Description

Run time correction method for washing equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, and particularly provides a running time correction method for washing equipment.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the automation level of human life is higher and higher, and daily housework is gradually replaced by machines from manpower. The washing equipment is used as a household appliance commonly used in daily life, and brings great convenience to the life of people. The washing apparatuses are classified according to washing methods, and may be roughly classified into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. In order to meet the use requirements of users, a display device is arranged on the washing machine to display information such as washing programs, running states, total running time and the like, so that the users can know the running states of the washing machine in time.
In the prior art, the running time of a washing machine program is fixed, wherein the running time is determined by accumulating the set time corresponding to each process of washing, draining, dewatering, rinsing, draining, dewatering and the like, and in the process of executing the draining operation of the washing machine, when a floor drain of a household drain of a user is too high or the service time of the washing machine is long and a draining valve is blocked, the time required for draining the washing water in a washing barrel is far longer than the set draining time, so that the actual total running time of the washing machine is greater than the set total running time and is not matched with the total running time displayed by a display device, the user cannot accurately judge how long the actual running time of the washing machine is, and the use experience of the user is greatly influenced.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new run-time correction method for a washing apparatus to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problem that the actual total operation time of the existing washing apparatus does not match the set total operation time, the present invention provides an operation time correction method for a washing apparatus, the operation time correction method comprising the steps of: acquiring first drainage time of the washing equipment in the process of performing drainage operation by the washing equipment; acquiring second drainage time of the washing equipment in the process that the washing equipment performs the drainage operation again; and correcting the total operation time of the washing equipment according to the first and second draining times.
In a preferred embodiment of the above run-time correction method, the washing apparatus includes a memory; the step of "correcting the total operation time of the washing apparatus according to the first and second draining times" may specifically include: acquiring a preset drainage time threshold of washing equipment; judging whether the first drainage time and the second drainage time are both smaller than a preset drainage time threshold value; if the first drainage time and the second drainage time are both smaller than a preset drainage time threshold value, storing the first drainage time or the second drainage time in a memory according to a comparison result of the first drainage time and the second drainage time; counting the number of the first and second draining times stored in the memory; comparing the counted number with a preset number threshold; determining the reference drainage time of the washing equipment according to the comparison result of the counted quantity and a preset quantity threshold value; the total operation time is corrected according to the reference drainage time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of "storing the first drain time or the second drain time in the memory according to a result of comparing the first drain time and the second drain time" specifically includes: judging whether the first drainage time is shorter than the second drainage time or not; and if the first draining time is less than the second draining time, storing the second draining time in the memory.
In a preferred embodiment of the above-described operating time correction method, the step of "storing the first drain time or the second drain time in the memory based on a comparison result between the first drain time and the second drain time" further includes: if the first draining time is greater than or equal to the second draining time, the first draining time is stored in the memory.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of determining the reference draining time of the washing machine according to the comparison result between the counted number and the preset number threshold specifically includes: judging whether the counted number is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold value or not; and if the counted number is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold, determining the maximum value of the first drainage time and the second drainage time stored in the memory as the reference drainage time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of determining the reference drain time of the washing machine according to the comparison result between the counted number and the preset number threshold further comprises: and if the counted number is smaller than the preset number threshold, re-acquiring the drainage time of the washing equipment and repeatedly executing the steps.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operation time correction method, the step of correcting the total operation time of the washing machine according to the first and second draining times further comprises: if any one of the first drainage time and the second drainage time is greater than or equal to a preset drainage time threshold value, further acquiring third drainage time of the washing equipment; and correcting the total operation time of the washing equipment according to one of the first drainage time and the third drainage time which is less than a preset drainage time threshold value and the third drainage time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operation time correction method, the step of "correcting the total operation time based on the reference drain time" includes: correcting default drainage time which is written in advance and stored in a memory according to the reference drainage time to obtain corrected drainage time; correcting the actual total running time of the washing equipment according to the corrected drainage time and the obtained drainage time; the default total run time, which is written in advance and stored in the memory, is modified according to the actual total run time.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of "acquiring a first drain time of the washing device" includes: acquiring first water discharge time of washing water discharged by washing equipment at a preset water quantity threshold; and the step of acquiring the second drain time of the washing apparatus specifically includes: acquiring second drainage time for the washing equipment to drain washing water with a preset water quantity threshold; and the step of acquiring the third drain time of the washing apparatus specifically includes: and acquiring a third water discharge time of the washing water discharged by the washing equipment at the preset water quantity threshold value.
In a preferred embodiment of the above operating time correction method, the step of "obtaining a preset drain time threshold of the washing device" includes: acquiring the water level frequency variation of the washing equipment; determining a preset water quantity threshold according to the water level frequency variation; and determining a preset drainage time threshold according to the preset water quantity threshold.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the run-time correction method of the present invention, during the washing machine performs the draining operation, a first draining time of the washing machine is acquired; acquiring a second drainage time of the washing machine in the process that the washing machine performs the drainage operation again; the total operation time of the washing machine is corrected according to the first and second draining times. Compared with the prior art that the running time of the washing machine is fixed, the washing machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the total running time of the washing machine is corrected according to the first drainage time and the second drainage time in the running process of the washing machine, so that the actual total running time of the washing machine is matched with the set total running time of the washing machine and is matched with the total running time displayed by the display device, a user can accurately judge how long the washing machine actually runs, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
Further, if the first and second draining times are both less than the preset draining time threshold, indicating that the two draining times are both within the preset draining time threshold, the washing machine may be considered to drain normally, storing greater data of the two draining times into the memory to ensure that the washing machine can drain all the washing water of the preset water volume threshold when performing the draining operation according to the draining time stored in the memory, and counting the number of the first and second draining times stored in the memory, and if the counted number is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, indicating that the number of the first and second draining times stored in the memory is sufficient to accurately judge the time required by the washing machine to drain the washing water of the preset water volume threshold, determining the maximum value of the first and second draining times stored in the memory as the reference draining time, and correcting the total operating time of the washing machine according to the reference draining time, such that the actual total operating time of the washing machine matches the set total operating time of the washing machine.
Further, if any one of the first drainage time and the second drainage time is greater than or equal to the preset drainage time threshold, it is indicated that at least one obtained drainage time is not within the range of the preset drainage time threshold, it can be considered that the washing machine has a drainage fault, and thus the total operation time of the washing machine cannot be accurately corrected.

FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a runtime correction method of one embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application has been described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the operation time correction method can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a shoe washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a running time correction method for a washing machine, which aims to correct the total running time of the washing machine according to a first drainage time and a second drainage time, so that the actual total running time of the washing machine is matched with the set total running time of the washing machine and is matched with the total running time displayed by a display device, a user can accurately judge how long the washing machine actually runs, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a runtime correction method of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a runtime correction method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the runtime correction method of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring first drainage time of the washing machine in the process of executing drainage operation of the washing machine;
s2, in the process that the washing machine executes the drainage operation again, acquiring second drainage time of the washing machine;
and S3, correcting the total operation time of the washing machine according to the first drainage time and the second drainage time.
It should be noted that, in the course of the washing program being executed by the washing machine, steps S1 to S3 are executed to modify the total operation time of the washing machine.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of "acquiring the first draining time of the washing machine" in the step S1 includes:
s11, acquiring first drainage time of washing water discharged by the washing machine at a preset water quantity threshold value.
Further, in the step S2, the step of "acquiring the second drainage time of the washing machine" includes:
and S21, acquiring second drainage time of the washing water of the washing machine discharging the preset water quantity threshold.
Specifically, in step S11 and step S21, the preset water volume threshold value of the washing water is discharged, that is, the same water volume of the washing water, and under the condition that the same water volume of the washing water is discharged, the obtained first water discharge time and the second water discharge time are comparable, so that the time required for the washing machine to discharge the preset water volume threshold value of the washing water can be accurately determined, and accurate data is provided for subsequently correcting the total operation time of the washing machine.
In the above process, the preset water amount threshold may be a water amount for discharging the washing water in the washing tub of the washing machine to the empty tub, wherein the water amount in the washing tub of the washing machine is a water amount determined according to the weight of the objects to be washed or a water amount corresponding to the selected washing program; the preset water volume threshold may be a washing water volume corresponding to a first water level and a second water level of washing water in a washing tub of the washing machine, for example, the first water level is 35L, the second water level is 30L, and the discharged washing water volume is 5L. Of course, the preset water threshold is not limited to the above-mentioned water amount, but may be other water amounts, such as an experimental water amount obtained by a person skilled in the art according to experiments under a specific working condition, or an empirical water amount obtained according to experiments, and the person skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the preset water threshold as long as the water amount discharged each time is the same.
Of course, in the case where the water amounts corresponding to the two acquired draining times are different from each other, for example, when the washing machine performs the draining operation for the first time, the first draining time for the washing machine to drain the first amount of washing water, and when the washing machine performs the draining operation for the second time, the second draining time for the washing machine to drain the second amount of washing water, the first amount of water and the second amount of water are different from each other, at this time, the draining speed of the washing machine may be determined by the ratio of the first amount of water to the first draining time, and then the time corresponding to the second amount of washing water if the washing machine drains the second amount of washing water when the washing machine performs the draining operation for the first time may be determined by the ratio of the second amount of water to the draining speed, so that the first draining time is converted into the time at the same draining amount as the second draining time, and the two are comparable. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the second drain time may be converted to a time at the same drain volume as the first drain time without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing machine includes a reservoir; in the above step S3, the step of "correcting the total operation time of the washing machine according to the first and second draining times" may include:
s31, acquiring a preset drainage time threshold of the washing machine;
s32, judging whether the first drainage time and the second drainage time are both smaller than a preset drainage time threshold value;
s33, if the first drainage time and the second drainage time are both smaller than a preset drainage time threshold value, storing the first drainage time or the second drainage time in a memory according to a comparison result of the first drainage time and the second drainage time;
s34, counting the number of the first drainage time and the second drainage time stored in the memory;
s35, comparing the counted number with a preset number threshold;
s36, determining the reference drainage time of the washing machine according to the comparison result of the counted quantity and a preset quantity threshold value;
s37, correcting the total operation time according to the reference drainage time;
s38, if any one of the first drainage time and the second drainage time is greater than or equal to a preset drainage time threshold value, further acquiring third drainage time of the washing machine; and correcting the total operation time of the washing machine according to one of the first and second draining times which is less than a preset draining time threshold and the third draining time.
Wherein the reference draining time is a time for which the washing machine subsequently performs a draining operation and drains the washing water of a preset water amount threshold.
In order to accurately determine whether to store the first drain time or the second drain time in the memory, the step of "storing the first drain time or the second drain time in the memory according to the comparison result of the first drain time and the second drain time" in the step S33 may specifically include:
s331, judging whether the first drainage time is less than the second drainage time;
s332, if the first drainage time is less than the second drainage time, storing the second drainage time in a memory;
and S333, if the first drainage time is greater than or equal to the second drainage time, storing the first drainage time in a memory.
Specifically, in step S332 and step S333, when the first drainage time and the second drainage time are both smaller than the preset drainage time threshold, it is indicated that the drainage times obtained twice are both within the preset drainage time threshold range, the washing machine may be considered to be drained normally, and the drainage times obtained twice may be considered to be accurate, so that the accuracy of the data stored in the memory is ensured, and accurate data is provided for correcting the total running time of the washing machine.
Further, in both step S332 and step S333, the larger data of the two measured drain times is stored in the memory, which not only ensures the accuracy of the data stored in the memory, but also ensures that the washing machine can completely drain the washing water with the preset water volume threshold value when performing the drain operation according to the drain time stored in the memory, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the washing machine.
In order to accurately determine the reference drainage time of the washing water discharged by the washing machine at the preset water quantity threshold, the step of "determining the reference drainage time of the washing machine according to the comparison result between the counted quantity and the preset quantity threshold" in the step S36 may specifically include:
s361, judging whether the counted number is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold value;
s362, if the counted number is larger than or equal to a preset number threshold, determining the maximum value of the first drainage time and the second drainage time stored in the memory as reference drainage time;
and step 363, if the counted number is less than the preset number threshold, re-acquiring the drainage time of the washing machine and repeatedly executing the steps S31 to S362.
Specifically, in step S362, if the counted number is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, indicating that the numbers of the first and second draining times stored in the memory are sufficient enough to accurately judge the time required for the washing machine to discharge the washing water of the preset water amount threshold, the maximum value of the draining times stored in the memory is determined as the reference draining time.
Further, in step S363, if the counted number is smaller than the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the draining time stored in the memory is still small, and the time required for the washing machine to drain the washing water of the preset water amount threshold cannot be accurately determined, and in order to accurately determine the time required for the washing machine to drain the washing water of the preset water amount threshold, the draining time for the washing machine to drain the washing water of the preset water amount threshold is obtained again, and steps S31 to S362 are repeatedly performed to store more draining time in the memory.
In the above process, by setting the preset number threshold, a conclusion is given as to whether or not the maximum value of all the drainage times stored in the memory is determined as the reference drainage time. The preset quantity threshold may be flexibly adjusted and set according to actual situations, for example, the preset quantity threshold is 1, 2 or 3, as long as the requirement of determining whether to determine the maximum value of all the drainage times stored in the memory as the reference drainage time, which is determined by the preset quantity threshold, is met.
In order to accurately correct the total operation time of the washing machine, the step of "correcting the total operation time according to the reference drain time" in the step S37 may include:
s371, correcting the default drainage time which is written in advance and stored in the memory according to the reference drainage time to obtain the corrected drainage time;
s372, correcting the actual total running time of the washing machine according to the corrected drainage time and the obtained drainage time;
and S373, correcting the default total running time which is written in advance and stored in the memory according to the actual total running time.
Preferably, in step S371, the default drainage time previously written and stored in the memory is corrected based on the reference drainage time, the default drainage time previously written and stored in the memory is corrected, and the corrected drainage time is obtained such that the reference drainage time of the washing machine matches the latest set drainage time of the washing machine, and the washing machine performs the drainage operation according to the latest set drainage time during the subsequent drainage operation.
Preferably, in step S372, the actual total operation time of the washing machine is corrected according to the corrected drainage time and the drainage time that has been acquired, for example, the washing machine has acquired three drainage times, namely, the first drainage time, the second drainage time and the third drainage time, and the washing machine further needs to perform two drainage operations, which are performed according to the corrected drainage time, so that the total drainage time of the washing machine can be determined according to the first drainage time, the second drainage time, the third drainage time and the twice corrected drainage times, and the actual total operation time of the washing machine can be corrected according to the total drainage time. Of course, the number of times the washing machine has acquired the drain time and the number of times the washing machine still needs to perform the drain operation are not limited to the above-listed number, and those skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the number of times the washing machine has acquired the drain time and the number of times the washing machine still needs to perform the drain operation according to the actual operation condition of the washing machine.
Wherein the draining operation of the washing machine includes at least one of a washing draining operation, a rinsing draining operation, and a balance correction draining operation, and the rinsing draining operation is performed a plurality of times if the rinsing is performed a plurality of times, and the balance correction draining operation is performed a plurality of times if the draining is performed a plurality of times. Accordingly, the drain time of the washing machine may be a washing drain time, a rinsing drain time, and a balance correction drain time, and a plurality of rinsing drain times may be acquired if the rinsing drain operation is performed a plurality of times, and a plurality of rinsing drain times may be acquired if the balance correction drain operation is performed a plurality of times.
Preferably, in step S373, the default total operating time previously written and stored in the memory is modified according to the actual total operating time, and the default total operating time previously written and stored in the memory is modified such that the actual total operating time of the washing machine matches the newly set total operating time of the washing machine.
Preferably, in step S38, when any one of the first draining time and the second draining time is greater than or equal to the preset draining time threshold, it is indicated that at least one obtained draining time is not within the preset draining time threshold range, it may be considered that the washing machine has a draining fault, and thus the total operating time of the washing machine cannot be accurately corrected, in order to accurately correct the total operating time of the washing machine, a third draining time of the washing machine discharging the washing water with the preset water quantity threshold is further obtained, and the total operating time of the washing machine is corrected according to one of the first draining time and the second draining time which is less than the preset draining time threshold and the third draining time, so as to provide accurate data for correcting the total operating time of the washing machine, and thus the total operating time of the washing machine can be accurately corrected, and further the use experience of the user is improved. Of course, it can be appreciated by those skilled in the art that if the first drain time is less than the preset drain time threshold, the total operation time of the washing machine is corrected according to the first drain time and the third drain time; if the second draining time is less than the preset draining time threshold, correcting the total operation time of the washing machine according to the second draining time and the third draining time; if the first drain time and the second drain time are both greater than the preset drain time threshold, the total operation time of the washing machine is corrected according to the third drain time without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Further, in the step S38, the step of acquiring the third draining time of the washing machine includes:
and S381, acquiring the third drainage time of the washing water discharged by the washing machine with the preset water quantity threshold, wherein the third drainage time is also the washing water discharged with the preset water quantity threshold and is comparable to the acquired first drainage time and second drainage time, so that the time required by the washing machine to discharge the washing water with the preset water quantity threshold can be accurately determined, and accurate data is provided for the subsequent correction of the total operation time of the washing machine.
Preferably, in the step S31, the step of "acquiring the preset drainage time threshold of the washing machine" includes:
s311, acquiring the water level frequency variation of the washing machine;
s312, determining a preset water quantity threshold according to the water level frequency variation;
and S313, determining a preset drainage time threshold according to the preset water volume threshold.
Preferably, in step S311, in the process of performing the water discharge operation by the washing machine each time, a current water level frequency threshold and a target water level frequency threshold of the washing machine are obtained, and a water level frequency variation of the washing machine is determined according to a difference between the current water level frequency threshold and the target water level frequency threshold, where the current water level frequency threshold is a water level frequency threshold corresponding to a water level before the washing machine discharges water to the target water level, the target water level frequency threshold is a water level frequency threshold corresponding to a water level before the washing machine discharges water to the target water level, and a water amount corresponding to a difference between the water level before the washing machine discharges water and the target water level is a preset water amount threshold.
Preferably, since the wash water level is negatively correlated to the water level frequency value, the water level frequency value increases as the inlet water level decreases, and after the water level frequency value is determined, the associated wash water level is determined, and after the water level frequency variation is determined according to the difference between the current water level frequency threshold and the target water level frequency threshold in step S311, the water level frequency variation can be determined according to the water level frequency variation, so that the preset water threshold can be determined according to the water level variation.
Preferably, in step S313, the maximum time required to discharge all of the washing water of the preset water volume threshold is determined as the preset water discharge time threshold according to the preset water volume threshold, for example, the maximum time to discharge all of the washing water in the washing tub is 8min.
Of course, the preset drainage time threshold is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and may be obtained in other manners, for example, the experimental drainage time obtained through experiments performed by a person skilled in the art under a specific condition, or the empirical drainage time obtained through experiments may be obtained as long as the boundary point determined by the preset drainage time threshold is satisfied to meet the requirement of determining whether to store the obtained drainage time in the memory.
In a preferred embodiment, the operation time correction method further includes, during the washing process is again performed by the washing machine, the step of:
s41, acquiring the total service time of the washing machine in the process that the washing machine operates the washing program again;
s42, judging whether the total service time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value or not;
s43, if the total using time is larger than or equal to the preset time threshold, executing the step S1 to the step S3 again;
and S44, if the total use time is less than the preset time threshold, setting the total running time determined in the step S3 as the total running time for the washing machine to run the washing program again.
Preferably, in step S41, if the water discharge amount of the washing machine is also the preset water discharge amount threshold during the washing course is re-run by the washing machine, the total usage time of the washing machine is acquired such that the total running time determined in steps S1 to S3 is comparable to the total running time of the re-run washing course.
Preferably, in step S43, if the total usage time is greater than or equal to the preset time threshold, which indicates that the washing machine has been used for a long time, the drainage speed of the washing machine is slowed down due to the clogging of the drainage valve and the like as the usage time increases, so that the total operation time of the washing machine determined according to steps S1 to S3 is not accurate enough to accurately represent the total operation time of the washing machine when the washing program is operated again, steps S1 to S3 are performed again, and the total operation time of the washing machine is revised.
Preferably, in step S44, if the total usage time is less than the preset time threshold, which indicates that the usage time of the washing machine is short, the water discharge speed of the washing machine has not been slowed down due to the clogging of the water discharge valve and the like as the usage time increases, and the total operation time determined in step S3 can accurately represent the total operation time of the washing machine running the washing program again, the total operation time determined in step S3 is set as the total operation time of the washing machine running the washing program again.
In the above process, a conclusion is given whether to revise the total operation time of the washing machine again through setting the preset time threshold. The preset time threshold may be flexibly adjusted and set according to actual conditions, for example, the preset time threshold is 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or 6 months, as long as the requirement of determining whether to revise the total operation time of the washing machine according to the preset time threshold is met.
Referring now to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a runtime correction method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the complete process of the run-time correction method of the washing machine of the present invention may be:
s11, in the process that the washing machine performs a drainage operation, acquiring first drainage time of washing water discharged by the washing machine at a preset water quantity threshold;
s21, in the process that the washing machine executes the water drainage operation again, acquiring second water drainage time of the washing machine for draining the washing water with the preset water quantity threshold;
s311, acquiring the water level frequency variation of the washing machine in the process that the washing machine executes the water drainage operation each time;
s312, determining a preset water quantity threshold according to the water level frequency variation;
s313, determining a preset drainage time threshold according to a preset water volume threshold;
s32, judging whether the first drainage time and the second drainage time are both smaller than a preset drainage time threshold value;
