The application provides a cross-system insurance user information management method.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of a cross-system insurance user information management method, the method includes:
step S10, acquiring customer information in a plurality of systems;
at present, most insurance companies have a plurality of different systems for handling business, managing customers, marketing customers and the like, but the information in the systems is not intercommunicated, and only the consistency of the customer data and the business in the current system can be ensured, but the customer information in other systems can not be obtained, so that the uniformity of the customer information in different platforms can not be ensured, and the management of the customers is also not facilitated. The client information includes basic information such as name, gender, birth date, certificate type, certificate number and the like, and may further include more extension information such as telephone, address, mailbox, character relationship information, contact information and the like, the basic information is the client information which needs to be stored in each system, the extension information may include different contents in different systems, such as extension information in the customer service system including only the telephone, address, mailbox and the like of a user, and the extension information in the application system further includes character relationship information of the user such as spouse, child, parent and the like. And acquiring client information in all systems, including basic information and expansion information.
Step S20, identifying the customer information, merging the customer information identified as the same customer to generate cross-system integrated customer information;
the importance of identity identification of insurance clients is clear in national laws and regulations, namely, the identity information of the clients needs to be confirmed in the process of handling insurance business, not only the authenticity of the basic information of the clients needs to be confirmed, but also the uniqueness of the user identity needs to be confirmed, namely, the clients with the same basic information are identified as the same client, and the corresponding client information needs to be merged for the same client. The identification of the same user mainly identifies whether different users are the same user by the name, sex, date of birth, certificate type, certificate number of basic information (also called as five items of information of client in insurance), but for users in different systems, it may be registered with different certificates, so that it may not be possible to judge whether different users are the same user by the basic information, and thus identification by other key data such as information of bank card for payment, captured real person photo, etc. is required. After a plurality of original users in different systems are identified as the same user, all information of the same user in the systems is integrated, namely the information in the different systems is unified to a client number, and the integrated information is updated to all systems, so that the information of the user in all systems is consistent and comprehensive, and finally all information of the same user in different systems is integrated to obtain cross-system comprehensive client information which comprises basic information of the client and extended information in all systems. Preferably, all information of the same user in all systems can be integrated into cross-system integrated customer information, then the integrated customer information is stored in one customer information maintenance system, and the information is synchronously updated to each other system.
Step S30, generating an information full view based on the cross-system integrated customer information and the extracted external data;
information in the cross-system comprehensive customer information is input by a customer or business personnel and cannot contain all information related to the customer, external data is information acquired from various external platforms through information collection, such as public information issued by government and third party authorities acquired through a crawler technology, industry data provided by a supervision unit and the like, and information of the customer in the system, such as whether the customer has a risk of losing credit, an affordable risk guarantee and the like, can be further improved through the external data. The method has the advantages that a full information view of a client can be constructed based on cross-system comprehensive client information and external data, and through big data analysis of the full information view, the contact track of the client can be perfected, client value analysis, risk scoring, loss early warning, accurate marketing and the like can be performed, so that accurate management and personalized service for the client are realized, the satisfaction degree of the client is improved, and the income of a company is increased.
In the embodiment, client information in a plurality of systems is acquired; identifying the customer information, and combining the customer information identified as the same customer to generate cross-system comprehensive customer information; and generating a full information view based on the cross-system comprehensive client information and the extracted external data. The method comprises the steps of obtaining customer information in different systems for identification, judging whether the customer information is the same customer, combining the customer information of the same customer in different systems to generate cross-system comprehensive customer information if the customer information is the same customer, identifying the customer information in different systems, integrating and summarizing the information of the same customer in different systems, and finally establishing a full view of the customer information according to all data of the customer in different systems, so that the customer information is conveniently mined, and better service is provided for the customer.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the cross-system insurance user information management method of the present application, a second embodiment of the cross-system insurance user information management method is provided, in which,
step S20 includes:
step A1, obtaining basic information in the customer information;
step A2, if the basic information is the same, identifying the same client;
step A3, if the basic information is different, key data in the customer information is obtained;
step A4, if the key data are the same, identifying the key data as the same client;
national laws and regulations define the importance of identity identification of insurance clients, so that insurance companies need to identify the identities of insurance users in the processes of handling insurance services, such as client creation, application, correction, claims and the like. The front-end identification method mainly comprises face identification and certificate information input, and the authenticity of the acquired basic information (also called five items of information) of the client is ensured through the butt joint of the acquired certificate information and the face information with a public security system. In different systems, users who are identical for basic information (including name, gender, date of birth, certificate type, certificate number) are identified as the same user. However, some users may use different certificates in different systems to perform business operations, and at this time, the basic information cannot be recognized as the same user and can be handled as different users, so that certain customer risks exist. When the basic information is different, key data related to the user, such as bank card information used during payment, an IP address of a frequently-used terminal and the like, can be acquired, and if the key data are the same, the key data can be identified as the same user, so that the accuracy of customer identification can be improved, and the risk of customer identification can be reduced.
In the embodiment, the same client in different systems is identified through the basic information and the key data, so that the risk of the client is reduced through the accuracy of client identification.
Further, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiments of the cross-system insurance user information management method of the present application, a third embodiment of the cross-system insurance user information management method is provided, in which,

Before the customers in different systems are identified as the same customer, a plurality of different customer numbers may be corresponding to the customers in different systems, but after different customers are identified as the same customer, the customer numbers of the customers should be unified into a whole system new customer number, and the whole system new customer number may be different from any previous existing customer number or a certain previous existing customer number.
Step B3, merging the customer information in the multiple systems to generate cross-system integrated customer information according to the new customer number of the whole system;
after generating a new client number of the whole system, merging all client information corresponding to the client in different systems, if the basic information is completely the same, retaining the initial client information, and if the client uses certificate information in different platforms, merging and classifying all the certificate information into the basic information of the same user; for other information except the basic information, the information can be directly and completely merged into the client information corresponding to the system-wide new client number to generate corresponding cross-system comprehensive client information. Meanwhile, after the cross-system comprehensive client information is generated, the generated cross-system client information can be stored in a special client information maintenance system.
After the step B3, the method further includes:
step B4, synchronously updating the cross-system integrated customer information to the plurality of systems;
after information of the same client in different systems is merged and integrated into cross-system integrated user information, the obtained system-wide new client number and cross-system integrated client information report need to be updated to other systems to ensure the consistency of the client information in different systems.
In this embodiment, the client number of the client needs to be updated to obtain a new client number of the whole system when the user is identified as the same user, and meanwhile, information of the same client in different systems is combined into cross-system comprehensive client information, and the obtained information is synchronously updated to all systems to ensure the uniformity of the client information in each system.
Further, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiments of the cross-system insurance client information management method of the present application, a fourth embodiment of the cross-system insurance client information management method is provided, in which,

After the external data is acquired, validity analysis is also needed, such as judging the time and source of information distribution, the authenticity of the data, and the like. The acquired external data is actually used after passing the validity analysis.
Step C2, acquiring user behavior data of the client through data aggregation;
at present, people increasingly use an online mode to transact business, and at the moment, data aggregation and integration can be performed on internet data of a user, so that user behavior data of the user, such as user search data, browsing data and consultation data, can be constructed, contact information of the client and other related contents can be perfected through the data, and correspondingly, contact information of the client and customer service is added, so that communication information between the customer service and the client is recorded.
Step C3, refining the cross-system integrated customer information according to the external public data and the user behavior data to generate a full information view;
the acquired external public data and the user behavior data are further perfected to integrate the client information across the systems and generate a full information view, and the full information view not only contains the information existing in a plurality of systems of the insurance company, but also contains external data acquired from the outside of the system, so that the client information is richer and more real.
In the embodiment, the cross-system comprehensive client information is perfected through external data acquired from the Internet to generate the information full view, so that the client information is richer and more real.
