Description

Oil painting pigment for fine arts
Technical Field
The invention relates to painting materials for art, in particular to an oil painting pigment for art. Belongs to the field of art painting pigments.
Background
The quality of oil painting pigment has great influence on the performance of painting techniques, and is one of the prerequisites for determining the service life of the paintings. In recent years, with the development of the painting industry, people have higher and higher requirements on oil painting pigments, and a plurality of reports on the improvement of the oil painting pigments exist in the prior art. For example, CN102816478B discloses the use of a thixotropic agent in an oil paint chain material to improve the oil separation of oil paint; CN108285710A discloses an acrylic oil painting pigment, which overcomes the phenomenon of color difference between a wet state and a dry state; CN111393916A discloses an antistatic and aging-resistant oil painting pigment which uses a novel graphene material. Compared with the traditional oil painting pigment, although the quality of the existing oil painting pigment is greatly improved, the problem of unstable separation of oil materials in the pigment still exists. In addition, under the condition of ensuring basic performances of the oil painting pigment such as tinting strength, hiding power and the like, after the oil painting pigment is used for completing the works, the air-drying time is required to be further shortened.
CN106554719A discloses an environmentally friendly oil paint, which reduces viscosity and drying time and overcomes the problem of oil separation, however, the pigment has insufficient light resistance.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a novel oil painting pigment.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an oil painting pigment for art, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 15-50% of vegetable oil, 5-30% of pigment toner, 15-50% of extender pigment, 1-5% of thickening agent, 1-10% of surfactant and 5-10% of water.
The oil painting pigment, wherein the surfactant is preferably span surfactant, such as span 20, span 40, span 60 or span 80; in particular, it is preferred that the surfactant is span 60.
The oil painting pigment, wherein the vegetable oil can be vegetable oil commonly used in oil painting pigments, and includes but is not limited to one or more of linseed oil, walnut oil, camellia oil or sunflower seed oil.
The oil painting pigment is characterized in that the pigment toner is common pigment powder in oil painting pigments, and can be inorganic toner or organic toner, for example. The inorganic toner can be iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black or titanium dioxide, etc.; the organic toner may be, for example, phthalocyanine blue, toluidine purplish red, ultramarine, fast yellow G, hansa yellow 10G, phthalocyanine green G, or the like.
The extender pigment can be a filler aid commonly used in oil painting pigments, and can be one or more of barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, silica, kaolin, and the like.
The oil paint, wherein the thickener can be beeswax, stearic acid, aluminum stearate, etc.; preferably, the thickening agent is beeswax or octadecanoic acid.
The oil painting pigment can also contain a bactericide. The bactericide may be a bactericide or fungicide commonly used in oil paint, such as 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, and the like. Preferably, the oil painting pigment contains 0.1-0.5 percent of bactericide by mass.
As another object of the present invention, there is also provided the above-mentioned oil painting pigment preparation method, which comprises the steps of: (1) stirring and uniformly mixing the vegetable oil and the thickening agent, adding span 60 and the bactericide under stirring, and continuously stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a feed liquid; (2) uniformly mixing water, pigment toner and extender pigment under stirring to obtain slurry; (3) adding the feed liquid prepared in the step (1) into the slurry prepared in the step (2) under stirring to obtain a semi-finished product; (4) and (4) grinding the semi-finished product prepared in the step (3) to obtain the oil painting pigment.
The novel oil painting pigment provided by the invention has no pungent smell, is safe and nontoxic, is a green and environment-friendly product, and is stable and short in drying time. In particular, compared with the oil paint disclosed in CN106554719A, the light fastness of the oil paint is improved, and a surprising technical effect is obtained.
