Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of roll pass modification of forged semi-steel in accordance with the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of one embodiment of a modified pass of a forged semisteel roll.
Detailed Description
The following describes in detail a specific embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the method for modifying the pass of a forged semi-steel roll of the present invention for modifying the original pass of the forged semi-steel roll into the target pass comprises the following steps:
firstly, rough machining is carried out on the surface to be modified of the original hole pattern of the forged semi-steel roller, and a fatigue layer is removed.
The surface of the steel sheet was roughly processed to remove all the cracks, and defects were detected by dye penetrant inspection and ultrasonic inspection until they were no longer detected.
And step two, the forged semi-steel roller is sent into a heating furnace for preheating, heated to 560 ℃ at the rate of 30 ℃/hour, kept for 8 hours, and then cooled to 350 ℃ at the rate of 30 ℃/hour.
The stress of the roller in the using process is removed by carrying out heat treatment in a heating furnace.
And thirdly, surfacing the surface to be modified after rough machining, surfacing a first bottom layer firstly, and surfacing a second bottom layer on the surface of the first bottom layer, wherein the first bottom layer and the second bottom layer are made of low-carbon stainless steel materials.
The low-carbon stainless steel material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: c: 0.06-0.08%, Mn: 6.5-7.5%, Si: 0.4-0.5%, Cr: 13.0-15.0%, Ni: 8.0-10.0%, Mo: 0.2-0.3%, S: 0.01-0.02%, P: 0.01-0.02%, Fe: and (4) the balance. Submerged arc welding is adopted for surfacing, the current is 420-450A, the voltage is 30V, and the surfacing linear speed is 450-500 mm/min.
Fourthly, overlaying a working layer on the surface of the second priming coat, wherein the working layer is made of alloy materials.
The alloy material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: c: 0.08-0.12%, Cr: 12.0-13.0%, Mn: 0.8 to 1.0%, Mo: 1.0-1.2%, Ni: 4.5-5.5%, Si: 0.4-0.5%, P: 0.01-0.02%, Fe: and (4) the balance. Submerged arc welding is adopted for surfacing, the surfacing linear speed is 400-420 mm/min, the current is 420-450A, and the voltage is 30V.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a working layer is deposited on the surface of the second primer layer, and when the sum of the thicknesses of the first primer layer, the second primer layer and the working layer exceeds 20mm, the heating furnace is closed, heated to 520 ℃ at 30 ℃/hr, kept at the temperature for 6 hours, then cooled to 350 ℃ at 30 ℃/hr, and opened to continue depositing the working layer.
And step five, after the overlaying welding of the working layer is finished, sealing the heating furnace, heating to 520 ℃ at the speed of 30 ℃/hour, preserving heat for 8 hours, and then cooling to normal temperature at the speed of 30 ℃/hour.
And step six, performing finish machining on the surfacing welded working layer to the design size of a target hole pattern.
Finally, ultrasonic flaw detection and surface wave flaw detection are carried out, and the machine can be used after the flaw detection is qualified.
The forged semi-steel roll has a relatively high carbon content, typically between 1.4% and 2.0%. The matrix structure of the forged semisteel mainly comprises coarse secondary cementite and lamellar pearlite. Because the carbon content is high, the defects of cracks and the like are easy to generate in the common surfacing process, and the follow-up use is easy to lose efficacy. By adopting the method for modifying the hole pattern of the forged semi-steel roller, the defects that cracks are easy to generate in the surfacing process and the like can be avoided.
By adopting the method for modifying the hole pattern of the forged semi-steel roller, the modified size data of the target hole pattern and the original hole pattern are reasonably matched, and the proper target hole pattern is selected, wherein the minimum value of the target hole pattern to the original hole pattern is 20-30 mm.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing an example of a modified pass of a forged semi-steel roll, in which the original pass of the forged semi-steel roll 10 is three rhombus holes, which can be modified into a circular pass 11 because modified rhombus holes cannot be used.
As described above, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the invention is not intended to be limited to these specific details. Equivalent or similar changes in the structure and features of the exemplary embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which shall also fall within the scope of protection defined by the claims appended hereto.
