Claims (9)
1. A feeding trough for breeding pigs in the pig industry is characterized by comprising a feeding box (1), a partition plate (2), a mixing part (5), a discharging pipe (6), a heating part (7), a discharging hopper (8), an anti-collision part (9) and a supporting frame (10); the two partition plates (2) are sequentially and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the feeding box (1) to form two drinking trough (3) areas and a feed trough (4) area in the feeding box (1); the heating part (7) is fixedly connected to the outer bottom surface of the feeding box (1); the supporting frame (10) is fixedly connected with the outer top surface of the feeding box (1); the blanking pipe (6) is fixedly connected to the top of the support frame (10); the mixing part (5) is fixedly connected to the top of the blanking pipe (6) and is communicated with the interior of the blanking pipe (6); the discharging hopper (8) is fixedly connected to the top of the mixing part (5) and is communicated with the inside of the mixing part (5); the anti-collision component (9) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the feeding box (1) and separates the outer wall of the feeding box (1) and the outer wall of the heating component (7).

The feeding trough for pigs of the hog raising industry according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixing part (5) comprises a mixing cylinder (51), a mounting frame (52), a motor (53), mixing blades (54) and a blanking plate (55); the mixing cylinder (51) is fixedly connected to the top of the blanking pipe (6) and is communicated with the interior of the blanking pipe (6); the blanking plate (55) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the mixing cylinder (51); the mounting frame (52) is embedded in the center of the blanking plate (55); the motor (53) is fixedly connected to the inner bottom surface of the mounting frame (52) and penetrates through the mounting frame (52) to extend into the mixing cylinder (51); the mixing fan blade (54) is in transmission connection with the output end of the motor (53) and is positioned in the mixing cylinder (51).

The feeding trough for pigs of the hog raising industry according to claim 1, characterized in that the heating means (7) comprises a heating frame (71), an electrode plate (72) and an electric heating wire (73); the heating frame (71) is fixedly connected with the outer bottom surface of the feeding box (1); the electrode plate (72) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the heating frame (71); the electric heating wires (73) are uniformly and fixedly connected with the electrode plate (72).

The feeding trough for the breeding pigs in the pig industry according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-collision part (9) comprises a wedge-shaped block (91), a slide rail (93), an elastic part (94), a telescopic slide block (95), a telescopic rod (96), a pushing block (97) and a rubber layer (98); the wedge-shaped block (91) is fixedly connected with the feeding box (1) and the outer wall of the heating frame (71), and a guide groove (92) is formed in the wedge-shaped block (91); the sliding rail (93) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the guide groove (92); the telescopic rod (96) is inserted into the guide groove (92) and is connected with the sliding rail (93) in a sliding way through a telescopic sliding block (95); one end part of the elastic piece (94) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the guide groove (92), and the other end part is fixedly connected with the telescopic slide block (95); the pushing block (97) is fixedly connected with the telescopic rod (96); one end part of the rubber layer (98) is fixedly connected to the top of the wedge-shaped block (91), the other end part of the rubber layer (98) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the wedge-shaped block (91), and the rubber layer (98) wraps the pushing block (97).
