Description

Gel face mask and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a gel face mask and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a gel face mask which is high in transparency, good in mechanical property, high in liquid carrying rate, good in permeability, moist in skin feel, not greasy, soft, breathable and safe in skin pasting and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial mask is a product which is coated or applied on the surface of human skin, is removed, scrubbed or reserved after a period of time, and plays a role in concentrated nursing or cleaning. According to the product shape, the method can be divided into: facial masks, cream (milk) like masks, gel masks, mud cream masks, powder masks, and the like. The facial mask is popular with more and more consumers because of the advantages of independent single-piece packaging, cleanness, sanitation, convenient use, quick effect and the like.
Commercially available common surface patches can be classified into gelatinous formed patches and fibrous patches according to materials. The gelatiniform molding film can be produced by a certain device and condition, and has a certain production limiting condition for a part of factories; meanwhile, as the material has the characteristic of brittle gel, the material is easy to break when in use, and the use experience is affected. The fiber film is a type of facial film which is most favored by consumers, the facial mask cloth is used as a carrier of facial mask essence, and the reasonable matching of the essence and the facial mask cloth brings safe, comfortable and high-efficiency use experience to the consumers.
With the rapid development and rising of the mask market, consumers have increasingly higher requirements on the comfort and efficacy of the mask, but at the same time, the problem of homogenization of the mask is also more serious. Therefore, in order to meet consumer and market demands, there is a need to develop an innovative mask product that is highly effective and comfortable to experience.

In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the invention provides a gel facial mask, which comprises facial mask cloth and a gel composition loaded on the facial mask cloth; the gel composition comprises a water-soluble thickener, grease, an emulsifier and a solvent.
The gel composition formed by the water-soluble thickener, the grease and the emulsifier is creatively matched with the mask cloth for use, so that the appearance of the mask is jelly-like, the transparency of the mask cloth is improved, the mask cloth is in a semi-invisible state, and the mask cloth is moist but not sticky after being used, has more excellent skin feel during use, and is high in safety.
Preferably, the material of the mask cloth comprises any one or a combination of at least two of cotton fiber, fibrilia, coconut fiber, wood pulp fiber, bamboo fiber, viscose fiber, cuprammonium fiber, lyocell fiber, chitin fiber, alginate fiber or superfine fiber. The at least two combinations, such as a combination of cotton fiber and fibrilia, a combination of bamboo fiber and viscose fiber, a combination of lyocell fiber and chitin fiber, etc., may be selected in any other combination manner, and will not be described in detail herein. Combinations of lyocell and ultra-fine fibers are preferred.
The superfine fiber refers to two superfine fibers, namely polyester (namely terylene) superfine fiber and polyamide (namely chinlon) superfine fiber, with larger yield in industry.
The facial mask cloth material of the gel facial mask can be selected from the above types, but the combination mode of the lyocell fiber and the superfine fiber, namely the combination mode of the lyocell fiber and the superfine fiber is the optimal choice, because the combination mode has more remarkable excellent flexibility, is easy to attach along the skin when the gel composition is soaked, is more remarkable and firm, and is not easy to tear or deform seriously when in use. Meanwhile, under the cooperation of the gel composition of the same type, the mask cloth can enable the final gel mask to be higher in transparency, higher in liquid carrying rate and better in permeability compared with other types.
Preferably, the weight of the mask cloth is 10-80g/m 2 For example 10g/m 2 、20g/m 2 、30g/m 2 、40g/m 2 、50g/m 2 、60g/m 2 、70g/m 2 Or 80g/m 2 And other specific point values within the above range can be selected, and will not be described in detail herein. Preferably 30-50g/m 2
Preferably, the weight of the gel composition is 1000-3000% of the weight of the mask cloth, for example 1000%, 1500%, 2000%, 2600% or 3000%, etc., and other specific values in the above range can be selected, which will not be repeated here. Preferably 2000-2600%.
The weight of the gel composition is specifically selected to be 1000-3000% of the weight of the mask cloth, so that the essence gel is saturated on the mask cloth, the mask can not drip when being applied, and can not dry during application, and meanwhile, the skin feel can be kept in an optimal state, and the gel composition is sticky but not greasy, is skin-adhered and is breathable. Of these, 2000-2600% is a range where the effect is more excellent.
Preferably, the gel composition comprises, by weight, 0.1-3 parts of a water-soluble thickener, 0.01-10 parts of grease, 0.01-1 part of an emulsifier and 50-99 parts of a solvent.
The components in the gel composition are combined according to the specific mass proportion mode, so that a better effect is achieved, if the content of the water-soluble thickener is too high, the essence is too high in consistency and cannot be absorbed, the skin feel is sticky and greasy, the content of the water-soluble thickener is too low, the essence is not in gel texture, and the instant moisturizing effect is poor; if the content of the grease is too high, the absorption is too slow, the skin feel is too greasy, the water locking effect cannot be achieved when the content is too low, and the moisturizing effect is also greatly reduced; if the content of the emulsifying agent is too high, the absorption is slow, the skin feel is sticky and greasy, meanwhile, the irritation is increased, the content is too low, the emulsifying cannot be performed, the system demulsifies and separates to obtain oil, and the stability risk is increased.
The weight portion of the water-soluble thickener may be 0.1 part, 0.3 part, 0.5 part, 0.8 part, 1 part, 2 parts or 3 parts, etc., and other specific values in the above range may be selected, and will not be described in detail here.

The weight portion of the emulsifier can be 0.01 portion, 0.05 portion, 0.1 portion, 0.3 portion, 0.5 portion, 0.8 portion or 1 portion, etc., and other specific point values in the above range can be selected, and will not be described in detail here.
The weight portion of the solvent may be 50 parts, 55 parts, 60 parts, 65 parts, 70 parts, 80 parts, 90 parts or 99 parts, etc., and other specific values in the above range may be selected, and will not be described in detail here.
Preferably, the gel composition comprises, by weight, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-soluble thickener, 0.05-3 parts of grease, 0.01-0.5 part of an emulsifier and 75-92 parts of a solvent.
Preferably, the water-soluble thickener comprises an anionic polymer and/or a nonionic polymer.
The water-soluble thickener in the face mask can increase the viscosity of the composition to reach the required viscosity, so that the composition has a thick gel shape and has good compatibility with other components in the formula.
Preferably, the water-soluble thickener comprises any one or a combination of at least two of acrylic acid (esters) or C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, carbomer, polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, xanthan gum or hydroxyethyl cellulose; the combination of at least two of the above mentioned components, such as a combination of carbomer and polyacrylic acid, a combination of xanthan gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose, a combination of acrylic acid (ester) and C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and carbomer, etc., may be selected, and any other combination manner will not be described herein.
Preferably, the water-soluble thickener is a combination of acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, carbomer and hydroxyethylcellulose.
The water-soluble thickening agent of the gel face mask can be selected from the types, but the combination mode of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, carbomer and hydroxyethyl cellulose is the optimal choice, because the combination mode has better matching relation with mask cloth, especially with lyocell fiber/superfine fiber mask cloth, the combination mode is particularly characterized in that the final gel face mask can show higher transparency, higher liquid carrying rate, better permeability and better skin feel.
Preferably, the grease comprises any one or a combination of at least two of squalane, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dioctyl carbonate, cetyl ethyl hexanoate, tri (ethyl hexanoate) glyceride, hydrogenated polydecene, pentaerythritol tetra (ethyl hexanoate), octyldodecanol, vegetable oil or phytosterol ester; the combination of at least two of the above-mentioned compounds, such as squalane and caprylic/capric triglyceride, dioctyl carbonate and cetyl ethyl caproate, octyl dodecanol and vegetable oil, etc., may be selected, and any other combination will not be described herein.

The raw materials adopted in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention are all commercially available, wherein a lyocell fiber and ultrafine fiber composite mask cloth is purchased from japan dished corporation, model CF 40; wherein the superfine fiber mask cloth is purchased from the water-saving good mask cloth of Shu Baiya.
The viscosity values of the gel compositions in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention were obtained by testing with a BROOKFIELD DV-C viscometer according to the instructions, and the specific test methods are as follows:
1) And (3) mounting a rotor: the method comprises the steps of selecting a rotor number according to a reference range meter for estimating the approximate range of the viscosity value of measured liquid, slightly lifting a rotating shaft, forcibly supporting the rotating shaft by one hand, and connecting the rotor to a connecting head on an instrument head by the other hand;
2) And (3) selecting a container: preparing a measured liquid, and selecting a cylindrical container (150 mL beaker) with the diameter of more than or equal to 70 mm;
3) And (3) temperature control: testing the tested liquid at 25 ℃;
4) Measurement reading: the measuring liquid is made to be parallel to the rotor level mark. The motor on switch is turned on to make the rotor rotate in the liquid, and when the pointer is stable, the motor on key is pressed to turn off the motor, and then the data is read. When the torque percentage is read, the torque percentage is read within the range of 10-100%, and a measurement result with high accuracy can be obtained;
5) Cleaning: after the measurement is completed, the rotor is removed, then cleaned with a dry and soft cloth and a solvent that is soluble in the sample but non-corrosive to the intruding parts, and then returned to the box containing the rotor.

The preparation was identical to that of example 1 (the viscosity of the gel composition was 1300 mPa.s and the pH was 7.9). The softness and skin-sticking property of the membrane cloth are slightly deteriorated due to the reduced amount of hydroxyethyl cellulose in the water-soluble thickener.
Evaluation test:
(1) Transparency evaluation
The jelly face patches prepared in examples 1, 4-7 were selected to have the same gram weights, and were tiled on a colored substrate for visual inspection. As shown in fig. 1: the A-E are sequentially lyocell fiber and superfine fiber composite mask cloth, bamboo fiber mask cloth, cotton fiber mask cloth, lyocell fiber mask cloth and superfine fiber mask cloth. As can be seen from the figure: the transparency of the gel facial mask prepared by the lyocell fiber and superfine fiber composite facial mask cloth is obviously superior to that of the gel facial mask prepared by other types of facial mask cloth.
(2) Evaluation of mechanical Properties (softness, skin-contact Property and stretch resistance)
The operation method comprises the following steps: 60 female volunteers aged 18-35 were selected and tested for the products of examples 1-12, 5 individuals per group. After the face is cleaned, the mask is taken out and spread on the face, the eyes and the nose are aligned, the lips are aligned, the mask is pressed lightly to be clung to the face, after the mask is statically applied for 20min, the mask is taken out, and the rest essence is taken out and is absorbed by the whole face and the neck without cleaning.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: 4-5 are classified as "very satisfactory", 3-4 are classified as "satisfactory", 2-3 are classified as "general", 1-2 are classified as "less satisfactory", and 0-1 are classified as "unsatisfactory".
The test results are shown in table 1 (data in table are scoring averages after trial of 5 volunteers):

Example 9 3 3 5
Example 10 5 5 3.5
Example 11 5 5 2.5
Example 12 3.5 3.5 5
From the results in Table 1, it can be seen that: the gel face mask has good softness, skin-sticking performance and stretching resistance, wherein the addition of hydroxyethyl cellulose has great influence on the softness, skin-sticking performance and stretching resistance of the mask cloth. When the addition amount is low, the film cloth has poor softness and skin adhesion, good stretching resistance and difficult deformation; when the amount of the additive is relatively high, the film cloth is excellent in flexibility and skin adhesion, but is poor in tensile properties and is easily deformed.
(3) Mask cloth tape liquid amount evaluation
The liquid amount of the mask cloth belt, namely the weight of the mask cloth for absorbing essence/the weight of the mask cloth, characterizes the liquid holding capacity of the mask cloth for absorbing the essence, and the higher the liquid carrying rate is, the stronger the capacity of absorbing the essence is, the liquid is not easy to drip and dry, and meanwhile, full essence feeling can be brought to consumers.
The operation method comprises the following steps:
1. weigh the weight m of the single piece of membrane cloth 0
2. Equal amounts of the gel compositions m prepared in examples 1-12 were added to a beaker 1
3. Soaking the membrane cloth in the gel composition for 30min, and fully saturating;
4. taking out the membrane cloth by using tweezers, standing the membrane cloth perpendicular to a beaker until the membrane cloth does not drip in 30 seconds, and reading the weight m of the essence in the beaker 2
5. Calculate mask strap liquid volume= (m) 1 -m 2 )/m 0
The test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002655591050000181
/>
Figure BDA0002655591050000191
As can be seen from the data in table 2: the gel face mask has higher liquid carrying amount, the thickness degree of the gel composition influences the liquid carrying amount of the mask, and the type of the mask also influences the liquid carrying amount of the mask.
(4) Evaluation of permeability
The permeability of the mask characterizes the capability of the mask cloth to release essence, and the better the permeability is, the stronger the capability of releasing the essence is, the more nutrition is absorbed by skin, and the better the skin feel and effect after use are.
The operation method comprises the following steps:
60 female volunteers aged 18-35 were selected and tested for the products of examples 1-12, 5 individuals per group.
The test results are shown in table 3 (data in table are scoring averages after trial of 5 volunteers):
