本申请实施例提供了一种数据处理方法以及终端,用于减小由于报文拥塞导致的业务卡顿问题的出现,从而提高用户体验。本申请实施例方法包括:终端与路由器的第一频段网络以及所述路由器的第二频段网络分别建立通信连接;所述终端通过所述第一频段网络以及所述第二频段网络传输数据,所述数据包括上行数据以及下行数据;所述终端基于所述第一频段网络的传输情况以及所述第二频段网络的传输情况确定:通过所述第二频段网络传输所述下行数据和通过所述第一频段网络传输所述上行数据;所述终端通过所述第二频段网络传输所述下行数据和通过所述第一频段网络传输所述上行数据。
