Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a silk mask, which comprises the following steps: (1) enabling silkworms to uniformly spin on the surface of the support piece to obtain a planar silk; (2) softening the planar yarn; (3) soaking the softened planar filaments in essence to make the planar filaments fully absorb effective components in the essence; (4) and (4) draining the planar silk after the essence is fully absorbed to obtain the planar silk mask. Compared with common silk, the facial mask disclosed by the invention adopts the plane silk material as the mask substrate, so that on one hand, the complex process of silk reeling textile reprocessing is omitted, the natural components and functions of fibroin are kept to the greatest extent, the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the advantages of natural skin friendliness, mildness and no stimulation of the facial mask are further enhanced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of skin care product preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a silk mask and a product.
Background
In recent years, the use of facial masks has become an important embodiment of modern people in the pursuit of delicate life to improve the condition of facial skin. As one of the most popular skin care products in the market, the facial mask uses a fiber material as a carrier (namely facial mask base cloth) and carries functional substances to act on the skin, so that the effects of moisturizing, whitening, nourishing, resisting oxidation and the like are realized. However, the facial masks in the market mostly use chemical fibers as substrates, so that the problems of skin allergy and the like are easily caused; the pure silk mask is very high in cost, and the use of chemical substances in the processing process cannot be avoided when the pure silk mask is used as the mask.
At present, when the silk mask is manufactured, a finished product of the processed silk protein is generally added into mask essence. The fibroin is generally obtained by heating finished silk, adding alkali for hydrolysis or directly pulverizing. The silk is generally prepared by selecting, peeling, drying, boiling, reeling and the like the silkworm cocoons by adopting the traditional process, and the process is complex and has low quality yield (for example, in the step of boiling the cocoons, the process is a degreasing process, most sericin on the surface layer finally falls off, and the weight of the silk is reduced by half), so the cost of the silk is high. From silk to fibroin, the quality yield is further reduced, and the cost of the fibroin is high, so that the silk mask sold in the market at present is relatively high in price. And the components of the real silk, particularly the absorbable silk in the mask are low.
Meanwhile, in the preparation process of the silk or fibroin, a large amount of waste liquid such as alkali liquor and the like can be generated, and the production cost of enterprises is further increased. In addition, in the silk preparation process, a large amount of sericin is removed, so that the sericin cannot be well utilized. In the preparation of the facial mask, some manufacturers can add sericin into facial mask essence to improve the functionality of the facial mask, and the sericin is usually recovered from alkali liquor, contains a part of chemical substances and is easy to cause skin allergy and the like.
The plane silk breaks the traditional physiological habit of spinning and cocooning of silkworms, and directly throws the silks into plane objects without cocoon self-binding to form plane silk fiber materials with certain thickness and shape.
The natural green silkworm cocoon contains high flavonoid, while the natural yellow cocoon and red cocoon have high carotenoid and strong antioxidant capacity. The existing research proves that the flavonoid and the carotenoid have various physiological regulation functions, wherein the flavonoid has the functions of resisting fatigue, regulating blood sugar, resisting free radicals and the like, and the carotenoid has the functions of resisting oxidation, resisting aging, improving immunity and the like. SOD as an extremely important natural antioxidant in organisms widely exists in animals, plants and microorganisms, has the important function of eliminating harmful substances in the metabolic process of life bodies, can effectively eliminate free radicals, improves immunity and resists aging. At present, cosmetics taking SOD as a main skin care component and cosmetics taking fibroin as a main skin care component are in a lot, and fibroin cosmetics which are developed by natural colored cocoon raw materials and contain natural pigments and antioxidant substances are favored by the market due to the characteristics of natural environment protection (Dingnong. determination of pigment content and antioxidant activity in the cocoon layer of natural colored silkworm cocoon [ J. Anhui agricultural science, v.43; No.480(11): 139-.
Disclosure of Invention
The facial mask prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, high in absorptivity to essential substances, free of pollution in the processing process, harmless to skin in the using process, and excellent in moisturizing and whitening effects.
A preparation method of a silk mask comprises the following steps:
(1) placing silkworms before spinning on a support piece to ensure that the silkworms spin uniformly on the surface of the silkworms to obtain a planar silk;
(2) softening the obtained planar yarn;
(3) soaking the softened planar shreds in essence to make them fully absorb the effective components in the essence;
(4) and (4) properly draining the planar silk fully absorbing and absorbing the essence to obtain the planar silk mask.
Before or after the step (2) of softening, or after the step (3) of absorbing the essence, or after the step (4) of draining, the raw materials can be sterilized, or cut, or sterilized and cut.
In the step (1), the supporting member can be a material with a large size and a flat surface or a supporting member with a size equivalent to that of the mask (at this time, subsequent cutting operation can be omitted), silkworms before spinning are placed on the material, and silkworms can uniformly spin on the surface of the material. When silking is complete, a plane silk with a thickness of 0.1-1mm can be obtained. Preferably, the thickness of the planar yarn obtained in step (1) is 0.1 to 1 mm. The adoption of the plane silk with the thickness not only facilitates the control, but also can meet the requirements of mask products and improve the skin-friendly feeling.
The silkworms in the step (1) comprise various silkworm varieties such as common silkworms, natural colored silkworms, tussah silkworms and the like, and the plane silks spitted by the silkworms of different silkworm varieties are prepared into the mask with different outstanding effects, for example, the yellow silks of natural yellow cocoon silkworm varieties contain a large amount of lutein and beta-carotene and have excellent antioxidation; the green silk of natural green cocoon silkworm variety contains great amount of flavone matter and has the functions of resisting oxidation, eliminating free radical, etc.
The shapes of the facial mask in the step (1) comprise various commercially available shapes such as an eye mask (namely an eye mask specially applied for eyes), a face mask (a facial mask removing the peripheral parts of eyes) and a foot mask (a foot mask used for feet), a hand mask, a neck mask and the like; so as to meet the requirement of applying the facial mask on eyes, faces, feet, hands or necks.
In the step (2), the planar yarn is soaked in water (preferably deionized water) or sodium bicarbonate water solution for softening. Preferably, sterilization (physical sterilization, such as ultraviolet sterilization and radiation sterilization) and cutting can be performed in advance before softening, so that subsequent softening cost and essence cost can be saved. In a specific embodiment, the obtained planar yarn is sterilized, cut into a mask shape of an appropriate size using a special die, and soaked in water or a sodium bicarbonate solution for an appropriate time to soften the planar yarn so that the planar yarn can sufficiently swell.
More preferably, the sodium hydrogencarbonate aqueous solution is an aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate solution having a concentration of not more than 0.1% by mass. The silk fibroin softening agent is soaked and softened by water or sodium bicarbonate solution, so that not only can the softening function be realized, but also the sericin can be fully swelled and kept on the surface of a plane silk, and the structure and the function of the fibroin are not damaged; further enhancing the skin care function of the facial mask. The softened liquid material can be used indiscriminately, and the sericin in the liquid material can be recycled.
Preferably, in the step (2), the soaking temperature is 3-40 ℃ and the soaking time is 5 min-15 hours. As a specific embodiment, when water is used as the softening agent, the soaking temperature is 4-10 ℃, and the soaking time is 5-15 hours. When sodium bicarbonate water solution is used as a softening reagent, the soaking temperature is 5-40 ℃, and the soaking time is 5-100 min; preferably, the soaking temperature is 20-30 ℃, and the soaking time is 5-20 min; after soaking, the residue of sodium bicarbonate attached to the mask can be washed off with water.
The essence in the step (2) comprises various skin care essences on the market and prepared fibroin essences and sericin essences, and the concentration and the soaking times of each main component in the essence can be customized according to actual needs.
In the step (3), the softened planar shreds can be taken out and drained, and then soaked in sterile essence for a certain time and times to fully absorb the effective components in the essence.
As a preferable scheme, in the step (3), the essence is an essence containing 1-10% of sericin or an essence containing 1-10% of fibroin; further preferably, the essence contains 1-6% of sericin or 1-6% of fibroin; the skin care product can be pure water solvent or mixed solution added with other skin care components besides sericin or silk fibroin.
The invention adopts the planar silk as the substrate material, and has better compatibility with the silk fibroin or the sericin based on the principle of similarity and intermiscibility, and can absorb more silk fibroin or sericin.
As a preferable scheme, in the step (3), the soaking times in the essence are 2-10 times, and each soaking time is 1-8 hours. More preferably, the soaking times in the essence are 2-5 times, and each soaking time is 1-5 hours.
The selection of the soaking times and the soaking time can be performed according to the absorption difficulty of the components in the essence, for example, when the essence (or an aqueous solution) containing 1-10% of sericin is selected, the soaking times are generally 3-5 times; the soaking conditions are as follows: soaking for 3-6 h at the temperature of 2-10 ℃; after each soaking, taking out the soaked mixture, draining the liquid, and drying the soaked mixture for 0.5 to 2 hours in an environment with the temperature of 20 to 30 ℃ and the humidity of 30 to 50 percent.
When the essence containing 1-10% of silk fibroin is selected, the soaking times are generally 3-6. Secondly; the soaking conditions are as follows: soaking for 1-3 h at the temperature of 20-30 ℃; after each soaking, taking out the soaked mixture, draining the liquid, and drying the soaked mixture for 0.5 to 2 hours in an environment with the temperature of 20 to 30 ℃ and the humidity of 30 to 50 percent. More preferably, the concentration of fibroin in the essence is gradually increased by soaking for a plurality of times. For example, 1-3% of sterile silk fibroin essence is soaked for 1-3 hours for the first time; soaking the sterilized fibroin essence solution for 2-4% for 1-3 hours for the second time; soaking the sterilized fibroin essence with 3-5% for 1-3 hours for the third time; soaking the fourth time in 4-6% sterile silk fibroin essence for 1-3 hours; and 5-7% of sterile silk fibroin essence is soaked for 1-3 hours in the fifth time, and the like.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
A natural yellow plane silk mask is prepared by the following steps:
(1) placing natural yellow cocoon silkworm variety 'golden autumn X early month' silkworm to be spun on a glass flat plate, removing the silkworm after spinning is finished to obtain natural yellow plane silk with thickness of about 0.5mm, sterilizing by adopting a physical method (ultraviolet sterilization), and cutting into a common mask shape.
(2) Soaking the cut planar silk in 100ml of sterilized water at 4 deg.C for 12 hr to soften the silk sufficiently.
(3) Transferring the soaked and softened yellow plane silk into sericin essence (2% sericin aqueous solution) with the concentration of 2% in a wet state (draining till no water drops), soaking for 5h at the temperature of 4 ℃, taking out, draining the liquid, placing in an environment with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 40% for drying for 1h, then placing in new sericin essence with the concentration of 2% for soaking, and repeating for 4 times.
(4) And after excessive liquid is drained and the packaging is carried out, the obtained plane silk mask has excellent moisturizing and whitening performances and oxidation resistance.
Example 2
A silkworm plane silk mask is prepared by the following steps:
(1) placing the common variety silkworm to be spun on a flat wood board, removing the silkworm after spinning to obtain white plane silk with the thickness of about 0.3mm, sterilizing and cutting into eye mask shape.
(2) Soaking in sodium bicarbonate solution with mass concentration of 0.05% for 10 min at room temperature to fully swell sericin, taking out, draining, soaking in deionized water solution, washing for multiple times, and removing residual sodium bicarbonate.
(3) The softened planar silk is placed in 2% sterile silk fibroin essence (2% silk fibroin aqueous solution) to be soaked for 2 hours, the planar silk is taken out under the conditions of 40% humidity and 25 ℃ and drained for 10 minutes (the first time), the planar silk is placed in 3% sterile silk fibroin essence to be soaked for 2 hours, the planar silk is taken out under the conditions of 40% humidity and 25 ℃ and drained for 10 minutes (the second time), the planar silk is placed in 4% sterile silk fibroin essence to be soaked for 2 hours (the third time), the operation is repeated for 5 times, and the concentration is gradually increased (2% -6%).
(4) And taking out the plane silk from the essence, draining off the plane silk appropriately, and packaging the plane silk in a sterile environment to obtain the plane silk eye mask. The obtained eye mask is mild, skin-friendly and non-irritant, and has effects of tightening and lifting, whitening and moisturizing.
The planar silk mask obtained in example 1 and a common mask (a commercially available squalane young face repairing silk mask named "summer squalane") are dried and detected, and SEM scanning electron microscope detection is performed, and the obtained SEM scanning electron microscope images are shown in fig. 1 to 4. As can be seen from fig. 1, the fibers in the ordinary silk mask are in disordered arrangement, and have uneven pores, uneven fiber thickness, some fine and some coarse fibers and are often entangled by broken fibers. FIG. 2 is a further enlarged electron micrograph of FIG. 1. from FIG. 2, it can be seen that the outer surface of the fibers is smooth and does not absorb the adhesion essence. While figure 3 is the planar silk facial mask obtained in example 1, from which it can be seen that the fibers are more aligned and a multi-layered network structure is observed, which is beneficial to better lock the essence moisture. Fig. 4 is a further enlarged electron microscope image of fig. 3, and by carrying out detail enlarged observation on the planar silk mask obtained by the invention, it can be known that obvious sericin adhesion can be seen on the surface of silk fibers, which shows that the planar silk itself can adhere and release sericin, and the mask substrate has the moisturizing and skin-care effect.
In addition, the planar silk mask obtained in example 1 and absorbing the essence is directly subjected to electron microscope detection, and the result is shown in fig. 5, silk fibroin molecules can be obviously seen to be adsorbed in gaps of silk fibers through an electron microscope, so that the planar silk mask is proved to have excellent adsorption capacity for the essence.
The moisture retention test was performed on the plain silk mask obtained in example 1 and a commercially available general mask:
the detection method comprises the following steps: the skin moisture content is measured by adopting a Real Bubee skin moisture tester, the initial skin moisture content of a volunteer before using the product is firstly detected, then the facial mask is applied (for 15 minutes), the facial mask is taken down and lightly patted dry, the skin moisture content is measured, and then the detection is carried out at intervals of 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes. 50 volunteers were selected for moisture retention rate detection, and the average value was calculated.
The detection structure is shown in fig. 6, the moisture content of the skin of the plane silk facial mask group is obviously higher than that of the skin of a common commercially available facial mask, and meanwhile, the moisture content of the skin of the plane silk facial mask group is stable along with the time, which indicates that the plane silk facial mask has a high moisturizing effect.
Finally, it is also noted that the above-mentioned list is only a few specific embodiments of the present invention. It is obvious that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but that many variations are possible. All modifications which can be derived or suggested by a person skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present invention are to be considered within the scope of the invention.
