The book degerming and corrosion-preventing device for libraries according to claim 6, wherein said UV sterilization instruments (33) are arranged in multiple groups, each group of said UV sterilization instruments (33) is arranged corresponding to a partition (5), and the UV emitting substrates (36) of all said UV sterilization instruments (33) are staggered.
