Abstract
The invention discloses a child car safety seat which comprises a base, a backrest, a connecting piece, a head support and a head support guide piece, wherein the backrest is connected with the base in a pivot mode, the connecting piece is connected with the backrest in a pivot mode, the head support is connected with the head support in a pivot mode, the head support guide piece is connected with the head support in a pivot mode, the rear portion of the backrest is provided with an accommodating portion, the child car safety seat is in an unfolded state and a folded and stored state, when the child car safety seat is in the folded and stored state, at least parts of the head support and the head support guide piece are located in the accommodating portion, the upper surface of the base is tightly attached to the front surface of the backrest, and the connecting piece is tightly attached to the side face of the backrest. The child car safety seat is simple to operate, small in size and easy to store, move and carry.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of seats, in particular to a child car safety seat.

The child car safety seat is designed specially for children, is installed in a car, can effectively improve the safety of children taking a car, consists of a safety belt assembly with buckles or flexible parts, an adjusting mechanism, accessories and the like, can be fixed on a motor vehicle, and can reduce the impact force on the children and limit the body movement of the children to reduce the injury to the children under the condition that the car is collided or suddenly decelerated, so as to ensure the safety of the children taking a car.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the child car seat in the current market is large in size and cannot meet the requirement that the child car seat often needs to be moved and stored in practical use, and although the size can be reduced by folding the base of the child car seat in the prior art, the problem is not solved well.

the child car safety seat is characterized in that the lower end portion of the head support is rotatably connected with the upper portion of the backrest through a second pivot, and when the child car safety seat is converted from the unfolding state to the folding and storage state, the head support rotates around the second pivot relative to the backrest, so that the rear surface of the head support is close to the rear surface of the backrest.

the child car safety seat is provided with an unfolding state and a folding and containing state, and when the child car safety seat is converted from the unfolding state to the folding and containing state, the base rotates around the first pivot relative to the backrest, so that the upper surface of the base is close to the front surface of the backrest;
when the child car safety seat is switched from the unfolded state to the folded and stored state, the head support guide and the head support rotate towards the direction that the back surface of the backrest is closed; and/or the connecting piece rotates towards the direction close to the side part of the backrest.
The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(a) when the child car safety seat is not used, the child car safety seat can be folded into a flat shape, so that the volume of the child car safety seat is reduced, and the shape of the child car safety seat is changed into a flat shape which is convenient to store, so that the child car safety seat is easy to store;
(b) the child car safety seat is convenient to move, carry and carry;
(c) the operation process is simple, and the use is convenient.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a child car safety seat is provided, see fig. 1 and 3. The child car safety seat comprises a base 1, a backrest 2, a connecting piece 3, a head support 4 and two head support guide pieces 5, wherein the lower end part of the backrest 2 is rotatably connected with the rear part of the base 1 through a first pivot 11; the connecting piece 3 is arranged on the lower part of the backrest 2 and used for being connected with a car seat to realize that the safety seat is arranged on the car seat.
The head rest 4 is arranged on the upper part of the backrest 2, the lower end part of the head rest 4 is rotatably connected with the upper part of the backrest 2 through a second pivot 41, the two head rest guide pieces 5 are respectively arranged on two side parts of the head rest 4, and the head rest guide pieces 5 are provided with through holes for the safety belt to pass through.
The child car seat has two states, namely an unfolded state as shown in fig. 1 and a folded storage state as shown in fig. 2, when the child car seat is converted from the unfolded state to the folded storage state, the base 1 rotates around the first pivot 11 relative to the backrest 2, so that the upper surface of the base 1 is close to the front surface of the backrest 2, and when the child car seat is in the folded storage state, the upper surface of the base 1 is preferably attached to the front surface of the backrest 2, so that the width of the seat is reduced.
The further storage operation is as follows: the head rest 4 rotates around the second pivot 41 relative to the backrest 2, so that the rear surface of the head rest 4 is close to the rear surface of the backrest 2, preferably, the rear surface of the head rest 4 is close to the rear surface of the backrest 2, and the height of the safety seat is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rear portion of the backrest 2 has a concave receiving portion 21, as shown in fig. 5, when the child car seat is in the folded and retracted state, the head rest 4 is at least partially located in the receiving portion 21; preferably, the head rest 4 is entirely located in the accommodating portion 21; more preferably, when the head rest 4 is entirely located in the accommodating portion 21, a front surface of the head rest 4 is flush with a rear surface of the backrest 2, so that the thickness dimension of the safety seat becomes small. Obviously, the rear surface of the backrest 2 referred to herein does not include the bottom surface of the accommodating portion 21, and the accommodating portion 21 may be formed by recessing a partial region on the rear surface of the backrest 2, that is, at least a region that fits the head rest 4 of the safety seat in the folded and stowed state, and preferably, the shape of the partial region is substantially the same as the shape of the head rest 4.
Further, the head rest guide 5 is connected to the side of the head rest 4 by a third pivot 51, as shown in fig. 4, that is, the head rest guide 5 can be rotated with respect to the head rest 4. The headrest guide 5 is at least partially located within the accommodation 21 when the child car seat is in the folded stowed condition; preferably, the head rest guide 5 is entirely located in the accommodating portion 21.
To realize that the head rest guide 5 is at least partially located in the accommodating portion 21, any one of the following two embodiments may be adopted:
in the first mode, the head rest guide 5 can be turned over backward by the third pivot 51 and directly accommodated in the accommodating portion 21;
in a second mode, the head rest guide 5 can be turned upwards to be approximately flush with the side of the head rest 4 through a third pivot 51, that is, the head rest guide 5 rotates in a direction of closing to the side of the head rest 4, preferably, the head rest guide 5 is completely attached to the side of the head rest 4, and then the head rest guide 5 and the head rest 4 rotate synchronously until the head rest guide 5 and the head rest 4 are at least partially located in the accommodating portion 21, as shown in fig. 6; preferably, the head rest guide 5 and the head rest 4 are all located in the accommodating portion 21.
Above two kinds of modes all can realize accomodating to two head rest guides 5 completion of head rest both sides, further reduce safety seat's thickness size.
Further, the connecting piece 3 is connected with the lower part of the backrest 2 through a fourth pivot 31, when the child car seat is converted from the unfolded state to the folded and stored state, the connecting piece 3 rotates around the fourth pivot 31 in the direction of closing to the side part of the backrest 2 until the connecting piece 3 completely clings to the side part of the backrest 2, the storage of the connecting piece 3 is realized, and the thickness of the seat is further reduced.

In another embodiment of the invention, a child car seat is provided which differs from the child car seat of the previous embodiment only in the manner of attachment of the attachment elements 3. In this embodiment, the connecting member 3 is connected to the rear portion of the base 1 by a fifth pivot (not shown), and when the child car seat is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the connecting member 3 rotates around the fifth pivot in a direction of approaching the side portion of the backrest 2 until the connecting member 3 completely abuts against the side portion of the backrest 2, that is, the fourth pivot 31 connected to the backrest 2 in the above embodiment is replaced by the fifth pivot connected to the base 1.
In another embodiment of the invention, a child car seat is provided which differs from the child car seat of the previous embodiment only in the manner of attachment of the attachment elements 3. In this embodiment, the connecting member 3 is connected to the lower portion of the backrest 2 through the first pivot 11, when the child car seat is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, the connecting member 3 rotates around the first pivot 11 in a direction of approaching the side portion of the backrest 2 until the connecting member 3 completely abuts against the side portion of the backrest 2, that is, the fourth pivot 31/the fifth pivot in the above embodiment are omitted, and the first pivot 11 is directly used to enable the backrest 2, the base 1, and the connecting member 3 to rotate.
It should be noted that the upper surface of the base 1 preferably abuts against the front surface of the backrest 2, the rear surface of the head rest 4 abuts against the rear surface of the backrest 2, all of the head rest guides 5 abut against the side portions of the head rest 4, and all of the connecting members 3 abut against the side portions of the backrest 2, where "abutting" is to highlight that the safety seat is compact in the folded and stored state, for example, a gap between two objects abutting against each other may be limited to be less than 8mm, the gap is preferably less than 5mm or 2mm, the head rest guides 5 do not protrude out of the front and rear surfaces of the head rest 4, and the connecting members 3 do not protrude out of the front and rear surfaces of the backrest 2.
The accommodating portion 21 in the above embodiment is only for minimizing the thickness of the folded safety seat without reducing the thickness of the surgical backrest 2, but this is not a necessary limitation of the present invention. For example, the embodiment of the invention also protects a child car safety seat, which comprises a base 1; the lower end part of the backrest 2 is rotatably connected with the rear part of the base 1 through a first pivot 11; the connecting piece 3 is arranged at the lower part of the backrest 2 and is used for being connected with an automobile seat; a head rest 4 arranged on the upper part of the backrest 2; the two head support guide pieces 5 are respectively arranged at two side parts of the head support 4, and the head support guide pieces 5 are provided with through holes for the safety belt to pass through; the child car safety seat has an unfolding state and a folding and containing state, when the child car safety seat is converted from the unfolding state to the folding and containing state, the base 1 rotates around the first pivot 11 relative to the backrest 2, so that the upper surface of the base 1 is close to the front surface of the backrest 2; the head rest guide piece 5 and the head rest 4 rotate towards the direction that the back surface of the backrest 2 is closed until the head rest guide piece 5 and the head rest 4 are both tightly attached to the back surface of the backrest 2, and the head rest guide piece 5 does not extend out of the front surface and the back surface of the head rest 4; and/or the connecting piece 3 rotates towards the direction close to the side part of the backrest 2 until the connecting piece 3 is attached to the side surface of the backrest 2 and the connecting piece 3 does not protrude out of the front surface and the rear surface of the backrest 2.

Claims (10)
1. A child car safety seat comprises
A base (1);
the lower end part of the backrest (2) is rotatably connected with the rear part of the base (1) through a first pivot (11);
the connecting piece (3) is arranged at the lower part of the backrest (2) and/or the rear part of the base (1) and is used for being connected with an automobile seat;
a head rest (4) arranged on the upper part of the backrest (2);
the two head support guide pieces (5) are respectively arranged at two side parts of the head support (4), and the head support guide pieces (5) are provided with through holes for a safety belt to pass through;
the child car safety seat has an unfolded state and a folded and stored state, when the child car safety seat is converted from the unfolded state to the folded and stored state, the base (1) rotates around the first pivot (11) relative to the backrest (2), so that the upper surface of the base (1) is close to the front surface of the backrest (2);
the child car safety seat is characterized in that the lower end portion of the head support (4) is rotatably connected with the upper portion of the backrest (2) through a second pivot (41), and when the child car safety seat is switched from the unfolded state to the folded and stored state, the head support (4) rotates around the second pivot (41) relative to the backrest (2), so that the rear surface of the head support (4) is close to the rear surface of the backrest (2).
2. The child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein a partial rear surface of the backrest (2) is recessed to form a receptacle (21), the head rest (4) being at least partially located within the receptacle (21) when the child car seat is in the folded stowed condition.
3. A child safety seat according to claim 2, wherein the head rest (4) is entirely located within the receptacle (21) when the child car seat is in the folded stowed condition, a front surface of the head rest (4) being flush with a rear surface of the backrest (2).
4. The child safety seat according to claim 2, wherein the headrest guide (5) is connected to a side of the headrest (4) by a third pivot (51), the headrest guide (5) being at least partially located within the receptacle (21) when the child car seat is in the folded stowed condition.
5. A child safety seat according to claim 4, wherein the headrest guide (5) is located entirely within the receptacle (21) when the child car seat is in the folded stowed condition.
6. The child safety seat according to claim 4, wherein, when the child car seat is shifted from the unfolded state to the folded and stowed state, the head rest guide (5) is first rotated about the third pivot (51) until the head rest guide (5) is completely attached to the side of the head rest (4), and then the head rest guide (5) is rotated synchronously with the head rest (4) until the head rest guide (5) and the head rest (4) are at least partially positioned in the accommodating portion (21).
7. A child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the link (3) is connected to the lower part of the backrest (2) by a fourth pivot (31), and when the child car seat is transferred from the unfolded state to the folded and stowed state, the link (3) pivots about the fourth pivot (31) until the link (3) abuts against the side of the backrest (2) completely.
8. A child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the link (3) is connected to the rear of the base (1) by a fifth pivot about which the link (3) pivots when the child car seat is transferred from the unfolded state to the folded stowed state until the link (3) abuts fully against the side of the backrest (2).

The child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the link (3) is connected to a lower portion of the backrest (2) by the first pivot (11), and when the child car seat is converted from the unfolded state to the folded and stowed state, the link (3) rotates about the first pivot (11) until the link (3) abuts against the side portion of the backrest (2) completely.
10. A child car safety seat comprises
A base (1);
the lower end part of the backrest (2) is rotatably connected with the rear part of the base (1) through a first pivot (11);
the connecting piece (3) is arranged at the lower part of the backrest (2) and is used for being connected with an automobile seat;
a head rest (4) arranged on the upper part of the backrest (2);
the two head support guide pieces (5) are respectively arranged at two side parts of the head support (4), and the head support guide pieces (5) are provided with through holes for the safety belt to pass through;
the child car safety seat has an unfolded state and a folded and stored state, when the child car safety seat is converted from the unfolded state to the folded and stored state, the base (1) rotates around the first pivot (11) relative to the backrest (2), so that the upper surface of the base (1) is close to the front surface of the backrest (2);
the child car safety seat is characterized in that when the child car safety seat is switched from the unfolding state to the folding and containing state, the head support guide (5) and the head support (4) rotate towards the direction that the back surface of the backrest (2) is closed; and/or the connecting piece (3) rotates towards the direction close to the side part of the backrest (2).
