In recent years, the market of skin whitening cosmetics is active, and the market value of a safe and effective whitening product is more and more accepted by the industry. The skin-friendly whitening cream adopts an oil-in-water basic material body easy to absorb by skin, further adds a large amount of skin-friendly natural oil, and is compounded with three mild whitening agents of nicotinamide, raspberry ketone glucoside and hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, and by capturing nitric oxide, the irritation of ultraviolet rays to the activity of melanocytes is reduced, the pigmentation is inhibited, the transfer of melanocytes to surface cells is blocked, the cell metabolism is accelerated, the activity of tyrosinase is inhibited, and the cuticle exfoliation is promoted to realize the universal mild whitening effect in multiple layers.
Detailed Description
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following raw materials and formula ratio:
1. PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane: a water-in-oil type assistant is used to make oil and water stable and mutually soluble, and make the ointment have a smooth skin feel.
2. Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane in the present invention: a base material widely used in the field of cosmetics.
3. The silicone of the invention: a hydrophobic organosilicon material is nontoxic, safe and non-irritant, and can effectively keep the refreshing and uniform state of the ointment. Has good permeability to skin, and can give smooth and refreshing feeling to skin and increase skin softness.
4. The macadamia nut seed oil of the invention: is rich in unsaturated fatty acid, has good compatibility with human skin as natural oil, has good permeability, and can effectively moisten and care skin. The skin oil-protecting cream contains nutrients which are necessary for forming an oil-protecting layer on the skin, and most importantly, the oil is mild and does not irritate the skin; can make skin soft and active, and protect cell membrane.
5. The invention comprises the following steps: solvent and water standard for cosmetic production.
6. Methyl glycol in the invention: a small molecular humectant has good solubility in water, high permeability, and enhanced absorption rate of effective components.
7. The epsomite salt of the invention: the consistency of the material body is increased, the water activity is reduced, and the stability of the material body is increased.
8. 3-methyl-1, 3-butanediol in the invention: the multifunctional cosmetic additive can enhance the antiseptic property of the cosmetic, mildly moisten the skin and improve the skin feeling of the cosmetic.
9. The sodium hyaluronate of the invention: a natural moisturizing factor. Can effectively retain skin moisture, repair skin barrier, increase skin luster, improve skin nutrition metabolism, and promote absorption of effective components.
10. The ureido hydantoin of the invention: an amphoteric compound has effects in keeping skin moisture, moistening and softening skin, widely used in freckle cream cosmetics, and has effects in protecting tissue, preventing water dispersion, promoting tissue growth and cell metabolism, and softening cutin.
11. Ethylene glycol phenyl ether in the invention: has specific bacteriostasis to pseudomonas aeruginosa, gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. It has good solubility in water, white mineral oil, and isopropyl palmitate. It is widely used in cosmetic creams and shampoos due to its high efficacy, broad spectrum of bacteriostasis, low toxicity and lack of irritancy.
12. The nicotinamide of the invention: a basic vitamin supplement has effects in inhibiting melanin pigmentation, preventing its transfer to epidermal cells, promoting cell metabolism, and promoting melanokeratinocyte desquamation. Can maintain the water content of skin and promote microcirculation of dermis
13. Beta-hydroxyethyl urea in the present invention: the excellent humectant can provide a high-efficiency moisturizing effect for the skin care product, has no sticky hand feeling, can permeate into the cuticle, increases the water content of the skin, relieves dryness, fills fine wrinkles and increases the skin elasticity.
14. Raspberry ketone glucoside in the invention: is extracted from natural plant raspberry fruits, has excellent water solubility, and is a whitening agent with stable chemical properties. Is degraded into raspberry ketone in human stratum corneum cell, and raspberry ketone can inhibit melanin synthesis, inhibit conversion of tyrosine, reduce activity of melanocyte, and reduce melanin production. Can also reduce the stimulation of ultraviolet rays to the activity of melanocytes by capturing nitric oxide.
15. Hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid in the invention: a widely used biological buffer can control the pH of a system to be constant for a long time. 17.α -bisabolol in the present invention: is a component existing in the chamomile, has good stability and good skin compatibility, is very suitable for being used in cosmetics, not only has anti-inflammatory performance, but also is proved to have bacteriostatic activity. It is generally accepted that it is possible to increase the absorption of other active ingredients in cosmetic formulations.
The production steps of the water-in-oil type multi-effect whitening cream are characterized by comprising the following steps:
1. weighing PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, silicone and macadamia nut oil according to the formula weight ratio, heating to 85 ℃, uniformly stirring the materials to obtain A-phase mixed liquid, and keeping the temperature for later use.
2. Distilled water, methyl glycol, epsomite, 3-methyl-1, 3-butanediol, sodium hyaluronate and ureido hydantoin are weighed according to the formula mass ratio, then heated to 85 ℃, and the mixture is uniformly stirred to be used as a B-phase mixed solution and kept warm for later use.
3. Slowly adding the B-phase mixed solution into the A-phase mixed solution while stirring. And after the two phases are uniformly mixed, continuously stirring until the material body is cooled to normal temperature, continuously weighing ethylene glycol phenyl ether, nicotinamide, beta-hydroxyethyl urea, raspberry ketone glucoside, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 3-p-chlorophenoxy-1, 2-propylene glycol and alpha-bisabolol according to the formula mass ratio, and adding the mixture into the mixed solution one by one, and uniformly stirring.
