the formula is developed by classifying all process parameters, adjusting and testing the process parameters by stages:

(3) dividing the rotating speed of the stirring device into first gears according to 5 r/min;
(4) dividing the time of water washing into first grades according to 10 min;
(5) dividing the baking temperature by taking 10 ℃ as a first grade;
(6) the atomization spraying pressure of the finishing liquid is 0.5mpa, and the finishing liquid is divided;
(7) dividing the ready-made clothes with the liquid rate of 15% after the ironing is finished;
performing permutation and combination calculation according to a formula framework to generate different formulas, simultaneously performing treatment by using different grade treatment parameters, and finally performing non-ironing performance test;
comparing the non-ironing performance of the formula with that of more than or equal to grade 3, determining the optimal formula, and inputting the formula parameters into a configuration formula database; the formula is prepared for application.
