Anti-falling device and ladder stand assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric power operation and maintenance equipment, in particular to a falling prevention device and a ladder stand assembly.
Background
The climbing ladders for the operation and maintenance personnel to go up and down are arranged at the outdoor framework and the iron tower of the power transmission line in the transformer substation, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can go up and down the climbing ladders and perform related work on the high-altitude framework. Most conventional framework ladders comprise longitudinal bars on both sides and transverse bars arranged evenly between the two longitudinal bars, but do not have any means for preventing the maintenance personnel from falling down when climbing a ladder. The safety belt that only can rely on self to dress when the ladder is gone up to the work fortune dimension personnel, locks the safety buckle of safety belt on the transverse bar of ladder, climbs one to two transverse bars after, loosens the safety buckle on the former transverse bar, locks the safety buckle on the transverse bar of one to two on the ascending direction, and fortune dimension personnel up climb again … … so relapse.
As the outdoor ladder stand is usually as high as 20-50 meters, the climbing process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the operation and maintenance personnel are in a state without safety protection when loosening the safety buckle in the climbing process, and have great potential safety hazards when climbing up and down. Moreover, the existing crawling ladder is extremely large in stock, and if the traditional method is used, all crawling ladders are additionally provided with the track and the anti-falling cage and need to be carried out in combination with power failure, so that the construction progress is extremely slow, the cost is high, and the operation difficulty is high.
