Subsequently, the mask body cloth and the welded ear bands continue to move to the edge cutting device 5, in the process, the bottom hook belts 2-1 are wound downwards between the ear band welding device 4 and the edge cutting device 5, the top hook belts 2-2 continue to convey the mask body cloth and the welded ear bands to the subsequent edge cutting device 5 and the subsequent discharging device 6, and here, the top hook belts 2-2 serve as mask conveying devices to realize synchronous conveying of the mask body cloth and the ear bands. As the bottom hook belt 2-1 is looped downwards, the second positioning hooks 2-22 in the bottom hook belt 2-1 are separated downwards from the ear belt with the triangular structure. When the mask body cloth and the ear belts move to the edge cutting device 5, the edge cutting device 5 cuts the mask body cloth along the width direction of the mask body cloth, the cutting positions are welding point positions of two corresponding triangular ear belts on two sides of the mask body cloth, therefore, the triangular ear belts are divided into two parts, one part of the triangular ear belts becomes the ear belt of the previous mask, and the other part of the triangular ear belts becomes the ear belt of the next mask. And finally, the top hook belt 2-2 continuously drives the mask which is subjected to the edge cutting process to move into the discharging device 6, and the discharging device 6 separates the mask from the top hook belt 2-2 and sends the mask to the collecting device.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the ear belt carrying mechanism comprises a horizontal swinging mechanism 3-2 for driving the ear belt hook 3-1 to swing horizontally and a linear driving mechanism 3-3 for driving the ear belt hook 3-1 to move linearly along the conveying direction of the ear belt, wherein a U-shaped groove for the ear belt to pass through is arranged at the bottom of the ear belt hook 3-1. The ear belt is wound between two first positioning hooks 2-21 of the same group of the top hook belt 2-2 and second positioning hooks 2-22 corresponding to the two first positioning hooks 2-21 in the bottom hook belt 2-1 through the cooperation of the horizontal swinging mechanism 3-2 and the linear driving mechanism 3-3. The specific winding method can be seen in the direction of the arrow in fig. 6, that is: the linear driving mechanism 3-3 drives the ear belt hook 3-1 to do linear motion, so that the ear belt hook 3-1 drives the end of the ear belt to do linear motion along the direction opposite to the conveying direction of the ear belt, when the ear belt hook 3-1 drives the ear belt to move between two first positioning hooks 2-21, the horizontal swinging mechanism 3-2 drives the ear belt hook 3-1 to swing horizontally towards the direction of a second positioning hook 2-22, so that the ear belt bypasses the second positioning hook 2-22, then the linear driving mechanism 3-3 drives the ear belt hook 3-1 to do linear motion, the moving direction is opposite to the conveying direction of the ear belt, finally, the horizontal swinging mechanism 3-2 drives the ear belt hook 3-1 to swing outwards horizontally outside the other first positioning hook 2-21, as the top hook belt 2-2 drives the first positioning hook 2-21 to move, the ear belt on the ear belt hook 3-1 naturally surrounds the first positioning hook 2-21. The ear belt in the ear belt conveying device can be poked into a triangular structure and conveyed forwards only by continuously repeating the steps, so that the ear belt can be conveniently welded on the mask body cloth by the subsequent ear belt welding device 4.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the horizontal swing mechanism 3-2 includes a swing link 3-21 and a rotary driving mechanism 3-22 for driving the swing link 3-21 to swing horizontally, wherein the middle of the swing link 3-21 is connected to the rotary driving mechanism 3-22, one end of the swing link is connected to the ear belt hook 3-1, and the other end is provided with a counterweight 3-23. The swing rods 3-21 are driven to swing through the rotary driving mechanisms 3-22, so that the ear belt hooks 3-1 are driven to swing horizontally to hook the ear belts positioned on the outer sides of the top hook belts 2-2 to the second positioning hooks 2-22 positioned in the middle of the two top hook belts 2-2, and the ear belts are in a triangular structure between the top hook belts 2-2 and the bottom hook belts 2-1.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the ear belt hook 3-1 is provided with an adjusting groove at a portion connected with the swing link 3-21, and the adjusting groove extends vertically and is used for adjusting the installation height of the ear belt hook 3-1.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the linear driving mechanism 3-3 is disposed on the frame 1 for driving the rotary driving mechanism 3-22 to perform linear motion, and the linear driving mechanism 3-3 is implemented by using a linear driving cylinder or by using a combination of a linear driving motor and a screw transmission mechanism, wherein two sets of ear belt triangle preforming devices 3 share one set of linear driving mechanism 3-3 or are respectively driven by two sets of linear driving mechanisms 3-3. In addition to the above structure, the linear driving mechanism 3-3 is further provided with a linear guide mechanism for guiding the rotary driving mechanism 3-22, such as a slide rail mechanism.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the two sets of ear band welding devices 4 are respectively located at two sides of the mask conveying device, each set of ear band welding device 4 comprises an ultrasonic welding head 4-1 arranged on the frame 1, a carving mold 4-2 and a vertical driving mechanism 4-3 for driving the carving mold 4-2 to move vertically to press the ear band and the mask body cloth at the ultrasonic welding head 4-1, wherein the ultrasonic welding head 4-1 is arranged above the mask conveying device, the carving mold 4-2 is arranged below the mask conveying device and is located between the top hook belt 2-2 and the bottom hook belt 2-1, wherein the carving molds 4-2 in the two sets of ear band welding devices 4 are respectively driven by the two sets of vertical driving mechanisms 4-3, or driven by a group of vertical driving mechanisms 4-3; the vertical driving mechanism 4-3 can adopt a cylinder driving mode, or adopt a mode of combining a motor and a screw rod driving mechanism, or adopt a mode of combining a motor and an eccentric wheel mechanism. The linear driving motor drives the carving mold 4-2 to vertically move, so that the ear belt and the mask body cloth with the triangular structures are driven to upwards contact with the ultrasonic welding head 4-1, and the ear belt and the mask body cloth are welded.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the top hook belt 2-2 and the bottom hook belt 2-1 are respectively driven by the same conveying driving mechanism 2-3, or respectively driven by two groups of conveying driving mechanisms 2-3; the conveying driving mechanism 2-3 can adopt a mode of combining a conveying motor and a conveying roller or a mode of combining the conveying motor and a conveying belt wheel; the conveying motor is directly connected with the conveying roller or the conveying belt wheel through a coupling and a connecting shaft, or is connected with the conveying roller or the conveying belt wheel through a transmission mechanism.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the top surface of the first positioning hook 2-21 is flush with the top surface of the second positioning hook 2-22, and three vertexes of the triangular-structured ear band located between the top hook strap 2-2 and the bottom hook strap 2-1 are all on the same horizontal plane. The ear belt with the triangular structure can not incline, and is prevented from being scraped to the periphery in the conveying process; meanwhile, the top surface of the first positioning hook 2-21 of the top hook belt 2-2 is positioned below the ultrasonic welding head 4-1, and the distance of a few millimeters is kept, so that the first positioning hook 2-21 of the top hook belt 2-2 is prevented from being scratched with the ultrasonic welding head 4-1, and meanwhile, the ear belt can be prevented from being unhooked in the welding moment.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the trimming device 5 in this embodiment is composed of a cutter roller 5-1 and a steel wheel, and is used in pairs to cut the mask body cloth at a fixed length, and the cutting position of the cutter is adjusted by adjusting the phase angle of a synchronous pulley externally arranged on the cutter roller 5-1, so as to ensure that the cutting position of the mask is located at the vertex position of the ear band with a triangular structure (i.e. located at the second positioning hook 2-22). The discharging device 6 comprises a discharging motor, a unhooking cylinder and a discharging belt, the discharging motor is a constant-speed capacitor motor, the discharging motor arranged on the rack 1 drives the discharging belt to convey, and the unhooking cylinder is arranged on two sides of the cutter roll 5-1 and used for pushing the ear belt out of the first positioning hooks 2-21 on the top hook belt 2-2 to prevent the ear belt from being hung. The trimming device 5 and the discharging device 6 in the present embodiment may be implemented by referring to the commercially available trimming device 5 and discharging device 6.
In addition, after the ear straps with the triangular structures are cut off, the tail ends of the welding points of the single ear straps face the inner side of the mask body cloth and form an oblique angle, and the welding positions of the ear straps are not easy to tear or burst in the wearing process of the mask, so that the requirement of tension born by national standard regulations is easily met.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the high-speed welding method of the flat mask with the triangular pre-formed ear band of the present invention comprises the following steps:
(1) the mask conveying device drives the mask body cloth to move, and meanwhile, the ear belt conveying device 2 drives the ear belts to convey along the conveying direction of the mask body cloth; the mask body cloth is positioned above the ear belts;
(2) before the mask body cloth reaches an ear band welding station of an ear band welding device 4, the ear band triangle preforming device 3 continuously conveys the ear band positioned between two first positioning hooks 2-21 in the same group of first positioning hooks 2-21 of the top hook belt 2-2 to a second positioning hook 2-22 corresponding to the ear band in the bottom hook belt 2-1, so that the ear band forms a triangular structure between the two first positioning hooks 2-21 and the second positioning hooks 2-22; meanwhile, the ear belt conveying device 2 drives the ear belt in a triangular structure to convey to an ear belt welding station.
(3) When the ear straps and the mask body cloth move to the ear strap welding station, the ear strap welding device 4 welds the ear straps of the triangular structures and the mask body cloth, so that end points of the ear straps of the triangular structures, which are located at the positions of the second positioning hooks 2-22, are welded with the mask body cloth; then, the mask body cloth and the welded ear bands continue to move into the edge cutting device 5;
(4) when the ear belt is arranged between the ear belt welding device 4 and the edge cutting device 5, the bottom hook belt 2-1 is wound downwards, and the second positioning hooks 2-22 in the bottom hook belt 2-1 move downwards and are separated from the ear belt in a triangular structure; the top hook belt 2-2 continuously conveys the welded mask body cloth and the ear belt to the edge cutting device 5;
(5) when the mask body cloth and the ear belts move to the edge cutting device 5, the edge cutting device 5 cuts the mask body cloth along the width direction of the mask body cloth, the cutting positions are welding point positions of two corresponding triangular ear belts on two sides of the mask body cloth, so that the triangular ear belts are divided into two parts, one part of the triangular ear belts becomes the ear belt of the previous mask, and the other part of the triangular ear belts becomes the ear belt of the next mask;
(6) the top hook belt 2-2 continuously drives the mask which is finished with the edge cutting process to move into the discharging device 6, and the discharging device 6 separates the mask from the first positioning hook 2-21 of the top hook belt 2-2 and sends the mask to the collecting device.
The above description is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above description, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, blocks and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and they are included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A high-speed welding device for a plane mask with a preformed ear belt triangle is characterized by comprising a rack, a mask conveying device, an ear belt triangle preforming device, an ear belt welding device, an edge cutting device and a discharging device, wherein the mask conveying device is arranged on the rack and used for conveying mask body cloth;
the ear belt conveying device comprises a bottom hook belt, a top hook belt and a conveying driving mechanism for driving the bottom hook belt and the top hook belt to move, wherein,
the top hook belts are positioned at two sides of the mask conveying device, and the bottom hook belts are positioned in the middle of the top hook belts at two sides; the bottom hook belt and the top hook belt are vertically encircled on the rack and respectively comprise a horizontal conveying section arranged at the upper end of the rack and an encircling section positioned at the lower end of the horizontal conveying section, wherein the horizontal conveying section of the top hook belt extends from the ear belt triangular preforming device to the discharging device; the horizontal conveying section of the bottom hook belt extends from the ear belt triangle preforming device to a position between the ear belt welding device and the edge cutting device and is surrounded downwards between the ear belt welding device and the edge cutting device;
a plurality of groups of first positioning hooks are arranged on the top hook belt and are arranged along the extension direction of the top hook belt and correspond to the first positioning hooks one by one; each group of positioning hooks is two, and the two first positioning hooks are arranged along the extending direction of the top hook belt; the bottom hook belt is provided with a plurality of groups of second positioning hooks which are arranged at equal intervals along the extension direction of the bottom hook belt, each group of two second positioning hooks are symmetrical relative to the width direction of the bottom hook belt and are in one-to-one correspondence with the first positioning hooks on two sides of the bottom hook belt, and each second positioning hook is positioned in the middle of two corresponding first positioning hooks; the ear belt is positioned at the first positioning hooks of the top hook belts at the two sides;
the ear belt triangle preforming device is used for conveying the ear belt between two first positioning hooks in each group of first positioning hooks to a second positioning hook corresponding to the first positioning hooks in the bottom hook belt, and the ear belt forms an isosceles triangle structure between two adjacent first positioning hooks in the top hook belt and the second positioning hooks corresponding to the first positioning hooks in the bottom hook belt; ear area triangle preforming device is two sets of, sets up respectively gauze mask conveyor's both sides, and every ear area triangle preforming device of group includes the ear area hook and is used for the drive the ear area hook motion is in order to realize transporting the ear area between two adjacent first location hooks the ear area transport mechanism on the second location hook that corresponds with it in the end hook belt.

The ear belt triangle preformed plane mask high-speed welding device according to claim 1, wherein the ear belt carrying mechanism comprises an ear belt hook, a horizontal swinging mechanism for driving the ear belt hook to swing horizontally, and a linear driving mechanism for driving the ear belt hook to move linearly along a direction parallel to the conveying direction of the ear belt, wherein a U-shaped groove for the ear belt to pass through is formed at the bottom of the ear belt hook.

The high-speed welding device for the ear belt triangle preformed flat mask as claimed in claim 2, wherein the horizontal swinging mechanism comprises a swinging rod and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the swinging rod to swing horizontally, wherein the middle part of the swinging rod is connected with the rotary driving mechanism, one end of the swinging rod is connected with the ear belt hook, and the other end of the swinging rod is connected with the balancing weight.

The ear band triangular preformed flat mask high-speed welding device according to claim 3, wherein the ear band hook is provided with an adjusting groove at a portion connected with the swing link, and the adjusting groove extends vertically and is used for adjusting the installation height of the ear band hook.

The high-speed welding device for the flat mask according to claim 3, wherein the linear driving mechanism is disposed on the frame and used for driving the rotary driving mechanism to perform linear motion, the linear driving mechanism is a linear driving cylinder or a combination of a linear driving motor and a screw transmission mechanism, and two sets of the ear band triangle preforming devices share one set of the linear driving mechanism or are respectively driven by two sets of the linear driving mechanisms.

The high-speed welding device for the ear band triangular preformed flat mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ear band welding devices are two sets, which are respectively located at two sides of the mask conveying device, each set of ear band welding device comprises an ultrasonic welding head, a carving mold and a vertical driving mechanism, wherein the ultrasonic welding head is arranged on a frame, the carving mold is arranged below the mask conveying device, and the carving mold is located between the top hook belt and the bottom hook belt, and the vertical driving mechanism is used for driving the carving mold to move vertically to press the ear band and the mask body cloth at the ultrasonic welding head.

The high-speed welding device for the ear band triangular preformed flat mask according to claim 6, wherein the engraving molds in the two sets of ear band welding devices are driven by two sets of vertical driving mechanisms respectively, or driven by one set of vertical driving mechanisms; the vertical driving mechanism adopts a cylinder driving mode, or adopts a mode of combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism, or adopts a mode of combining the motor and an eccentric wheel mechanism.

The ear band triangular preformed flat mask high-speed welding device according to claim 1, wherein the top hook belt and the bottom hook belt are respectively driven by the same conveying driving mechanism or respectively driven by two groups of conveying driving mechanisms; the conveying driving mechanism can adopt a mode of combining a conveying motor with a plurality of groups of conveying rollers or a mode of combining the conveying motor with a plurality of groups of conveying belt wheels; the conveying motor is directly connected with one group of conveying rollers or the conveying belt wheels through a coupling and a connecting shaft, or is connected with the conveying rollers or the conveying belt wheels through a transmission mechanism.

The high-speed welding device for the ear band triangular preformed flat mask according to claim 1, wherein the top surface of the first positioning hook is flush with the top surface of the second positioning hook, and three vertexes of the triangular ear band positioned between the top hook belt and the bottom hook belt are all positioned on the same horizontal plane.
10. A welding method for the high speed welding equipment of the flat mask with the triangular pre-formed ear band according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) the mask conveying device drives the mask body cloth to move, and meanwhile, the ear belt conveying device drives the ear belts to convey along the conveying direction of the mask body cloth; the mask body cloth is positioned above the ear belts;
(2) before the mask body cloth reaches an ear band welding station of the ear band welding device, the ear band triangle preforming device continuously conveys the ear band between two first positioning hooks in the same group of first positioning hooks of the top hook belt to a second positioning hook corresponding to the ear band in the bottom hook belt, so that the ear band forms a triangular structure between the two first positioning hooks and the second positioning hooks; meanwhile, the ear belt conveying device drives the ear belt in a triangular structure to convey to an ear belt welding station;
(3) when the ear belt and the mask body cloth move to the ear belt welding station, the ear belt welding device welds the ear belt and the mask body cloth in the triangular structure, so that the end point of the ear belt in the triangular structure, which is located at the second positioning hook, is welded with the mask body cloth; then, the mask body cloth and the welded ear bands continue to move into the edge cutting device;
(4) when the ear belt welding device is arranged between the ear belt welding device and the edge cutting device, the bottom hook belt moves downwards, and the second positioning hook in the bottom hook belt moves downwards and is separated from the ear belt with the triangular structure; the top hook belt continuously conveys the welded mask body cloth and the ear belt to the edge cutting device;
(5) when the mask body cloth and the ear belts move to the edge cutting device, the edge cutting device cuts the mask body cloth along the width direction of the mask body cloth, the cutting positions are welding point positions of two corresponding triangular ear belts on two sides of the mask body cloth, so that the triangular ear belts are divided into two parts, one part of the triangular ear belts becomes the ear belt of the previous mask, and the other part of the triangular ear belts becomes the ear belt of the next mask;
(6) the top hook belt continuously drives the mask which is subjected to the edge cutting process to move into the discharging device, and the discharging device separates the mask from the first positioning hook of the top hook belt and sends the mask to the collecting device.
