TABLE 9
Figure BDA0002678242990000221
Figure BDA0002678242990000231
Figure BDA0002678242990000241
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 2 and comparative example 1 in table 9, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity is greatly improved by adding undecylenoyl phenylalanine, which proves that undecylenoyl phenylalanine can reduce the generation of melanin, has the effects of whitening skin and removing freckles, and has no obvious change of the water loss value of epidermis and no obvious effect on skin barrier.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 3 and comparative example 1 in table 9, the addition of the sargassum obtusifolia extract results in a large increase in the degree of hydration, which proves that the skin-moisturizing and moisturizing effects are achieved, the TWEL value is not significantly changed by the loss of epidermal water, and the skin-repairing and protecting effects are not significant.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 4 and comparative example 1 in Table 9, the absorbance is significantly decreased by adding the lactobacillus fermentation product, which indicates that IL-lalpha causing cell inflammation is decreased, and the lactobacillus fermentation product can reduce the cell damage caused by detergent contact, facilitate the repair of damaged cells, and reduce inflammation caused by cell division.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 6 and comparative example 2 in table 9, the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate was slightly increased and slightly changed when the undecylenoyl phenylalanine was used in combination with the lactobacillus fermentation product, which proves that the lactobacillus fermentation product had no significant negative effect on the undecylenoyl phenylalanine, and the epidermis moisture loss value had no significant change, which proves that the combination of the undecylenoyl phenylalanine and the lactobacillus fermentation product had no significant negative effect on the skin barrier.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative examples 7 and 3 in table 9, the hydration degree of the sargassum blunt extract and the lactobacillus fermentation product is slightly increased and slightly changed, which indicates that the lactobacillus fermentation product has no obvious negative effect on the sargassum blunt extract, the change of the epidermal water loss value is less obvious, and the influence of the combination of the sargassum blunt extract and the lactobacillus fermentation product on the skin barrier is less.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 5, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 in table 9, it can be seen that when the undecylenoyl phenylalanine is used in combination with the Sargassum blunt extract, the hydration degree of the Sargassum blunt extract is reduced to a certain extent, and the reduction range is large with the time, and the moisture loss value of the epidermis is obviously increased, which proves that the skin barrier function is damaged by the combination of the undecylenoyl phenylalanine and the Sargassum blunt extract, so that the efficacy of the moisturizing effect is not durable, and the product repairing effect is poor.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 8 and comparative example 5 in table 9, the degree of hydration is greatly improved to a certain extent by adding the lactobacillus fermentation product, and the reduction is gentle along with the time, and the water loss value through epidermis is greatly reduced to a certain extent, so that the lactobacillus fermentation product relieves the damage of the interaction of the undecylenoyl phenylalanine and the sargassum obtusifolium extract to the skin barrier, the light absorption rate is obviously reduced, the IL-lalpha causing cell inflammation is reduced, and the lactobacillus fermentation product has a good anti-inflammatory effect, so that the persistence of the moisturizing effect is further improved, and the multi-effect whitening and repairing effect of the product is further enhanced.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 9 and comparative example 5 in table 9, the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate, the hydration degree and the value of the water loss through epidermis are not obviously changed by adding the conventional skin barrier repairing agent, and the addition of the conventional skin barrier repairing agent proves that the effect of relieving the damage effect of the matching of the undecylenoyl phenylalanine and the sargassum obtusifolium extract on the skin barrier is not obvious, the hydration degree is greatly reduced along with the prolonging of time, the light absorption rate is not obviously changed, and the inflammation has a certain effect on the skin repairing barrier, so that the moisturizing effect is not durable, further, the effect of repairing the skin barrier is not good, and the multi-effect whitening repairing effect is not ideal.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of comparative example 8 and example 2 in table 9, the tyrosinase activity inhibition ratio was improved to some extent by adding niacinamide, demonstrating that niacinamide has a superior whitening effect.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 6 to 8 and example 2 in table 9, the addition of caprylic/capric glyceride, allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate results in a certain improvement in the hydration degree and the TWEL value through epidermal water loss, which proves that the skin care cream has the effects of further repairing the skin barrier, improving the skin moisturizing effect, reducing the light absorption rate, and showing that the skin care cream has a certain anti-inflammatory effect and is further beneficial to improving and repairing the skin barrier.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 9-11 and example 2 in Table 9, the hydration degree and the trans-epidermal water loss value are improved to some extent by adding ceramide NP, phytosphingosine, cholesterol, stearic acid, oleic acid and lactic acid, which proves that the moisturizing and repairing effects are achieved.
According to comparison of data of examples 12-14 and example 2 in table 9, the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate is increased to a certain extent by adding tranexamic acid, the carrageen guttatus extract, glutathione, the enteromorpha oblata extract and the glycyrrhiza glabra extract, which indicates that the whitening effect is achieved, and the absorbance is reduced to a certain extent, thus proving that the skin-repairing and skin-protecting effects are further improved by having antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in Table 9 for examples 15-17 with example 2, the degree of hydration was improved to some extent by the addition of the humectant, demonstrating a moisturizing effect.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 18-20 and example 2 in Table 9, the addition of octyl hydroximic acid, which is proved to have a certain bacteriostatic action through a certain increase of the epidermal water loss value, is beneficial to repair the skin barrier.
Watch 10
Figure BDA0002678242990000271
Figure BDA0002678242990000281
As can be seen from the comparison of the data in comparative example 2 and comparative example 1 in Table 10, the addition of undecylenoyl phenylalanine greatly improved the whiteness, indicating a better whitening effect.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of comparative example 3 and comparative example 1 in Table 10, the addition of the extract of Bluella vulgaris results in a large increase in humidity, which proves that the moisturizing effect is high.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 10 in comparative example 4 with that in comparative example 1, the whiteness and humidity were not significantly changed by adding the lactic acid bacteria fermentation product, and it was confirmed that the lactic acid bacteria fermentation product had little effect of whitening and moisturizing the skin.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in Table 10 in comparative example 6 with comparative example 2, when undecylenoyl phenylalanine was complexed with the lactic acid bacteria fermentation product, there was no significant change in whiteness and humidity, demonstrating that the lactic acid bacteria fermentation product had no significant effect on undecylenoyl phenylalanine.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 10 in comparative example 7 and comparative example 3, when the extract of sargassum blunt was used in combination with the lactic acid bacteria fermentation product, the changes in whiteness and humidity were not significant, and it was confirmed that the effect of the lactic acid bacteria fermentation product on the extract of sargassum blunt was not significant.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 10 in comparative example 5 with comparative examples 2 and 3, when undecylenoyl phenylalanine is used in combination with the Sargassum blunt Rotundiflora extract, both the whiteness and the humidity are significantly reduced, which indicates that the combination of undecylenoyl phenylalanine and the Sargassum blunt extract damages the horny layer of the skin, reduces the barrier function of the skin, reduces the effect of the skin on nutrients, and further causes the whitening and moisturizing effects to be poor.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 8 and comparative example 5 in table 10, the lactobacillus fermentation product relieves the damage of the undecenoylphenylalanine to the horny layer when being combined with the sargassum obtusifolia extract, and promotes and repairs the skin barrier by adding the lactobacillus fermentation product, thereby improving the absorption of nutrient substances and moisture by the skin and improving the whitening, moisturizing and repairing effects.
From the comparison of the data of comparative example 9 and comparative example 5 in Table 10, it was confirmed that the addition of the conventional skin barrier repair agent had no significant effect on the repair of the skin barrier, since there was no significant change in the whiteness and humidity.
According to the comparison between the data of comparative example 8 and the data of example 2 in table 10, the whitening effect is greatly improved by adding niacinamide, which indicates that niacinamide has better whitening effect.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 6-8 and example 2 in table 10, the humidity is improved better to some extent by adding caprylic/capric glyceride, allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which indicates that the skin barrier is further repaired, so that the humidity of the skin is further improved, and the skin is kept in a healthier state.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 9-11 and example 2 in Table 10, the moisture content is increased by adding ceramide NP, phytosphingosine, cholesterol, stearic acid, oleic acid, and lactic acid, which indicates that the moisturizing and repairing effects are achieved.
According to comparison of the data of examples 12 to 14 and example 2 in table 10, the addition of hyaluronic acid, carrageen guttifera extract, glutathione, Enteromorpha compressa extract, and Glycyrrhiza glabra extract improved the whiteness to some extent, demonstrating a better whitening effect.
