Abstract

本发明公开了一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:包括如下重量份原料:丙烯酸酯类低聚物30‑50份、活性稀释剂20‑30份、光引发剂5‑15份、流平剂1‑3份、辅料1‑2份;制备工艺如下:1)将活性稀释剂、光引发剂加入到搅拌罐中,得混合液A;2)向混合液中加入流平剂搅拌,然后加入丙烯酸酯类低聚物,得到混合液B;3)向混合液B中加入辅料,得涂覆液。本发明其产品具有附着性能强、柔韧性高、优异的耐黄变、防水性能以及很强的耐划伤作用。

Description

一种覆膜用的涂覆液、制备工艺及其涂覆方法
技术领域
本发明涉及光固化涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种覆膜用的涂覆液、制备工艺及其涂覆方法。
背景技术
光固化是指在紫外光或可见光的作用下,将液态中的低聚物和单体经过交联聚合而形成固态产物的过程。紫外光固化(UV)是辐射固化技术的一个分支,主要应用于制备光固化涂料。LED是发光二极管的英文缩写,UV-LED是紫外线发光二极管的英文缩写,新型的UV-LED其发光技术和传统的汞灯发光技术不同,新型UV-LED是场致发光,而传统的汞灯发光是通过某种气体实现发光的。
紫外光固化(UV固化)涂料是20世纪60年代开发的一种环保节能型涂料,70年代我国开始涉足该技术领域,90年代后才得到长足发展。紫外光固化涂料在紫外光照射下即可快速固化,不仅固化速度快,而且与热固化涂料相比还能节省能源。目前,它不仅在木材、金属、塑料、纸张、皮革上大量应用,而且还在光纤、印刷线路板、电子元器件封装等材料上成功应用。但是,常规的紫外光固化涂层硬度较差,因而不耐摩擦,易划伤。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种覆膜用的涂覆液及其制备工艺,其产品具有附着性能强、柔韧性高、优异的耐黄变、防水性能以及很强的耐划伤作用。
根据本发明提出的一种覆膜用的涂覆液,包括如下重量份原料:丙烯酸酯类低聚物30-50份、活性稀释剂20-30份、光引发剂5-15份、流平剂1-3份、辅料1-2份。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述丙烯酸酯类低聚物包括环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、氨基丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述活性稀释剂包括二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯中的两种及以上。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述光引发剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述流平剂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述辅料包括有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅。
一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,具体制备工艺如下:
1)将活性稀释剂、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦加入到搅拌罐中,密闭不透光,转速800-1000rpm搅拌20-30min,得混合液A;
2)向混合液中加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯以转速800-1000rpm搅拌5-8min,然后加入丙烯酸酯类低聚物,以转速1000-1200rpm搅拌分散10-15min,得到混合液B;
3)向混合液B中缓慢加入有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅,以转速1300-1500rpm搅拌分散10-12min,得涂覆液。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述活性稀释剂为二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯混合物。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,所述丙烯酸酯类低聚物为环氧丙烯酸酯。
一种覆膜用的涂覆液的涂覆方法,采用上述涂覆液倾倒在组合滚筒上,通过组合滚筒将涂覆液展平并粘附在涂覆滚筒上,涂覆滚筒将涂覆液涂覆在需要涂覆的材料表面,涂覆涂覆液的材料经过UV-LED灯固化装置固化后,完成涂覆。
将涂覆液倒在组合滚筒的缝隙处,组合滚筒转动以将涂覆液展平,然后涂覆于材料表面。
本发明中,UV-LED光固化涂料为透明或半透明胶液,室温避光储存时间为一年以上,固化采用395nm UV-LED冷光源照射,具有固化迅速、节能、环保等优点。其产品具有附着性能强、柔韧性高、优异的耐黄变、防水性能以及很强的耐划伤作用。适合易生产、加工方便,原料成本低,适合大规模工厂生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种覆膜用的涂覆液,包括如下重量份原料:环氧丙烯酸酯30份、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯各15份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦10份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯2份;有机硅树脂1份、纳米二氧化硅1份;
一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,具体制备工艺如下:
1)将二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦加入到搅拌罐中,密闭不透光,转速800rpm搅拌20min,得混合液A;
2)向混合液中加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯以转速1000rpm搅拌8min,然后加入环氧丙烯酸酯,以转速1200rpm搅拌分散15min,得到混合液B;
3)向混合液B中缓慢加入有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅,以转速1300rpm搅拌分散10min,得涂覆液。
实施例2
一种覆膜用的涂覆液,包括如下重量份原料:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和聚酯丙烯酸酯各25份、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯各10份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦5份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯3份、机硅树脂0.5份、纳米二氧化硅0.5份。
一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,具体制备工艺如下:
1)将二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦加入到搅拌罐中,密闭不透光,转速1000rpm搅拌30min,得混合液A;
2)向混合液中加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯以转速800rpm搅拌5min,然后加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和聚酯丙烯酸酯,以转速1000rpm搅拌分散10min,得到混合液B;
3)向混合液B中缓慢加入有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅,以转速1500rpm搅拌分散12min,得涂覆液。
实施例3
一种覆膜用的涂覆液,包括如下重量份原料:聚酯丙烯酸酯和氨基丙烯酸酯个15份;三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯各15份,2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦15份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯3份、机硅树脂1份、纳米二氧化硅1份。
一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,具体制备工艺如下:
1)将三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦加入到搅拌罐中,密闭不透光,转速900rpm搅拌25min,得混合液A;
2)向混合液中加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯以转速900rpm搅拌7min,然后加入聚酯丙烯酸酯和氨基丙烯酸酯,以转速1100rpm搅拌分散12min,得到混合液B;
3)向混合液B中缓慢加入有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅,以转速1400rpm搅拌分散11min,得涂覆液。
性能测试
将实施例1-3中制备得到的涂覆液分别使用组合滚筒涂覆在在画布上(60mm×60mm)上,在UV-LED冷光源灯进行固化,在画布上上得到厚度为12微米的涂层。对所得到的涂层进行如下性能测试,结果如表1所示。
1、测试附着力
用划格器在涂层表面上划100个1毫米×1毫米的正方形格。用美国3M公司生产的型号为600的透明胶带平整粘结在方格上,不留一丝空隙,然后以60°的角度迅速揭起胶带,观察涂层划痕边缘处是否有脱落。
如没有任何脱落为5A,脱落面积在0-5%之间为4A,脱落面积在5%-15%之间为3A,脱落面积在15%-35%之间为2A,脱落面积在35%-65%之间为1A,脱落面积在65%以上为0A。
2、硬度测试
按照GB/6739T中第四章中规定的方法进行硬度测试。
依次用三菱(UNI)硬度为2H、3H、4H、5H和6H的铅笔,在样品上,以90°的角度施加1000克力、10毫米行程,每个硬度的铅笔在不同位置划3道,观察涂层外观是否有明显划痕,记录出现划痕的最低铅笔硬度。
3、抗划伤性能测试
采用BYK PH-5811/PH-5811配PH-5813测头,测头直径为0.75毫米,测试角度为90°,施加一定负荷(N)以1厘米/秒的速度在涂层表面划过,观察涂层表面是否有划痕,记录出现划痕的最低负荷力(N)。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-3的涂覆也性能好,在附着力、硬度和抗划伤性上都表现优异性能。

1.一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:包括如下重量份原料:丙烯酸酯类低聚物30-50份、活性稀释剂20-30份、光引发剂5-15份、流平剂1-3份、辅料1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯类低聚物包括环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、氨基丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:所述活性稀释剂包括二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯中的两种及以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液,其特征在于:所述辅料包括有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅。
7.一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体制备工艺如下:
1)将活性稀释剂、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦加入到搅拌罐中,密闭不透光,转速800-1000rpm搅拌20-30min,得混合液A;
2)向混合液中加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯以转速800-1000rpm搅拌5-8min,然后加入丙烯酸酯类低聚物,以转速1000-1200rpm搅拌分散10-15min,得到混合液B;
3)向混合液B中缓慢加入有机硅树脂和纳米二氧化硅,以转速1300-1500rpm搅拌分散10-12min,得涂覆液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述活性稀释剂为二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯和丙氧基化新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯混合物。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种覆膜用的涂覆液的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸酯类低聚物为环氧丙烯酸酯。
10.一种覆膜用的涂覆液的涂覆方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-7任一项所述涂覆液倾倒在组合滚筒上,通过组合滚筒将涂覆液展平并粘附在涂覆滚筒上,涂覆滚筒将涂覆液涂覆在需要涂覆的材料表面,涂覆涂覆液的材料经过UV-LED灯固化装置固化后,完成涂覆。
