The working principle of the invention is as follows:

Step two, when the two clamping blocks 18 move downwards, the clamping is carried out through the clamping mechanism, because the two abutting blocks 22 of each clamping mechanism are inserted into the corresponding mounting parts through the two insertion rods 23, and because of the acting force of the first spring 24 on each insertion rod 23, when each positioning rod 13 drives the two clamping blocks 18 to press downwards, because the top of each abutting block 22 is in an inclined plane shape, the two clamping blocks 18 are convenient to press downwards, the two abutting blocks 22 are pulled outwards along with the force, when the two clamping blocks 18 press to the bottoms of the two abutting blocks 22, the two abutting blocks 22 return to the original positions to clamp the positioning rod 13 along with the top, when the positioning rod 13 drives the two clamping blocks 18 to press downwards until the bottoms of the two abutting blocks 22 are clamped, the two clamping blocks 18 are positioned in the corresponding two limiting plates 26 to prevent the rotation of the positioning rod 13, the top plate 27 pushes the bottom of the positioning rod 13 to the tops of the two abutting blocks 22 better through the acting force of the second spring 28, when an operator needs to disassemble the gas stove, the operator presses the positioning rod 13 downwards through the first button 14, then rotates 90 degrees, two clamping blocks 18 of the positioning rod 13 touch the corresponding rectangular baffle 29, the operator pulls out the positioning rod 13, and after the positioning rods 13 of the four positioning mechanisms are all pulled out, the gas stove can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
Step three, when the operator needs to use the gas stove, firstly, the operator positions the second protection plate 31 on the top of the bottom shell 4 through the four pressing mechanisms, the operator presses the first protection plate 30 in a horizontal state downwards through the handle 47, the pressing rods 41 around the bottom of the second protection plate 31 move downwards in the corresponding sleeves 42, the disc 44 in each sleeve 42 is connected through the fourth spring 45, therefore, the pressing plate 43 at the bottom of each pressing rod 41 presses the disc 44 downwards, the fourth spring 45 connected with each disc 44 is used for enabling the second protection mechanism to return to an original position for being convenient to clean, when the second protection plate 31 is pressed to the top of the bottom shell 4, the positioning plate 48 on one side, close to the wall surface 8, of the second protection plate 31 is pressed into the groove box 49, and one end of the pressing block 51 is inserted on the vertical plate 50 through the pull rod 52, and the top of the pressing block 51 is also in a slope shape, so that the pressing block 51 is pushed open into the groove box 49 after the positioning plate 48 is pressed downwards, after the positioning plate 48 is positioned at the bottom of the pressing block 51, the pressing block 51 returns to the original position through the acting force of the tension spring 53 to press the positioning plate 48 into the groove box 49, the rebound of the protection mechanism is prevented, and the through holes 32 on the first protection plate 30 and the second protection plate 31 penetrate through the corresponding burners 6.
Step four, the two baffle rings 33 on the first protection plate 30 are flush with the corresponding pot support 5, so that a pot can be conveniently placed, in addition, in order to prevent liquid from flowing into the corresponding combustor 6 and causing accidents, the protection frame 34 on the top of the first protection plate 30 is used for preventing the liquid from overflowing and flowing onto the gas stove, when the liquid on the top of the first protection plate 30 needs to be cleaned, an operator pulls the pull rod 52 through the handle 54, the press block 51 is pulled out along with the pull rod, the protection mechanism returns to the original position through the four pressing mechanisms, then, the operator introduces the liquid into the sewage discharge outlet 9 through the tilting mechanism so as to be convenient to clean, when the operator cleans the liquid by using the tilting mechanism, under the normal condition, the first protection plate 30 is in a horizontal state, then the operator rotates the second button 40, and the screw rod 38 moves downwards and spirally on the second protection plate 31 along with the tilting mechanism, the stabilizing block 39 on the screw 38 is away from the bottom of the first protection plate 30, the operator presses the first protection plate 30, the bottom of the first protection plate 30 is located at the sewage discharge port 9 and connected with the second protection plate 31 through the two third springs 35, the bottom of the other end of the first protection plate 30 is hinged with the corresponding hinge seat 36 at the top of the second protection plate 31 through the two hinge plates 37, and therefore the operator presses the first protection plate 30 to enable the first protection plate to be in an inclined state, and liquid flows into the sewage discharge port 9.
