Abstract
The invention discloses a blood sugar reducing electric rice cooker and a rice cooking method thereof, wherein the rice cooking method comprises the following steps: adding water and rice in a preset proportion into the inner container; introducing hot steam into the inner container, and performing heat exchange between the hot steam and the water-rice mixture in the inner container to separate sugar in rice and dissolve the sugar in the rice in water to form rice soup; discharging the rice water in the inner container after a preset time; and continuously introducing the hot steam into the inner container until the rice is cooked to form the rice. According to the invention, the rice and the water in the inner container are directly heated by the heat carried by the hot steam by introducing the hot steam into the inner container, and the original mode of heating the rice and the water in the inner container by using the heating plate is replaced, so that the rice and water heating device has good heat utilization efficiency, can shorten the heating time and improve the heating efficiency.

Technical Field

Background

Specifically, the proportion of water and rice added into the inner container can be adjusted according to the preference of a user on the softness and hardness degree of the rice, the proportion of water and rice can be 1: 1.3-1: 1.7, and preferably the proportion of water and rice is 1: 1.5.
