinal materials with the immersion liquid; filtering after decoction is finished, and reserving filtrate for later use;
step three, adding the pueraria flower and the white poria into filter residues, adding water to submerge the medicinal materials, decocting again, filtering to obtain filtrate, and combining the filtrates obtained by decocting twice;
step four, standing the combined filtrate at room temperature, and removing the bottom residue precipitate; maintaining the temperature of the medicinal liquid at 60-70 deg.C, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated medicinal liquid;
step five, crushing the dried medicated leaven into particles with the particle size of below 300 mu m, and placing the particles into a jet mill for superfine crushing to obtain medicated leaven powder;
when the superfine grinding is carried out, the grinding temperature is 18-25 ℃, the pressure is 1-2Mpa when the superfine grinding machine enters, the superfine grinding pressure is 2-6Mpa, the air flow speed is 220-260m/s, and the grinding time is 2-3 h;
sixthly, drying the coptis chinensis at the temperature of 90-110 ℃ for 40-50min, grinding after drying, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain coptis chinensis powder; mixing Coptidis rhizoma powder and fructus Rosae Normalis extract, and stirring to obtain fructus Rosae Normalis and Coptidis rhizoma slurry;
step seven, respectively adding 80-100 ℃ hot water into the medlar and the hawthorn to soak for 1-2 hours to obtain medlar soak solution and hawthorn soak solution;
step eight, drying and crushing fresh green tea to obtain tea powder, and adding water to extract green tea polyphenol;

(3) mixing the roxburgh rose leaf water extract, the roxburgh rose leaf extract and roxburgh rose pulp, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution;
(4) dissolving sodium ascorbate in water, adding fructus Rosae Normalis blocks, and pulping in a pulping machine to obtain fructus Rosae Normalis pulp;
(5) mixing the concentrated solution with the fructus Rosae Normalis pulp to obtain fructus Rosae Normalis extract.

(6) circulating the tea polyphenol extract for 2 times, flowing through macroporous adsorption resin for adsorption, and eluting the resin with 20-60% ethyl acetate solution to obtain eluate;
(7) and decompressing the eluent, concentrating in vacuum, and drying to obtain the green tea polyphenol.
