In recent years, the market of skin whitening cosmetics is active, and the market value of a safe and effective whitening product is more and more accepted by the industry. Detailed Description
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following raw materials and formula ratio:
1. PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane: a water-in-oil type assistant is used to make oil and water stable and mutually soluble, and make the ointment have a smooth skin feel.
2. Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane in the present invention: a base material widely used in the field of cosmetics.
3. The silicone of the invention: a hydrophobic organosilicon material is nontoxic, safe and non-irritant, and can effectively keep the refreshing and uniform state of the ointment. Has good permeability to skin, and can give smooth and refreshing feeling to skin and increase skin softness.

6. Methyl glycol in the invention: a small molecular humectant has good solubility in water, high permeability, and enhanced absorption rate of effective components.
7. The epsomite salt of the invention: the consistency of the material body is increased, the water activity is reduced, and the stability of the material body is increased.
8. 3-methyl-1, 3-butanediol in the invention: the multifunctional cosmetic additive can enhance the antiseptic property of the cosmetic, mildly moisten the skin and improve the skin feeling of the cosmetic.
9. The sodium hyaluronate of the invention: a natural moisturizing factor. Can effectively retain skin moisture, repair skin barrier, increase skin luster, improve skin nutrition metabolism, and promote absorption of effective components.
10. The ureido hydantoin of the invention: an amphoteric compound has effects in keeping skin moisture, moistening and softening skin, widely used in freckle cream cosmetics, and has effects in protecting tissue, preventing water dispersion, promoting tissue growth and cell metabolism, and softening cutin.
11. Ethylene glycol phenyl ether in the invention: has specific bacteriostasis to pseudomonas aeruginosa, gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. It has good solubility in water, white mineral oil, and isopropyl palmitate. The nicotinamide of the invention: a basic vitamin supplement has effects in inhibiting melanin pigmentation, preventing its transfer to epidermal cells, promoting cell metabolism, and promoting melanokeratinocyte desquamation. 14. Raspberry ketone glucoside in the invention: is extracted from natural plant raspberry fruits, has excellent water solubility, and is a whitening agent with stable chemical properties. Is degraded into raspberry ketone in human stratum corneum cell, and raspberry ketone can inhibit melanin synthesis, inhibit conversion of tyrosine, reduce activity of melanocyte, and reduce melanin production. It is generally accepted that it is possible to increase the absorption of other active ingredients in cosmetic formulations.
The production steps of the water-in-oil type multi-effect whitening cream are characterized by comprising the following steps:
1. weighing PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, silicone and macadamia nut oil according to the formula weight ratio, heating to 85 ℃, uniformly stirring the materials to obtain A-phase mixed liquid, and keeping the temperature for later use.
2. Distilled water, methyl glycol, epsomite, 3-methyl-1, 3-butanediol, sodium hyaluronate and ureido hydantoin are weighed according to the formula mass ratio, then heated to 85 ℃, and the mixture is uniformly stirred to be used as a B-phase mixed solution and kept warm for later use.
3. Slowly adding the B-phase mixed solution into the A-phase mixed solution while stirring. And after the two phases are uniformly mixed, continuously stirring until the material body is cooled to normal temperature, continuously weighing ethylene glycol phenyl ether, nicotinamide, beta-hydroxyethyl urea, raspberry ketone glucoside, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 3-p-chlorophenoxy-1, 2-propylene glycol and alpha-bisabolol according to the formula mass ratio, and adding the mixture into the mixed solution one by one, and uniformly stirring.
