The construction waste recycling and smashing device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the screening mechanism comprises a second fixing rod fixedly connected with the outer wall of the left side of the milling box (15), the left end of the second fixing rod is fixedly connected with a second bearing, the inner part of the second bearing is fixedly sleeved with a second rotating shaft (23), the top end of the second rotating shaft (23) is fixedly connected with an eighth bevel gear (24), the eighth bevel gear (24) is in meshing transmission with a sixth bevel gear (13), the bottom end of the second rotating shaft (23) is fixedly connected with a ninth bevel gear (25), the left side of the milling box (15) is fixedly sleeved with a third bearing, the inner part of the third bearing is fixedly sleeved with a rotating shaft (27), the left end of the rotating shaft (27) is fixedly connected with a tenth bevel gear (26), and the tenth bevel gear (26) is in meshing transmission with the ninth bevel gear (25), the outside fixed cover of axis of rotation (27) is equipped with vibration wheel (28), vibration wheel (28) top swing joint has screening board (29).
7. The construction waste recycling and crushing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the collecting box (2) is of a U-shaped structure in vertical section, and a guide plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the grinding box (15).
